Inside of the Witch's Forest the forest was still on a mass of fire, thanks to Salamander's Undying Flames, another part of the Fores was currently occupying a Gigantic Spiky Glacier, thanks to Hecate's Frost Frost Toy, and another part of the Forest was just ravaged and destroyed thanks to the God Of Chaos' Chaos Magic. In this Ravaged part of the Forest, Melony was seen lying against a Tree, still unconscious thanks to her fight with Tengan and Cyrus. She snored quietly, until-

"RRREEOOOWWW!"

Melony: "WAH!"

Suddenly a familiar voice yelled, quickly waking Melony up, the girl looked around in a panic, until she saw an oddly familiar figure infront of her.

Melony stared at the cat infront of her in confusion for a moment as it just continued to smile at her.

Melony: "Uh... Hello... are you lost Kitty?"

Cat: "......"

Cat Rotum then turned around, and faced something behind him, causing Melony to gain a suprised expression as she looked aswell... Infront of the two was Hecate's real body lying on the ground, with her face in the first... a trail behind her that looked like she had been dragged through the forest following her. Melony's Status Sight then quickly Activated once again.

Rotum let out a Cat sigh and walked over to Hecate before lifting up her head, causing the Former Midnight Sun Mage's eyes to widen with stars as she saw Melony.

Hecate: "It really is you! I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE ALIVE! WE THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!"

Hecate said crying a bit, causing Melony to chuckle.

Melony: "It's nice to see you too, Shaula."

*POOF!*

Rotum: "Hold on a second. Where's that Locus guy? Weren't you fighting him?"

Rotum said as he went back into his human form, revealing it to Melony, but this was quickly overshadowed as Melony looked around in panic for her brother.

Hecate: "I wouldn't worry about him. Nowadays he's always planning his next move. He'll probably be back, but he just needs time to think."

Melony: "Right. Thank you Shaula."

Suddenly, a loud boom was heard in the distance, causing everyone to quickly perk up.

Rotum: "That came from where Y/n and his Squad are fighting!"

Hecate: "WE HAVE TO HELP OMNI-FRIEND! Fana's Super Strong! And I don't think Anti-Magic will beat her so easily!"

Melony: "Right! Let's go you three!"

Rotum: "I can't wait to show off my new Magic!"

Rotum said excitedly while Melony quickly threw Hecate into her back and ran off.

Inside one of the more On Fire parts of the Forest, The Black Bulls were seen standing against Fana as she stood there with Salamander, Cornered by the Mages.

Asta: "IT'S OVER! WE'VE GOT YOU COMPLETELY SURROUNDED!"

Y/n: "JUST GIVE UP AREADY! ANYTHING YOU THROW AT US WE CAN JUST CUT IT DOWN!"

Y/n and Asta said as they both slowly approached the Midnight Sun Mage.

Y/n: "We don't wanna hurt you! So please don't force us to!"

Asta: "RIGHT! DON'T THROW YOUR LIFE AWAY! IF YOU DO SOMETHING STUPID THEN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE GONNA BE REALLY SAD!"

And saying this, quickly set Fana off, as she glared at Asta and Y/n, the image of Omniage bleeding and Injured appearing in her mind again.

Fana: "You disgusting Human! DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK OF MY FRIENDS! NOT AFTER WHAT YOU ALL DID TO HIM! NOT AFTER WHAT YOU DID TO ALL OF US!"

Fana roared as her eyes began to shine, her magic surging as Salamander Roared from behind her.

Finral: "WOAH! THIS MUCH POWER SO LATE IN THE GAME!?"

Noelle: "I thought Me and Y/n's Sea Queen's Wrath and Asta Bull Thrust finished her off?"

Y/n: "Apparently not!"

Asta: "This Isn't good!"

Meanwhile, Above the Black Bull Mages, Fanzell, Mars and Duke were seen flying towards the Bruning battle Field together, searching for Y/n and Asta.

[Yes I skipped the little thing Fanzell and Mars had before this! NOTHING CHANGED! Duke was just there, I'm sorry if you liked that part. MOVING ON!]

Mars: "Wait those Flames-"

Duke: "WOAH! That Blaze is some Powerful Magic! If it's that powerful, and still burning then it has to be the Flame Spirit!"

Fanzell: "You're right, There it is, Salamander!"

Fanzell said as the massive Flame Spirit became Visible two the three Diamond Kingdom Mages.

Mars: "Such Destruction..."

Duke: "It's wings are all messed up tho... That has to be the work of the Wizard King!"

Mars: "For the last time, Y/n isn't the Wizard King."

Duke: "I REFUSE TO BELEIVE YOU!"

Fanzell: "As powerful as they are alone and together, if they've been fighting that thing this whole time and it's still this strong, then there's no way those two are Strong Enough to handle Ladros right now!"

Fanzell said in a bit of panic... when suddenly the man of the Hour appeared behind them, riding on his magic carpet with a smile on his face.

Ladros: "HEY, WAIT A SECOND! Where are you goin? You're never going to defeat me with some weak Compound Magic! AND RUNNING WON'T HELP YOU EATHER!"

Ladros said happily as he chased after the Diamond Trio, before a Orb of Magic Surrounded the flamboyant man.

Ladros: "Now then!
MILLON LAZERS~!"

Ladors yelled as he launched a mass of Lazers from his body in all sorts of directions with no concerns about who or what he hit. Forcing Duke, Mars and Fanzell to dodge quickly as the Lazers shot around them indiscriminately, quickly heading towards burning battle.

Fanzell: "ASTA! Y/N!"

Fanzell called out, quickly grabbing the attention of the two Mages as they flew by.

Asta: "Huh? Old man Zell?"

Y/n: "What's Exhibitionist Man doing here? And why's he with Duke and Mars!?"

Seeing this opportunity, Fana and Salamander quickly shot a large ball of the two distracted Mages.

Y/n: "I'LL ABSORBE IT!"

Fanzell: "NO WAIT! BOUNCE IT OVER HERE!"

Reacting Quickly, Y/n slammed the Flat side of his Sword into the fire ball, popping it up into the air, before Jumling back, giving room for Asta who got ready to launch it.

Asta; "DON'T SEE WHY! BUT OK! HERE IT COMES!"

Asta roar as he quickly slammed his sword into the Fire Ball as it came back down, mixing the Anti-Magic from his Sword and Y/n's made the Blaze even stronger, before it was sent flying to Fanzell. Fanzell then quickly made a Tunnel of Wind, sucking up the fire ball and making it even stronger before launching it right at Ladros' face.

*BLAM!*

Lados: "IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!?"

Ladros said as he quickly caught the Gigantic fire ball in his arms, quickly making Fanzell and Mars' eyes widen, until-

Duke: "NO WAY IN HELL IT ISN'T!"

Suddenly, Duke charged forwards, a mass of Magma Swirling around into a Gigantic Fist around his own.

Duke:
"MAGMA CREATION MAGIC:
VENUS FIST!"

*BLAM!*

Ladros: "GAHA!"

Duke then slammed his giant Magma fist into Ladros' Chest, a giant smile on his face before he lunched the Fist off of his own arm, sending the Diamond Mage falling toward the ground as he was burned up by Fana's Flames.

Duke: "And that's for calling me Melt for Brains!"

Duke said happily as he punched his fist into his palm. Meanwhile, Fanzell looked relieved at Duke's sudden action.

Fanzell thoughts: "Looks like Duke's gotten even stronger. Good thing he's on our side..."

Y/n: "Uh, what the heck just happened?"

Asta: "Yeah, what just fell from the Sky?"

Asta and Y/n asked as Fanzell, Mars and Duke landed in the Blazing Battle Field.

Fanzell: "Great work you two. I see the Witch Queen wasn't lying when she said the two of you'd get stronger."

Asta: "DON'T CHANGE THE SUBJECT! I WANNA KNOW WHY YOU'RE HANGING OUT WITH FROSTY AND THAT MAGMA GUY!"

Y/n: "YEAH! THOSE TWO DEFINITELY TRIED TO KILL US BEFORE! WHAT'S GOING ON!?"

Mars: ".... A-"

Duke: "Don't worry about it!"

Y/n & Asta: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT!? YOU TRIED TO KILL US!"

Mars: "... What he means is that we aren't enemies, trust me."

Asta: "How am I supposed to trust a Scary Looking Face like that!?"

Duke: "Hehehe! Think of it as a Temporary Truce, alright! As long as I get to fight you again Y/n Omniage!"

Duke: "HA! THE FIGHT IS ON!"

Fanzell said, drawing everyone's attention to Salamander.

Fanzell said making Duke pout a bit, when suddenly, Mars gasped.

Mars: "...It's Fana?"

Hearing this confused everyone a bit, especially Fana, as a memory began to play in Mars' head.

Mars thoughts: "I killed her with my own hands... and yet, she's alive somehow..."

Mars thought in astonishment at seeing the girl, until that inner astonishment exploded outwards.

ars: "FANA!!!"

Mars yelled before he quickly dashed at the Third Eye girl, only to quickly be stopped by Y/n and Asta holding the man back.

Mars: "It's me, remember!? Tell me you still recognize me! I'M YOUR FRIEND!"

Fana flinched a bit at this as she held her head in a bit of pain as Mars continued trying to reach out to her.

Mars: "Come on! Talk to me! FANA! FAANNAAA!!!

Fana: "Get away from me I don't who you are!"

Fana said before shooting a ball of fire at Mars, only for him to quickly be pushed aside as Asta and Y/n slashed the ball in half, quickly causing them to recoil from the intense heat.

Duke: "This Girl has Mars really acting up... and this weird magic emanating from her... a Transformation Spell?"

Fanzell: "At this point in the battle there'd be nothing to gain from that. It's that eye on her Forehead, someone else must be casting it. The Eye of the Midnight Sun, they must be controlling her!"

Fanzell said as Fana held her head in pain, an odd dark magical aura radiating from her Third Eye.

Fana: "My head... it hurts!"

Fana began as she started to float, the magic from her third eye only getting stronger and stronger as did her normal magic.

Fana: "You're always getting in my way! It's because of you I can't keep my promises! I can't protect my Friends!
I hAtE yOu!"

Fana roared, her magic surging like crazy as Salamander grew into a giant ball of magical flames, one ready to explode.

Y/n: "OH CRAP! SHE'S OVERLOADING HEE MAGIC!"

Finral: "MORE SELF DESTRUCTING!?"

Fanzell: "Oh No!"

Duke: "THAT'S A BAD!"

Finral: "WHY DO ALL THESE MIDNIGHT SUN PEOPLE THINK THAT'S THE SOLUTION TO EVERYTHING!?"

Vanessa: "If we don't do something quickly this entire area will be reduced to a Crater!"

Fana spoke, shooting a barrage of Fire Balls at the Mages. Asta quickly slashed  the balls one after another, while Y/n just as easily equipped his Meido Zangetsuha along with his Surge Sword, slashing them with both blades. Meanwhile, Noelle quickly used Sea Dragon's Lair to defend against the attack, protecting Vanessa and Finral from the flying Blazes. A ball was heading stright towards Mars, but he didn't defend.

Fanzell: "MARS GET OUT OF THERE!"

Duke:
"MAGMA CREATION MAGIC:
HEPHAESTUS BREAKERS!"

*BLAM!*

Suddenly, right when one of the Fire Balls was going to slam into Mars, Duke dashed in and Punched the Blaze out of the way, defending the Mineral Mage.

Duke: "ARE YOU SERIOUSLY JUST GONNA LET HER KILL YOU!? I KNOW YOU'RE STRONGER THAN THIS! SO BLOCK WITH YOUR OWN DAMN MAGIC!"

Duke said as he continued to punch the Fire Balls out of the way and defend Mars.

Mars: "No Duke! You don't understand! I have no right to live! I killed Fana! And so... I should die!"

"TWIN HORNED DIAMOND BULL:"

*SLAP!*
*SMACK!*
*BLAM!*

Y/n, Asta & Duke:
"SNAP THE HELL OUT OF IT!"

Suddenly, Y/n Slapped, Asta Smacked, and Duke Punched the shit out of Mars in quick succession, which effectively moved him out of the way of another incoming fireball.

Shocked Mars: "Hey?"

Asta: "THERE'S NO TIME FOR DUMB STUFF LIKE THAT!"

Y/n: "NO ONE GAINS ANYTHING FROM THROWING THEIR LIFE AWAY!"

Duke: "YEAH! WHAT THEY SAID! STOP BEING STUPID!"

Shocked by this, Mars just stared for a moment as Asta began talking to him, leaving Y/n and Duke to defend the two of them.

Asta: "Now are you possible that girl is your friend? Because maybe you're confused! She's working with the eye of the Midnight Sun! Rants about Killing all of Humanity for some Reason, and if you can't see it, SHE HAS AN EXTRA EYE ON HER FOREHEAD!"

Mars: "I'D NEVER MISTAKE ANYONE ONE FOR HER! SHE'S ALWAYS BEEN MY DEAR FRIEND!"

Mars said as he grabbed Asta by the collar, lifted the short boy up a bit.

Asta: "... She's dear to you? Ok."

*BLAM!*

Asta the headbutted Mars as he continued.

Asta: "IF THAT'S THE CASE! THEN THAT MEANS YOU HAVE EVEN MORE REASON NOT TO DIE! JUST LIVE! THEN YOU CAN SAVE HER FOR GOOD!"

Mars said letting go of Asta and apologizing.

Duke: "That didn't take much! And here I thought you were some sort of Emotionless Jackass!"

Y/n and Duke said as they slashed/punched another giant fireball.

Mars: "Y/n... I'm sorry for almost killing you back in the dungeon, and Duke, sorry for calling you an a Brainless Muscle Brained Idiot all those times behind your back."

Y/n & Duke: "HEH! IT'S COOL!"

Duke: "... Wait you called me what!?"

As Duke began yelling at Mars, Noelle's Sea Dragon's Lair was seen easily blocking most attacks, while the people inside thought of a plan.

Vanessa: "Even with my Thread Magic and Finrals Spacial Magic we're still useless against her! And a jolt from Noelle'a water magic might just set her off and make her explode!"

Noelle: "We have to count on those two. Y/n and Asta's Anti-Magic are the only things that can stop her."

Noelle said with hope... but meanwhile....

Asta: "ALRIGHT YOU BIG LIZARD! COME ON AND GET SOME!"

Y/n: "YEAH! SHOOT AS MUCH FIRE AS YOU WANT! YOU'RE STILL NO MATCH FOR US!"

Asta & Y/n:
"TEAM ANTI-MAGIC'S GONNA CUT YOU DOWN!"

Asta and Y/n said ready to attack as they hovered their swords over eachother, causing the Light Blue and Dark Red Aura of their Blades to combine into a Pitch Black one.

Y/n: "Mars, Duke Behind us!"

Mars: "Right! I'm ready!"

Duke: "LET'S DO THIS!"

Asta & Y/n: "NOW!
TWIN HORNED DOUBLE DIAMOND BULL:"

Duke & Mars:
"RESCUE FORMATION

Y/n and Asta charged first, their blades crossed at their sides, and behind those blades were Mars and Duke, who charged side by side behind Team Anti-Magic, their Magic/Anti-Magic Aura's creating the Image of a Bull with two Black Bull with Horns made of Diamonds charging at the Fana and Salamander.

"i'M wArNiNg YoU! sTaY bAcK!"

Fana roared as she continued to shoot more and more fire balls at the Four of them, Y/n and Asta quickly slashed the Flames, destroying them.

Mars & Duke:
"COMPOUND MAGIC:
ARMS OF ARES!"

The two Diamond Mages combined their lower, creating two Giant Magma Magic Gauntlets both holding a Giant Mineral Magic Sword and Shield as the two blocked and slashed away the balls of Flame, continuing to charge at Fana with a mass of Courage.

Y/n: "We can't just cut the outerayer! If we wanna stop her from self destructing we need to hit her directly!"

Y/n said Swapping out his Surge Sword for Meido Zangetsuha, ready to destroy magic instead of making it Surge.

Asta: "If we get close enough, I think an Asta Cannonball plus Pull Thrust will cut far enough in!"

Mars: "We'll help!"

Duke: "You can count on us!"

The four of them said confidently, until-

*FWOOSH!*

They were suddenly set on fire as the heat got way too hot for their bodies to handle, the four of them began to burn as they got closer, until their entire bodies were surrounded in flame... but instead of burning more, the four seemed to heal their wounds.

Mars:
"Flame Recovery Magic:
Phoenix Robe!"

Asta: "Woah, Mars did you?"

Mars: "I did say I'd help."

Duke: "Which means it's my turn!"

Duke said before slamming his hands into the ground.

Duke:
"MAGMA CREATION MAGIC:
OBSIDIAN ARMOR!"

Suddenly, Black Glassy Armor Pieces covered parts of everyone's body, with a chest piece for Mars, A helmet for Asta, Boots for Y/n, and Gauntlets for Duke.

Asta: "Woah!"

Y/n: "SO COOL!"

Duke: "This stuff should protect us from the head! Although, I can only make one full set, so you'll have to share!"

Asta & Y/n:
"FINE BY US! NOT LET'S DO THIS!"

Asta and Y/n roared happily as they slowly charged into Fana's Flames, as the two charged, Duke and Mars admired Asta and Y/n's abilities and achievements, slowly going farther and father into the blaze. The Damage from Fana's Flames slowly outgoing what Phoenix Robe could Heal, while also slowly Melting away Duke's Obsidian armor.

Asta & Y/n thoughts: "Almost..."

Mars & Duke: "There..."

The four of them reached for Fana, but as they did, her Mignight Sun symbol pulsed, as the dark magic from her third eyes grew  even stronger.

Mars: "FFFFAAAANNNNAAAA!!!"

Y/n: "ASTA! LET'S USE IT!"

Asta: "RIGHT!"

The two of them said as Y/n suddenly pulled out the Fusion Buster Sword, the two of them Gripping it's handle as they slammed all their blades together.

*GONG!*

A Pitch Black Aura surrounded the two swords, as they quickly combined into the very familiar and powerful, Devil's Surge Buster Sword.

Y/n gripped the handle and tried to lift the blade, only for it to not move an inch.

Y/n thoughts: "The hell!? It's Heavier than Before!"

Y/n struggled to move the blade, when sud see suddenly, Asta Gripped the handle aswell, allowing the two of them together to lift the blade with ease.

Asta: "Let's do this Y/n!"

Y/n: "Right!"

Asta's Grimoire floated infront of both of them, as one half of the above Radiated a Red and Black Aura, while the other half radiated a Blue and White Aura, revealing a brand new spell the two of them could use.

"IT'S ALL OVER!"

Asta: "NO IT ISN'T!"

Y/n: "NOT YET!"

The two of them then raised the Pitch Black sword into the air, as it released a powerful mass of Black Anti-Magic Energy. As they did, the Blade only Grew heavier as the ground under then cracked and Broke.

Y/n & Asta:
"WE WON'T LET THIS BE THE END!
WE'RE NOT DONE YET!
WE WON'T BACK DOWN!
NOT UNTIL WE BEAT YOU!!!"

*FFFWWWOOO-THOOOM!*

Y/n & Asta:
"SURGING ANTI-MAGIC:
PITCH BLACK EXCALIBUR!"

The two of them slammed down their blade, sending a thin wave of Powerful Anti-Magic though Fana's Flames, quickly and easily obliterating Salamander and regulating Fana's Magic.

Noelle: "Woah! It worked! They did it!"

Noelle said as Asta had been set on fire, while Y/n easily held the Devil's Surge Buster Sword.

Y/n: "Weird... I could pick this thing up at all before... guess that's what happens when you don't use a sword for a while."

Y/n said to himself before looking down... quickly seeing that the end of his Scarf was also on fire.

Y/n: "AHHH! MY SCARF! ON NO DAD'S GONNA KILL M-"

*SPLASH!*

Noelle, quickly splashed the two of them with water, putting out both fires as the Anti-Magic Knights let out sighs of relief.

Y/n: "I have to be more careful... I almost lost my most prized possession..."

Asta: "Glad that's over."

"You're wrong... it's not!"

suddenly, Fana was back on her feet, fire growing around her yet again as she spoke with venom in her voice.

Fana: "Our hatred can't be stamped out! Ever! Not after what you did! NEVER AFTER WHAT YOU DID!"

Asta and Y/n were shocked by this as they got ready to fight again, but instead of them charging in, Mars was the one to do so, rushing at Fana with extreme speed, before pulling her into a fight hug, not carrying about the flames surrounding her and burning him.

Mars: "FANA! IT'S ME REMEMBER!? I DIDN'T HAVE THE STRENGTH TO FIGHT WITH YOU BEFORE, BUT PLEASE! FORGIVE ME!"

Mars cried as a memories began to play in Fana's Mind... a fuzzy one she didn't remember...

Young Mars: "You're a girl, Fana. It's not a good idea to overdo it. If I get out I'll wait, I promise I will."

Fana: "AAAAHHHHHH!!!!"

Mars: "Now that I found you again in the outside world! Let's keep our promise, ok!? LET'S SEE THE WORLD! TOGETHER!"

*FFFWWWOOOOOOSSSHHH!!!!*

Fana's Flames shot high up into the air, radiating a mass of power as it surrounded her and Mars. Until suddenly. The flames died out, as Mars stopped hugging Fana, and held the girl by her shoulders, the Eye on her forehead disinterested, as the Black clouds above the slowly disappeared, revealing the clear skys once again. Fana then smiled, before speaking up.

Fana: "We said we would... so let's go."

Mars let out tears, as he had reagined his long lost friend.

Mars: "R-Right."

Fana: "Ah- What's wrong?"

Mars didn't reply as he quickly pulled Fana into a hug once again, quickly causing Fana to hug back. Fanzell and Duke smiled along with the Black Bulls.

Vanessa: "Well, that's a relief."

Noelle: "Yeah."

Finral Thoughts: "HMM! LUCKY!"

Asta and Y/n smiled aswell, as the taller boy rested his their fused buster sword on his shoulder.

Asta cheered at their victory, kinda ruining the moment for a moment.

Mars: "Asta, Y/n."

Mars said walking over to the two. This all happened, because of the two of you.

Asta: "Nah. That was all you Mars."

Y/n: "Yeah. We just stopped the Explosion. You did all the healing."

Duke: "OI! I HELPED TO! IF I DIDN'T HELP YOU COULDN'T HAVE STOPPED THE EXPLOSION IN THE FIRST PLACE!"

Mars: "Right, I guess I owe you a Thank you aswell Duke."

Duke said happily as he rested his hands behind his head, before Fana walked over.

Fana: "Hold on, are the four of you aready aquinted?"

Mars: "Sort of."

Y/n: "Mars tried to kill me and Asta. He stabbed me in the gut, which almost killed me. But thanks to you were all cool now!"

Duke: "And we just work together."

Y/n and Duke, said to Fana embarrassing Mars a bit, buutt.

Fana: "Wow! So you made some friends in the outside world."

Mars: "Well, we're not really-

Asta: "Yup! We're best buddies! Even if you almost carved Y/n's guts out! Hahaha!"

Mars: "Can we please stop talking about that now..."

Mars said making Asta, Y/n and even Fana laugh, until...

*FWOOSH!*

Melony: "WE'RE HERE GUY! IS EVERYRHING ALRIGHT!?"

Rotum: "YEAH! DON'T WORRY WE'RE HERE TO SAVE THE DAY!"

Hecate: "TOY TIME!"

Y/n: "Oh hey guy! You missed all the Action!"

Rotum & Melony: "Wha- WE DID!?"

Hecate: "Psh... boring..."

Suddenly, Rotum, Melony and Hecate rushed onto the field ready to attack with Heacte riding on Melony's back... but as they arrived the fight was already over.

Rotum: "TCH! YOU COULD HAVE SAVED SOME ACTION FOR US YOU JERK!"

Y/n: "Haha! Sorry Rotum! But it was either take things down asap or die."

Rotum pouted, before he quickly realized something.

Rotum: "Hold on, how did you recognize me so fast? I'm on my second life now."

Y/n: "Well you may look different, but you still act the same."

Y/n said petting Rotum's head, causing the cat to growl, but still wanted him to continue petting.

Hecate: "Aw man... I really wanted to show off my new Combat Toys..."

Asta: "Hold on a second if that's Rotum, then who's the girl with the horns?"

Hecate: "I'm Hecate... I was the girl that used those Dolls and Toys to attack you guy..."

Hecate said oddly shy as she tried to hide her face behind Melony's shoulder.

Asta: "WAIT YOU'RE THAT GIRL FROM THE MIDNIGHT SUN!?"

Y/n: "Yeah, wait what are you doing here."

Hecate: "S-Switching Sides..."

Duke: "Seems that's happening to a lot of us today..."

In another part of the Forest, Mariella and Dominante were seen helping injured Witches when they saw the fighting had stopped.

While in another part, Cyrus was seen wondering deeper into the Witch's Forest, as it he was searching for something.

Back with our Heroes, everyone stood around Fana asking her questions.

Asta: "So you barely remember anything?"

Y/n: "I know what that's like..."

Fana: "It's good to see that I'm not alone. But I do recall something from training..."

Fana said as she quickly recalled the faded memories she held after her "death". Telling them of how the mystery figure of Licht finding her dying body.

Fana: "Everything after that is just a Blank. It felt like somebody was possessing me, and they controlled everything that I did. All I remember feeling was that person's intense hatred and sadness."

Asta: "What about that Third Eye and those pointy ears?"

Fana: "I'm sorry, but I really don't know."

Noelle: "Hold on, Y/n, Vetto kept talking about how you and him were the same Kind, does any of this ring a bell at all?"

Y/n: "Nope. The only thing I've felt that was similar to Fana was seeing old memories of, what I've been told, was my Past Life as Omniage, and feeling some, intense Pain and Lonelyness..."

Melony thoughts: "My Status Sight even at Level 5 Can't see anything out of the ordinary either. Other than her beyond high levels of Magic Power."

Mars: "All of that time. How could I have been so oblivious?"

Fana: "It's alright, there's nothing that you need to feel guilty about. It brought us back together, didn't it."

Mars: "Right, and I'm not letting you go."

Fana: "Oh my."

Mars said quickly grabbing Fana's should, only realizing what he did afterwords, as the two of them quickly became embarrassed.

Fana: "You're right, we'd better stick together."

Mars: "Uh, yeah."

Vanessa: "Ohh~! Things are heating up over there. And look how tense and awkward the guy is, it's so adorable."

Finral: "A wonderful union of two childhood friends torn apart by tragedy... What a wonderful thing to witness!"

Y/n: "As my Dad once said, "Childhood Friends never get together"..."

Finral: "AGH! WHY DOES YOUR DAD'S STUPID ADVICE HAVE TO GET IN THE WAY OF SUCH A TOUCHING REUNION!"

Asta: "I can't tell if you're happy or Sad  Finral!"

Fineal: "IN JELOUS, HAPPY, SAD AND ANGRY, ALL TOGETHER!"

Asta: "What's do you mean? Did you never have any childhood buddies?"

Finral: "Let's be honest Asta! I've never had one as cute as she is and we all know it!"

/n: "*GASP!* FINRAL ME TOO! I GOT IT! WE CAN BE THE GREAT,

Finral: "THERE'S NO WAY I WANNA BE APART OF THAT TEAM! BESIDES YOU'RE ASSUMING WAY TO MUCH!"

Y/n: "HAHAHAHAHA!"

Vanessa: "Well there's still something I don't understand. Why did the Eye of the Midnight Sun come to the Forest of Witches in the first place?"

Fana: "I'm sorry... but I don't know..."

"I-I do..."

The small voice quickly caught everyone's attention as they turned towards Melony who was still carrying Hecate on her back, causing the small Puppet Magic Mage to hide her face behind Melony's back.

Asta: "Oh yeah, Hecate was apart of the Eye! We can just ask her!"

Melony: "Alright Shaula, speak up now."

Melony said causing Hecate to quickly poke her head up shyly before taking a deep breathe and speaking very quickly.

Hecate: "We-We're here for the Magic Stone!"

Vanessa: "Magic Stone? You mean there's one here in the forest?"

Hecate shyly nodded before ducking back down behind Melony, hiding her face again.

Noelle: "Well, where is it then?"

Hecate: "W-We didn't know... we hoped one of you got it aready, and planed to take it off your corpses..."

Rotum: "That's unsettling..."

Melony: "We should go to the Witch Queen. I can bet she knows a thing or two."

Fanzell: "You guys go on ahead, but some of us should stay back, and make sure everyone else is ok. Mariella, Dominante and the other Witches are still in the Forest somewher-"

Suddenly, a mass of Magic Spiked out of nowhere in the middle of the Forest, causing everyone's eyes to widen.

Y/n: "Asta quick! Make the Devil's Barrage Broad Sword and let's take whoever that is out with Pitch Black Hole!"

Asta: "RIGHT!"

Y/n said quickly pulling out and tossing the Bliz and Fusion Broadswords to Asta, quickly causing him to catch then and slam them together with his own Black Broad Sword, quickly creating the Devil's Barrage Broad Sword once again.

*GONG!*

[For those who forgot again!]

*SLASHING!*

Asta: "READY!"

Suddenly, a mass of Lazer shot out of the forest, raining down on our group of heroes, causing blasts as they tried to either dodge of defend themselves, but the speed of the attack was too quick for most, causing a giant plum of smoke as everyone was knocked to the ground. As they laid there, a very familiar figure made his approach.

"You're right, that was an awful lot of magic you fed me. It took a few good minutes to absorbe all of it. Thanks for the Meal!"

Ladros said walking out of the smoke, revealing his smug smile.

Ladros: "For a second I was sure I was a goner."

Fanzell: "It can't be! You were out of power!"

Ladros: "Nah! I just fired it all off and pulled it back in. You're pretty good at magic detection Teach, but you rely on that way too much! And while we're on the subject, I have a question. Why are all you softies so quick to throw your lives away for somebody else?"

Ladors said, revealing Mars who had created Mineral Armor and took the blast of magic for Fana, but his armor was destroyed as his back smoked.

Fana: "N-No. He'll kill you."

Ladros: "That's the first thing I've heard you say, and I can assure you that it's the smartest thing you've said all day."

Ladros said before quickly firing a blast of magic at the two, only for Asta to quickly dash in with the Devil's Barrage sword and deflect the mass of blasts around the two.

Asta: "NOW Y/N!"

Ladros: "Now where have I heard that name before?"

Y/n:
"PITCH BLACK:
SMASH SLASH!"

*SHIN-*

*CLANG!*

Y/n: "WHAT!?"

Y/n appeared out of the Smoke and Jumped at Ladros, slashing down on him, only for the attack to be blocked as Ladros caught his blade.

Ladros: "Oh that's where! You're the little Anti-Magic kid Duke won't shut up about being the True Wizard King!"

The man roared before he quickly grabbed Y/n by his scarf and threw him towards Asta, but Y/n easily slowed himself down to a stop by stabbing his buster sword into the ground.

Ladros: "Ohhh? I just touched you for a second and your magic already refilled the entire supply you just drained with that sword. So, You're also that Fearsome Knight with endless amounts of Magic that makes other Magic Surge out of control?"

Asta: "What the heck is this guy talking about?"

Y/n: "... When he grabbed me... it felt like I was wearing another Scarf, or Wielding a Human Sized Surge! That Guys Magic is draining other people's Magic!?"

Ladros: "HAHA! You catch on fast, Mr. Omniage! Now move out of the way you two! This is Diamond Kingdom business, and once I'm done killing Mars, The Melt for Brains in next!"

Ladors said revealing that Duke wasn't so lucky in avoiding the first blast, as he was burnt all over, struggling to move.

Y/n: "Sorry! But this is our business now two!"

Asta: "Yeah! Those two are our Friends!"

Y/n & Asta: "AND WE WON'T LET YOU HURT THEM!"

Y/n and Asta said crossing their Surging Anti-Magic Blades as they got ready for an attack that made Ladros' eyes widen.

Y/n & Asta:
"PITCH BLACK-"

Ladors: "WOAH! HOLD ON WAIT A SECOND KIDDOS! Not that I see the two of you together, I think I recognize both you you! The kid who can't control his magic and the kid with no magic who team up and make an ultra powerful Anti-Magic Duo, right?"

Ladros said quickly catching both of their attention and stopping their attack as the Diamond Knight Continued.

Ladros: "Trust me, I know you're pain, I was born without a magic attribute, isn't that something? What I was growing up all the kids use to laugh at me and call me bland and boring! But hey! Atleast I had magic! And the magic i did have didn't try to kill me every second I wasn't wearing a stupid scarf!"

Y/n: "Make fun of me all you want, BUT DON'T YOU DARE TALK BAD ABOUT MY DAD'S SCARF!"

Ladros: "I fell bad for you, especially you Casta!"

Asta: "THEN GIVE ME YOUR MAGIC! AND MY NAME IS ASTA!"

Ladros: "I certainly would if I could. You know what here."

Ladros said creating a small ball of magic before holding it high above his head.

Ladros: "Can you reach it? Or do you have to get your giant buddy to help you?"

Asta: "GAHAHAA!"

Y/n: "Just ignore him! He's just trying to get into our heads!"

Ladros: "I'd rather get in there than that scarf. It looks like it was made by a Blind Grandmother for a Cat!"

Y/n: "I WILL CUT YOU INTO BITE-SIZED CHUNKS!"

Asta: "What was that about ignoring him?"

Ladros: "Man you two are funny! You guys count absorbing magic as Anti-Magic right? When why don't we join forces? We can be, LADROS' TEAM ANTI-MAGIC! And the two of you can be my right hand men, whaddya say? I can put in a good word for the Diamond Kingdom for you and we can climb the ranks together! We've got what it takes to beat down everyone who ever looked down on us for something we can't control!"

Y/n: "....."

《Flash》

"Useless."

"Magicless weakling."

"Nothing but a magic bomb."

"Nothing without that Scarf and Sword."

Seth: "Just go back home, that's the only place you're of use. You'll just get killed following that stupid dream."

《Flash》

Y/n thoughts: "Not right now! I can't think about that right now! I can deal with that later!"

Y/n thought to himself before he growled and gripped his blade with both hands.

Y/n: "Forget it!"

Ladros: "Eh?"

Asta: "He said forget it!"

Asta & Y/n:
"I'M GONNA BE THE CLOVER KINGDOM'S WIZARD KING! AND NOTHING WILL STOP ME!"

*GLA-SHING!*

Asta and Y/n roared as they slashed at Ladros, quickly causing him to jump back and land on a tree branch, as he used it to float into the air.

Ladros: "Wizard King, huh? You know, you'll just have to fight eachother for that title in the end, you can only get so far as a team Y'know!"

Asta: "We can deal with that Later!"

Y/n: "Yeah! Right now you're the problem!"

Ladros: "Hmm. Now that I think about it you two wouldn't make good sidekicks, you're both too dense!
A MILLION LAZERS~!"

Ladros said quickly shooting a mass of Lazers at Asta and Y/n, causing them to slash and deflect the magic away with extreme speed, unable to counter with the sheer number of attacks at this range.

Ladros: "Sweet Team Anti-Magic! I know how you two operate! For example! Now that your movement based Mages are out of commission! WITH MY BARRAGE OF ATTACK AND AT THIS RAGE YOU CAN'T LEAVE A SCRATCH ON ME! YOU'RE SITTING DUCKS! AND WITH YOU MAKING MAGIC STRONGER AS YOU BOUNCE IT BACK! I'M THE ONLY ONE DEALING MORE DAMAGE! YOU CAN'T WIN! MIGHT ASWELL GIVE UP NOW!"

*BBBOOOOOOOMMM!!!*

Ladros quickly blasted Asta and Y/n with a barrage of Lazers they couldn't counter, dealing a mass of damage to the two and kicking up dust. As the dust cleared it revealed the two of them, injured but still standing as they gripped the Fused Anti-Magic Blades.

Asta: "You may know some thing about us..."

Y/n: "But if you think we'll ever let you get away with hurting our friends!"

Asta: "if you think we'll give up!"

Y/n & Asta: "THEN YOU'RE DEAD WRONG!"

Ladros: "Friends?.... There no such thing as friends. This world has two types of people, those who use, and those who get used. I made it where I am by using what you two think you are! By using my "Friends"! That includes our poor Defeated Marsie boy, his girlfriend, and the Dumb Melt for Brains, Dukie! I plan to use them for my benefit aswell! They can live out the rest of their pitiful lives as test subjects of the Diamond Kingdom's Labs! WHAHAHAHA!"

*FWOWOWOW-*
*GLASH!*

Lados: "... Excuse me?"

Suddenly, Y/n's Meido Zangetsuha flew through the air, and stabbed itself into Ladros' shoulder, making his eyes widen as his magic was quickly drained away by the legendary sword. He looked at where the blade came from, only to see Hecate, hiding under Melony's Unconscious body, pointing at Ladros, with magic strings attacked to the Anti-Magic Blade, a devilish look in her eyes.

Hecate thoughts: "I won't let you talk about my future Omni-toy that way. Now die."

Ladros slowly fell to the ground, being drained of his magic as he internally panicked about the situation. As he laid there with the sword in his chest, Asta and Y/n approched, they blades crossed as they got ready for a Pitch Black attack.

Lados: "S-Stay back! Don't hurt me!"

Y/n: "The only reason we've gotten this far was with not only eachother's help. But help from others along the way!"

Asta: "Even at the peak of our strength! Team Anti-Magic's always had something to back us up!"

Y/n: "You're wrong! Friends don't just exist to be Used!"

Asta: "Friends help eachother!"

Y/n: "Ecourage eachother!"

Asta: "Save eachother!"

Y/n & Asta: "REAL FRIENDS ARE ALWAYS THERE FOR EACHOTHER!"

Ladros: "Y-Yeah! I'm sorry! I was wrong! I promise I won't hurt anyone again! Just help me i'm begging you! P-Please! Just take the sword out! I can't do it by myself!"

There was silence for a moment between the three until...

Y/n & Asta: "NO WAY ARE WE FALLING FOR THAT!"

Asta: "We know how strong you are! If we take out that sword and you fight back we're dead meat!"

Y/n: "Fight you is like fighting a living version of my Surge Sword! And I don't wanna deal with that! So you're going down right here and now!"

Asta: "We may be dumb, but were not stupid!"

Ladros: "A wait! Please don't kill me! I won't last much longer this way!"

Y/n: "Oh please! Like that things isn't hitting anything fatal! My Dad taught me every part of the body to hit that would kill them and I avoid them with perfect precision! That's why I haven't killed anyone yet! And why you're fine! It isn't even all that deep in you!"

Asta: "Even I can tell from you Ki that you're lying up a Storm! The only thing you're losing is your magic! And that's fine by me!"

Y/n: "Tims to drain that rest of that magic!"

Asta: "And hit you really hard that you passout!"

Asta & Y/n:
"PITCH BLACK:
EXCALIBUR!"

*FWO-THOOOM*

The two of them tried to slam their blades down on Ladros, but the Diamond Mage easily dodged the attack, using his last bits of magic to blast himself high into the air, before he gripped the Meidō Zangetsuha and tugged with all his might, using reinforcement magic until he ripped the blade clean out of his chest. Ladros then quickly landed and dashed over towards Fana and Mars with extreme speed, quickly trapping Fana in a headlock while charging up a magic blast in his hand.

Y/n: "SO FAST!? even with his Magic Drained!?"

Asta: "LEAVE HER ALONE!"

Ladros ignored the Anti-Magic Knights as he quickly began talking to his captive.

Ladros: "Hey there! It's Fana, right?"

Fana: "LET ME GO!"

Ladros: "I don't know how you got your pretty little hands a ridiculous amount of magic power, but I'm gonna need you to cast that super strong spell now!"

Fana: "Super strong spell? What do you mean?"

Ladros: "Don't play dumb with me! Hurry up and get to it! Or Marsie Dies!"

*BOOOM!*

Ladros said before he blasted Mars' body, quickly sending it into the air.

Fana: "MARS NO!"

Ladros: "I'll only take one more blade to kill him! I know cause I'll aim for his heart next time!"

Fana: "No... I WON'T LET YOU!!!"

Fana quickly screamed as a very weakened version of Salamander appeared from her, ready to attack Ladros.

Ladros thoughts: "BINGO! NOW IT'S TIME FOR ALL THE STOPS IN THIS GRAND FINALLY!"

Ladros roared as Salamander consumed him in flames, but as Salamader consumed him, Ladros did the same, quickly absorbing all of the Flame Spirit's power into his own body. As he did, Asta and Y/n tried to stop him, but it was too late, as Ladors absorbed all of Salamander's Power, some of the other mages woke up... only to see the mages healed and enhanced form.

Ladros: "Oh that hits the spot! No doubt about it! That was the most delicious magic power I've ever feasted on!"

Melony: "N-No way! This can't be!"

Suddenly a tiny shot of flames quickly pierced through Asta body, causing him to stumble back as he landed in Y/n's arms.

Ladros: "Uh Oh! Looks like it's my turn to attack again!"

Y/n: "That attack! I didn't even see it!"

Asta: "I can read his Ki... but It's still way to fast to dodge."

Ladros: "WHAHAHAHAAAA! WITH POWER LIKE THIS I'M UNSTOPPABLE! I CAN'T WAIT TO PUT ALL THE OTHER SHINNING GENERALS TO SHAME! AND EVEN BETTER THAN THAT! THE DIAMOND KINGDOM WILL BE MINE FOR THE TAKING! E-HEHEEE~! I'LL MAKE THE WORLD PAY DEARLY FOR LOOKING DOWN ON ME! But I guess I should finish what I started first, huh?"

*PHI-BOOOM!*

Asta & Y/n: "GAHAHAA!"

Suddenly, Ladros attacked, sending a bolt of Flame crashing into the two mages, and sending them both flying.

Ladros: "I won't let the two fo you sneak up on me again! THIS THIS POINT ON! IT'S GONNA BE A BARRAGE OF LONG DISTANCE ATTACKS! YOU'LL BE NOTHING BUT ASHES! WHAHAHAHAHA! DON'T WORRY! YOU'LL STILL ACHIEVE THOSE DREAMS OF YOURS! YOU'LL BECOME THE WIZARD KINGS OF HELL! So tell me? How many blasts can the two of you... eh?"

Suddenly Ladros was confused as an odd Black and White Aura began to radiate from Asta and Y/n's Body... but it didn't stick to them like they were Transformations into Omni Y/n and Black Asta... this was very different... their Auras began to surge like crazy. The two auras fluctuated over and over again, one getting stronger as the other got weaker, as if the two were fighting... until suddenly, The Aura's Switched, the Black Aura jumping onto Y/n's Body and the White Aura jumping into Asta. Their original aura continued to generate form the two, until suddenly the slashing powers perfectly became one, as both Asta and Y/n were surrounded in the Pitch Black Aura, it shot high into the sky, causing a Shockwave that made Ladros Stumble a bit as everyone who watched eye's widen in a mass of shock... especially Melony who's Status Sight Activated once again....

I have to tell you something...

Most of the time, my stories stem from a single idea. A single fight scene or a scene character's ability... and then I just run with shit from there...

The next chapter is the very idea that has inspired this entire story.

I have planned, found the music and rethought out this part so many times...

People love this story.... but my only fear right now is that I'll mess up writing this part, or people won't like this idea...

But I'm gonna try my damn best!
