"So, I'm here. What do you want?"
Jungkook looks up at Taehyung through his long hair.
"I'm getting discharged soon."
Taehyung hums as he checks his watch.
"Is that all?"
"And I'll need you to take me back home."
"Okay."
"Hyung."
"What?" Taehyung barks annoyingly.
"It's been weeks. Why are you still so pissed at me? Yeah sure, I don't wanna tell you what's been bothering me, but why does that bother you?!"
"Because we've been together since you were five! You told me everything! You told me things you didn't even tell Yunsoo! Do you feel like you can't tell me anything now because of Jimin?!"
Jungkook's nose scruches up and his eyebrows furrow.
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"Jungkook, you're literally like a little brother to me. You always told me everything. I always listened and told you everything that I knew wouldn't burden you." Taehyung finally explains, his anger slowly turning into a much sadder feel.
His lips dropping and his eyes glossing over.
"That's the only reason I can think of. The only reason why you'd suddenly not want to talk to me. I can't just shrug it off as you growing up. You've always been like this. So, what am I supposed to think?" Finally his shoulders began to shake and his eyes began to shed tear after tear, drowning his eyes.
Jungkook huffs to avoid his own tears from spilling. He looks up at the sobbing elder before getting out of bed.
Ignoring the wires stabbed into his arms, he held the elder tightly.
"That's not why. I just want to stop depending on you so much. I'm an adult now, hyung. You don't need to keep treating me like a kid. I'm not keeping this from you because of Jimin."
It is because of Jimin. But mainly because of me.
"Really?"
Jungkook nods with a smile. Taehyung hugs him tighter, a rush of relief overflowed his body. He buries his face in the younger's neck, sniffling the whole time they held each other.
"Are you still mad at me?"
Jungkook chuckled when Taehyung cutely shook his head.
"Good." Jungkook grins.
