Error: What are the use of these moving pictures?

Ink: Oh? That's called a GIF. There are a lot of uses for them, one, expresses how you feel.

Error: So if I want to express how I feel, I use these?

Ink: Yeah, you can even add context, just to let the person know what you're thinking or really feeling.

Ink: yeah?

You know, Ink. These hearts are supposed to be balloons, but they don't have strings  so they aren't balloons, but would you want them to be?

These hearts are supposed to be you, but you don't have your other half so you aren't a whole. But do you want your other half?
