* Me: Headcanon that whenever Zane and Pixal go out, they've developed a system that can disguise them to look like normal humans. They don't go on dates as "the Titanium Ninja and Samurai X", but as just Zane and Pixal, normal Ninjago citizens. They do normal human things, like eating ice cream or climbing trees and sitting in them to watch the sunset. Just imagine little snowflakes falling around Zane whenever he gets excited Pixal is with him and they always go home covered in snow flurries, even in summer.

* User e: Zane grows Pixal's favourite flowers and gives them to her sometimes. He sometimes puts them in her hair. And their bedroom is full of potted plants.
User O: Adding on to [User #1]'s headcanon, Pixal's favorite flower is a flower her and Zane made together, and it can survive even the fiercest of winters. {This pair of headcanons is what I based "Pixalonilis Zaneicus" off of}

* Me: Pixal and Zane don't need to sleep as often as the others, right? So when everyone else is asleep, they like to sit on the deck of the Bounty and talk about life. They talk about anything and everything, but their favorite topic is their family. They know they'll outlive the others, being metal, so they talk about everything they want to do and everywhere they want to go while they're all still together.

Then they reminisce about everything they've done and everywhere they've gone already. And they're reassured that life will go on, someday in the future when they're the only ones left. And Zane usually ends up being the one comforting Pixal, since she's dealt with her emotions for a shorter time than he has. He's already accepted he will outlive his friends (Except for Lloyd, maybe. He'll live a reeeeally long time if Wu/Garmy are any indication), but she is not as experienced with emotions as he is.

Especially if either of them is emotionally drained (like after a big battle or something), they try to sleep (their version of sleeping anyway), but the other usually ends up coming to their room and they spend the rest of the night telling them why they're so special and that they aren't just numbers. That's how they're usually found by another member of the Bounty in the morning.

Zane is a cuddler when he sleeps, btw. Pix doesn't mind at all. She uses the physical touch to reassure herself that she's real and he's real and they're alright, they're both here and real.

* Me: Zane is a cuddler when he sleeps, but only if he can be the big spoon. He loves to have one leg sandwiched between Pixal's and one below, with his hands clasped around her stomach. He'll scrunch a little bit so he can put his head either in the crook of her neck or put his chin on her head. (He's a tall boi, he gotta scrunch so he can be smol like her)
If he's turned away (rare), he'll curl up on himself and keep his arms close to his chest, over his heart usually.

User E: Pixal would definitely be a cuddler, she's been alone too much. Or she likes cuddling but she's used to sleeping alone.

Me: Yeah for sure! I'd like to think that since Zane is the only one she likes to sleep with (JUST sleep—they're too innocent for anything else, let's be honest), she's now used to how HE sleeps. Which is cuddlesssss! They're not as cuddly in public as Jaya, but in private they're DEF the most! Zane slowly warms up to the idea (at the beginning) of asking her if she would be alright with him sitting with her while she tries to go back to sleep (such as after a nightmare).

Eventually, he just skips asking and goes straight to her room if he feels she might need it—after the others fall asleep, then back before they wake. Even later, he just starts going straight there BEFORE lights out and stays there all night. He takes no fluff from the others if they tease him, which they know better then to do after they "mysteriously" all got frozen out of nowhere. Took hours for them to defrost, since Kai was too cold and Zane refused to help until they apologized.

That's the day he starts to ACTUALLY sleep IN the bed with Pixal and that's also when he figures out how touch-deprived he is. He lovessss cuddling! He's subconsciously convinced he'll never be "comfortable" to anyone due to his metal-ness, so to find someone willing to do that with him is incredible to him.

User #3: Yes! ☺️ And Pixal has more and worse nightmares if Zane isn't with her

Zane is incredibly clingy after getting back from the Never Realm. Why? He wants to forget the whole thing but can't. Pixal's arms is where he can find the most comfort, especially at night. He's out like a light whenever they cuddle.

* Pixal likes doodling zane when she is bored so in the end she has many drawings of him.

~~~

* Cyrus sneaks pictures of the couple whenever they visit him. One time, he gets a picture of someone putting a blanket over them when Pix fell asleep against Zane on the couch. He keeps it on his desk—Reminds himself Pixal is well-taken care of.

* They have cook-offs sometimes. Very enjoyable for the rest of the team, as they usually end up with day's worth of top-notch level cuisine.

* Their private moments are their best ones. In public, the most they'll do is the "royal hand holding" because Jay and Nya are the "can't keep their hands off each other" couple. Once, Pixal got really excited and gave Zane a kiss on the cheek. The press went wild!

* Zane keeps a picture of Pixal in his pocket/wallet and takes it out to show people randomly. It's like his little pick-me-up when he's feeling blue as well.

* Zane and Pixal do an amazing job at taking care of all the nutritional needs of everyone on the team. Such as if Nya has low iron, they'll tweak it. Or if Lloyd has had too much sugar, they'll include something that *looks* sweet but is really healthy. They sneaky like that ;)

* Cole and Zane (in that order) are the two people everyone goes to when they need their backs fixed. Pixal is good too, but the other two are the prime people to go to.

* Pix and Z alternate between who bakes Cole's weekly cakes. (Don't tell Zane, but Pixal can out-bake Zane when she really wants to. Cole told her)

* They send little "I love you" messages back and forth in their heads when they're bored. Even in the same room! It's become a game to see who can get the other to blush first. If they blush, (especially if there are others in the room), they'll get teased.
During season 9, all that appeared when they sent one was "NO SIGNAL". When they got back to Ninjago, the messages all flooded in and they spent the whole next day reading through them together.

* Crossword puzzles are a must! Sometimes they'll make their own, wipe their memories of how they made it, then do it all together. {Mine}

* They're the only couple who doesn't make out.

* Food fights in the kitchen are also a given! It's always funny to watch someone come in and see the mature, composer couple laughing and giggling while throwing food at each other.

* Pixal once tried to give Zane the other half of his power source back but he forced her to keep it because he didn't want to lose her (shortly after the events of Pixal gaining the power source).

* Pixal can tell if Zane's injured on a mission (even if she isn't there) because of their shared power source.

~~~

* Pixal shares a small part of Zane's powers but can't control them in any way.

~~~

* She automatically learned how to fight because part of his power source he gave her has some fighting mechanics inside it.
