Just Call Me Stupid! - Sans x reader
(This takes place where the monsters are freed from the underground and this is where the teenaged monsters from underground start on their new school and you're in it)
** Third Person's P.O.V **
Y/n L/n, as a kid. Life wasn't what you wanted, you were blamed for most of the things you didn't do or make. All those experiences injured your soul. It broke your heart to see that everyone living in this world blamed you for making this world, cruel. Even when you didn't, you were depressed about it. It all started when you just 7 years old.
-Past-
As you were walking around the classroom during break time, the kids around you were playing with some paper airplanes and throwing crumpled papers at anyone. You somehow spotted a paper airplane, it was lying on the ground. No one seems to bother picking it up, but you did. You picked the small paper airplane, you were the cleanest student in your class. So you decided to throw it on the recycling bin. As you did so, a boy stopped you on the way. “Hey! That's mine!” The boy claimed, he was pointing a finger at you. Pointing fingers in your perspective were bad, so it meant that you were in trouble. You immediately dropped the paper airplane accidentally on the recycling bin. You looked up to the boy.
His face was tinted red.
He was mad, mad at you. You gasped lightly and covered your mouth with your meek little hands. With regret, you apologized to the boy, but he was still mad. But before he could lash out on you, the bell rang. He sighed and walked back to his seat. He flashed a grin at you, this gesture made you feel so worried. You knew what he's going to do. As the teacher arrived, the boy raised his right hand. “Yes, Danny?” The teacher called, the boy stood up. He made a sad face as he mused “Mrs. Cheis, Y/n broke my paper airplane that I worked so hard and took a lot of effort to make!” Danny took out a paper airplane in his hands, it was broken and dirty. Although, it was true that Danny in class was still learning how to make paper figures but is still learning about lying. The paper airplane that you took wasn't broken or dirty at all.
It just lay there like it wasn't touched. You shook your head rapidly, deflecting his lies. Danny started to fake cry in front of the teacher and YOU. You feel so guilty, you shouldn't have touched it. “I'm sorry” You whispered, “I didn't mean it, someone told me to pick up pieces of paper even if it's not yours” You said, tears beginning to block your vision. “Well, they were wrong. They only did that so you would be in trouble” Danny scoffed at you. “You shouldn't touch things that aren't yours, don't you know that?” Danny snapped at you. “Y-yes” You stuttered, wiping your salty tears from your eyes. “Then why did you touch it?!” Danny threw a fit, you flinched, “I didn't k-know!” You blurted it out. It was true, you didn't know it was his.
“Well, you should or face the consequences” Danny crossed his arms and glared at you. You swore, you saw Danny gave a victory smirk. Everyone was silently cheering for him. Everyone knew that Danny was a wimp, so to stand up for himself. He had to lie.
Everyone at lunch break stepped away from you. Thinking that you might take their things and thriw it away. To this day, you didn't make friends and made you very shy and lonely. It hurt you that one little thing can ruin your life.
-Present-
You walked to the bus stop. You made sure to not touch anything, even if it's a phone or a random watch. You wouldn't bother to pick it up and give it to whom ever owns it. Because you knew deep down inside, it will end up horribly. You didn't want to go back to that emotional rollercoaster ride back when you were little. You could remember it just like it was yesterday. The bus had already arrived 5 minutes later, as you entered the bus. You could see a few humans but lots and lots of monsters. The humans were okay with monsters around, they were pretty chill about it. Some humans didn't like it, but had to deal with it. You chose a random spot, where some monsters surrounded you. You took out your head sets or head phones out of you school bag and plugged them on your phone. You listened to music for awhile but stopped when you arrived to school.
You were at 10th grade, so it's like 10 years of loneliness. When you were in kindergarten, you made only 1 friend, every grade until your 1st grade. You never made any until now. You were very anti-social and developed anxiety throughout your life, growing up.
You hopped off the bus and was ready for more hell. As weeks passed by, you still didn't make friends, everyone around you thought you were weird. Well that's because, you mainly focused on your studies. You didn't have time for anyone who comes up to you and ask something. You also went home early to finish your homework and work. Your parents abandoned you when you little, just because they couldn't afford anything to keep you alive. That's when you heard the news, your parents started out again, with 3 kids. They were financially stable with a mansion and huge company. If anyone asked who was their 'eldest' child. They had to lie.
Even when it's you...
It hurt you so much that your parents couldn't take care of you, and left you. It hurts even more when they start over again, finally able to take care of 3 kids...
But not you. (A/n, damn)
Over time, you begin to see some random things lying on the floor. You ignore it, like you never noticed it. As months passed, you begin to crush on one of the monsters in school. You just can't help it, he looks cute but as you heard. He comes out rude to people when their new. His brother although was cute, you liked the way he talks. You even like his voice but your crush has an even better voice. It was deep, smooth yet scary--- When he's mad or angry but you'll get the point.
It was another day in school, you walked into your classroom early as usual. On your way to the entrance of the classroom, you found a red hanker chief. You figured that if you take it and return it to who ever owns it, maybe they'll thank you for it. As you reach for it, someone else's hand touched your own. You retreated back immediately to see who it was, you blushed so hard when it was your crush. “Taking something that is isn't yours?” Sans glares at you, not noticing the blush on your face. “I wasn't taking it like stealing it from you, I just wanted to return it to who ever owns it” You said, truthfully. However Sans didn't buy it. “Yeah, right, whatever” He scoffed at you, he glared at you one more time before walking in the classroom with Papyrus trailing behind him.
Papyrus gave you an apologetic look, you smiled, making jazz hands. Saying it was okay, he smiled warmly as he took his seat. You walked to your designated seat where it's in the front row, but in the corner near the door. Sans' seat was 2 rows away from you, which made you comfortable. However, you were very uncomfortable with Undyne behind you. She, of course came out rude to people as well. You didn't like the way she treated you. Which made you sad because she calls you ‘Loner’ pretty much all the time. Which is true, you were always alone, alone at lunch breaks, alone at break time, alone at the library and so much more places in school. You were lonely everywhere you go.
It was like bad luck, trailing behind you everywhere you go. Trying to place bad luck upon you and only YOU. This made you uncomfortable everytime you pass your crush and Undyne. You look so invisible. This made you feel so suicidal but you didn't try to cut. Knowing that there's hope someday, knowing that you won't be as loner as before.
Class began and you could feel someone tug on your hair a bit. You looked behind to see Undyne, she smirked at you. You gave an annoyed look and turned your attention back to the board. But she kept on tugging your hair. You pulled your hair back so she wouldn't touch it but as you weren't paying attention, she pulled your hair back which made the bale of your neck feel the cool surface of the chair. “WILL you stop that?” You asked but accidentally said it out loud. Everyone looked at you, some stared at you weirdly and some snickered at you, saying that you're in trouble.
“Stop what, Mrs. L/n?” Your teacher asks, she had an irritated look on her face. “Undyne keeps on pulling my hair” you said truthfully, your teacher just rolled her eyes at you. “No, I didn't! She's lying” Undyne pointed towards you, your eyes widen at the gesture. “No, I'm not!” You protested, hoping that wouldn't be blamed about lying. “Yeah, like you lied about stealing my brother's hanker chief” Sans butts in. (A/n, yeah. He butts in too) “But I didn't steal it” You muttered softly, you could feel Sans' glare digging through your skull. Making you uncomfortable. “Yeah, whatever. Taking something that is isn't yours is
