Personality: Genevieve is a stoic young woman with a sense of humor that occasionally surfaces. She is much less enthusiastic than she used to be, and seems rather cold hearted at times. There are occasional flares of what could be called her 'true personality's' if one believed that she was hiding it.

Backstory: She was not originally born in the Kingdom of Kemisan. She was born on a chain of islands where germanic languages were commonly spoken, which is why she is fluent in German. Genevieve was very active when she was young due to the lifestyle she was raised in. Essentially she helped her parents a lot be it climbing palm trees to get coconuts or going fishing with her Father. By the time she was thirteen and her little sister Layne was born she knew her way around small fishing boats rather well. Her family boarded a ship and headed to Kemisan a few months after Layne was born, and they purchased a house down by the docks. The house wasn't anything special but it was home, and Genevieve loved her room. She had a little attic room with a circular window looking out at all the cool ships and the ocean. She had even been able to put her bed right under the window so the last thing she saw before she slept were ships and the ocean. She loved it.
When she turned sixteen she got a job down at the docks. She helped load cargo onto ships and earned a decent pay from it. Genevieve loved to surprise Layne with the occasional treat that she purchased with some of her pay. When her seventeenth birthday rounded the corner she ran into some more shady characters. She'd met her first Pirate. Genevieve had ended up putting a rusty dagger she had bought not that long ago to good use, and managed to get away unharmed for the most part. Instead of this encounter scaring her away it actually drew her interest, and she began to keep an eye out for such people. She found that if you looked carefully enough there were shady deals happening at the docks almost daily, and eventually she met the Captain of the Northern Winds.
Genevieve quit her job down at the docks and began to sneak out with The Northern Winds, which was a very new Pirate Crew back then. She hid this from her parents and her little sister. She started out as a mere Cabin Girl since she couldn't always sneak away, but that changed when her parents suddenly up and vanished. She devoted herself to the life of a Pirate full time and climbed her way up the ranks until she became the First Mate of the Crew. She never brought her sister along on any of her endeavors but she did instruct her on swordsmanship and sent home money for Layne.
Despite the fact that they spent a lot of time apart the two sisters are very close, and Genevieve would do anything for her little sister, and Layne would do anything for Genevieve.
When Genevieve turned twenty-eight she disappeared out of the blue and was presumed dead. She was honored by throwing some treasure into the sea. She wasn't dead however, and was in fact very much alive. She is now the Captain of the Royal Navy, and she is much different than when she was a Pirate although she still dresses like one.

Other: Twelve years ago she was apart of a legendary crew know as The Northern Winds. After a few years she eventually became the First Mate, and only two years after that she went missing-presumably dead. Her old crew honored her by throwing some treasure into the sea. -[Confidential]- Now her old crew knows for certain that she is alive, and there's some tense feelings with that.

She has a little sister and she can speak fluent German. [I'm slowly learning the language in school but for full sentences I will most likely use Google Translate because I am nowhere near fluent yet.]

Personality: She is very sharp, intelligent, and conclusive. She takes her time to fully absorb information and mule it over, so that she can consider every last detail in a plan, or a deal (she occasionally assists her Captain with those.) She can be sassy and she knows her way around a debate. Overall, one of the sharpest tools in the shed, and is actually surprisingly friendly. In her own 'strange' way.

Backstory: She was born and raised in a wealthy family, and was sent overseas to go to boarding schools and the likes for a good education. Turns out it payed off, but she ended up having to come home one year early, due to a tragic accident involving her parents. Apparently they'd been stupid and were trying to do some dealings with some well know criminals, and tried to back out. They ended up dead, and their fortune mostly stolen. She mostly found herself bitter, and wandered for a few years. Having learned and studied battle strategy, and just other things like that in general, she felt like if she'd just been there...She might have gotten them out alive or something. However over time she came to accept their death, and 'learned' from their mistakes. She wouldn't ever go into a shady deal without at least two or three escape plans at the ready. And then to regain her family's fortune, and in turn reputation and all that stuff because money's apparently everything, she became a pirate.

Personality: She is an optimistic girl, who's spirit hasn't ever been crushed! She has a heart of gold and wishes that she could bring justice to everyone, and clings to her somewhat childish view of the world.

Backstory: She was born on a chain of islands that spoke germanic languages, however her family moved when she was only a few months old and so she doesn't speak German. She enjoyed a very peaceful childhood and treasured spending time with her parents and older sister, Genevieve. She especially loved when Genevieve would sometimes buy her treats with the pay she got from working down at the Docks. Layne was a quick study with a rapier, and practiced with her weapon more than ever once her parents mysteriously disappeared. She was sad when her sister left to go 'seek out work', but she is content with the weekly letters Genevieve sends her. Layne knows that Genevieve is-or was a Pirate even though Genevieve tried to keep the fact from her.

Personality: He's a trickster as well as a child at heart, and has a soft spot for children in trouble. He can be charming, as well as serious and businesslike when needed because he's a deal maker. He doesn't seem like that bad of a guy but he is actually pretty devious. He knows a lot more than he lets on.

Main Weapon: Scimitar

Secondary Weapon/s: Small Dagger.

Backstory: He wasn't the luckiest, or the worst off child in the world. He had a decent house, in which he was raised by a kind a loving family. The only truly tragic thing that happened in his childhood was the fact that his dog was run over by a carriage. So he avoids those whenever possible. This child can and will keep a grudge okay? It was his dog for goodness sake! When he reached his teen years he was apprenticed to a shipbuilder down at the harbor, and so he spent a good amount of time down there until he suddenly disappeared off the face of the Earth. One day he re-emerged but he was different. He's now know for striking deals and dealing in information.
