Seonghwa's pov
San and I soon finished washing the dishes- and splashing water at each other- then went to my room to get dressed into nicer clothes.
"Hey, Sannie?" I asked, seeing the date on my phone. He hummed know response as he came closer beside me, tugging his sweater down.
"I have classes starting tomorrow, so I can't really stay up late tonight like I did last night. I'm sorry," I said, then kissed his cheek softly.
"Hwa, why don't you just join us?" San asked softly, reaching down to take mg hand in his.
"I didn't earn your fame, San. It wouldn't be right to me, you guys, or to Atiny if I joined Ateez just like that," I said, snapping my fingers of my free hand.
"What if the company did a show similar to produce 101 except you're the only trainee and if you make it through the show, then you make it into Ateez?"
"Would you guys be okay with that?" I asked, almost incredulously. San smiled softly and nodded.
"We were brainstorming ways to get you into Ateez with us, Hwa Hyung. You've already got five of us wrapped around your fingers- one of which being Jongho? We won't be able to be without you," San claimed. I smiled widely remembering the youngest of us eight, who had held onto me so tightly.
"That reminds me, we need to check in on them. Jay and Mar will probably take another half hour to get ready," I glanced at my phone again, then back towards the celebrity in my room.
San pecked my lips sweetly then went to lay down on my bed like he owned it, causing me to smile and lay beside him.
Group chat 2.0
Seonghwa
Good morning guys!
Wooyoung
Good morning, Hwa hyung! How did you sleep?
Yeosang
Morning, Hyung
Yunho
Good morning!
Mingi
Morning, Hyung!
Jongho
Good morning!
Hongjoong
Good morning, Hwa! How are you two?
Seonghwa
We're good, San's beside me. How are you guys?
Five messages of "I'm good" or "I'm okay" came into the chat before one from the youngest came.
Jongho
I miss you both, Hyung
"San, Jongho misses us," I mumbled softly, looking up at the aforementioned from his chest. He was reading the chat from my phone, and playing with my hair soothingly.
"Aww, you must really have Jongho whipped, then. He never tells us when he misses us," San comments, a soft smile on his lips.
"Can we go see him?" I asked. San pouted cutely but nodded.
"Sannie, I know I should talk this through with Mingi and Yunho as well, but I want to go ahead and do our first looks. I want to be able to freely hang out with all of you together, so none of you feel jealous or upset." I glanced down at my screen and saw it buzzing with texts.
"I'm sure they feel the same way, Hyung. Go ahead and ask them by texts,"
Private message, Mingi
Seonghwa
Hey, Mingi, can I ask you a question about our first glance?
Mingi
Yes, Hyung. What about it?
Seonghwa
I'm coming to the hotel today, and wanted to ask if you also wanted to do our first glance?
I want to be able to hang out with you all without worries.
Mingi
Of course I do, Hwa Hyung! Jongho says you're really good at hugs, so I've been wanting one :(
And you still need to teach me how to cook when we have time !!
I smiled at the younger man's messages and sent him a 'thank you' before moving onto Yunho.
Private Message, Yunho
Seonghwa
Hey, Yunho, can I ask you about our first glance?
Yunho
What about it, Hyung?
Seonghwa
San and I will be at the hotel soon, and I was wondering if you also wanted to have our first glance today?
Yunho
Yes, Hyung! I want to have our first glance, and maybe see my soul mark on you if you don't mind showing me.
My cheeks grew warm remembering all of their soul marks and names were on my back. San kissed my forehead, causing me to laugh softly at the contact.
"You really like kisses, hm?" I asked the younger, who blushed and nodded.
"Your skin is really soft, and I just like showing you I'm still here with a little kiss," San explained, though he didn't have to. I smiled widely and leaned up a bit to peck his lips.
"You're sweet, Sannie. Thank you," I said.
San's cheeks stayed rosy with blush as we left the apartment and got into my car. We drove all the way to the hotel the other six celebrities were staying at before he had cooled off.
I parked my car and soon opened san's door for him, then took his hand as I led him inside.
"Hwa Hyung!" Wooyoung exclaimed. I heard his voice over everyone else's as San held his hands over my eyes.
I held my arms out as I waited on the loudest man to jump onto me in a hug, to which he did. I felt him being tugged away before hearing Hongjoong's voice ring out.
"Woo, he can't see! You could've scared him, or knocked him over!" Hongjoong chastised.
"Joong, I'm fine. I held my arms out since I wanted hugs," I said, my cheeks glowing warm at San moving closer behind me.
"Oh, can I?" Hongjoong asked. I smiled and opened my arms again before feeling the shorter man hug me closely.
I gently patted san's hands and let him take them away from my face as I kept my eyes closed.
Jongho and Yeosang came up to me next and squeezed me in a hug between themselves, Yeosang in front and Jongho behind me.
"Woah, who's behind me?" I asked, laughing softly at the bodies.
"I'm Jongho, and Yeosangie Hyung is in front of you," Jongho said. I smiled and gave Yeosang a squeeze and a back rub before I turned in the hug to do the same to Jongho.
"Okay, now that we're all back acquainted, Hwa, you wanted to have your last two first glances? What if you pass out?" Hongjoong asked from beside me, gently holding onto my fingers.
"I've always been healthy, so I should be fine, but if I do pass out, I'd rather be around you all."
I felt as Hongjoong lifted my hand to his lips and gave it a small kiss, which brought a soft smile to my lips.
"Okay, who's going first?" Hongjoong asked. I could guess the pair of friends were about to argue at how his grip tightened.
"Don't argue- who doesn't play loses, rock, paper, scissors, shoot!" I exclaimed. I heard Yunho cheer and Mingi whine.
"I'm guessing Yunho won that?" I asked softly. Hongjoong hummed in response. I felt my hands be taken by two bigger ones and our fingers be laced together.
"Whenever you're ready, I'm in front of you, Hyung," Yunho said, talking with a smile I could almost hear.
I slowly opened my eyes and looked into the taller's. He had a soft smile on his lips that only grew when he noticed mine from our close proximity.
He began to tease me with his gaze, widening his eyes and squinting them cutely.
He then leaned in just enough to peck my cheek sweetly, his high nose being buried in my cheek. My cheeks burned at our contact, but I knew I had to also have my first glance at Mingi.
"O-okay, it's Mingi's turn, Yunho," I said, speaking softly. Yunho smiled still and pecked my cheek again.
I closed my eyes again before feeling myself being picked up.
"Oh shit- where am I going?!" I asked, latching my arms around the person's shoulders.
"I'm just taking you to Yunho Hyung's bed in case you pass out. You'll have somewhere safe to fall back on," Jongho carried me and gently sat me down on the plush mattress. He sat down beside me and held my hand.
"Mingi, are you ready?" I asked, blindly reaching out my free hand for his.
"Yeah, I am," he responded. I nodded before opening my eyes. My heart began to race as I held the pinkette's hand. He seemed to feel the same way as his cheeks began to burn a vibrant shade to match his hair.
"Can I hug you, too, now?" Mingi asked softly. I smiled widely and jumped up to hug the taller man.
"Jjong, you're right, he's nice to hug," Mingi said, glancing at the youngest over my shoulder. I smiled and squeezed him tighter.
"I'm glad you think so," I mumbled against his shoulder, feeling his arms around my waist tightening before he released me.
"Yunho was wanting to see his name and soul mark, so do you all also want to?" I asked, my cheeks burning even more vibrantly that my ears burned as well.
"If you're comfortable enough to show me, then please do, but if not, then don't. I'm sure we all feel the same way, Hwa." Hongjoong glanced at the other six men, who nodded quickly in agreement.
"Just please don't touch your soul marks on me. When Jongho did so accidentally it, well, excited me, so please don't," I asked the room of men.
"When did I touch my mark on your back?" Jongho asked to himself, his eyebrows furrowed cutely.
"When I wore the crop top last night, you touched it when you hugged me in your room," I said.
I pulled my sweater over my head, then tucked it to my chest so only my back showed. I could hear as a couple of them gasped or laughed softly.
"My handwriting is awful," Hongjoong claimed, his gaze stuck on his name on my right shoulder blade.
"I like the way you all write, thank you very much," I scoffed playfully, then saw a smile return to his lips.
