"I can't sleep..." Soomin turned around to face her husband whose eyes were already closed so tight.

"Why? Wanna have another round?" Yoongi mumbled still with closed eyes. 

"You wanna sleep at the porch?" Soomin glared. "I think I ate too much... I feel so bloated" She added.

"You finished all those plates of sushi and sashimi like no tomorrow. I even felt so full just by watching you eat. I can't believe that I forget how gluttonous you are....aaack!"

Yoongi was instantly wide awake as Soomin pulled up his side hair quite harsh. "What was that for?!" He whined while rubbing the pain away.

"Annoying ass.." She retorted which earned a laugh from her man.

"That upset face of yours.. Not even change a bit since you're still using diapers" He said while pinching her cheek lightly. "So ugly".

"You should really check your eyes tho. A week after you left I got three boys asked me out" She bluntly said. "And many more came as the time went by.. "

"Pfft.. Yeah...yeah.." Yoongi snorted, adjusted himself to lay on his back with hands over his head. "Bet no one asked for a second date.." He added while closing his sleepy eyes.

"You think so?"

"There was??" He was sided-eyes her, frowned in doubt.

"Hmm.." Soomin hummed, rolled on her back and faced the ceiling as Yoongi did.

"So you were saying that you did go on a date with someone? Right after I left?" There was a hint of disbelief on Yoongi's voice when he uttered his words. He sounded insecure and anxious as he just realized one thing that he never thought before. She was dating someone?!

"You didn't?" She frowned at his unexpected response.

"You..did?"

"I did" She answered, still frowning at him. "Why did you give me that look?"

"Once? Twice? Same boy?"

Soomin blinked and tried to read his face. Yoongi stared and pierced his sight into her eyes to find a hint of lies.

"Went on several movie & dinner dates with boys from school and work.."

"Ah..so just for hanging out dates.. I see.. Cool.." He smiled while adjusting himself back to his sleeping position but suddenly turned to face her again when she continued her answered.

"And twice in a quite long term relationships.."

"Huh?!" He sat straight instantly causing her to flinch in shocked. "Wha- Why? I mean.. With who?? How long??" His face showed an expression that Soomin dared to say she had never seen before. "Didn't you say that you.. like me? On the letter you wrote.."

"And what was I supposed to do with the affection I have for you? Waiting for you till only God knows and being alone for life? Yeah..right.." She wasn't intended to say it in a rude way but his words surely tickled her composure. Yoongi was ready to retort but stop when she continued.

"My first date was with someone from school. All was surprisingly fun and good till graduation day came. He went abroad  for his post-grad studies. So we ended on the ninth month. Short term but memorable." She shrugged.

"Wai-"

"The second one was with my senior at work. 3 years together till the day I met you at the office for the first meeting.."

"Hold up.. What did you say?!"

"Kidding.. We broke up two months before that.." She coldly said.

Yoongi frowned at the shocking informations that Soomin had bombarded him with. He was staring at her without a word, trying to digest all the words she said before.

"How about you? I bet you date lots of women.." She asked calmly.

"The second one, why did you guys break up?" He murmured while still in his siting position.

"He asked for marriage.."

For God's shake. Yoongi rubbed his tired face lamely. He wanted to know everything but Soomin's straight answers was not something that Yoongi expected to hear. How can I foolishly think that she was single for all these years.

"And?"

"I thought I was ready to settle down but when he proposed, I could not even look him in the eyes. Other than you, he was someone who could see through me even when I said nothing. He knew that I wasn't ready and I wasn't giving the space of my heart fully to him. Yet, he still took his chance. I did not even give him the answer. He just smiled and patted my head saying that he wished someday I would have a chance to be with the one I truly love."

There was a silent moment after she told him everything. Yoongi just stared at her in silence as he tried to sort of his mixed feelings. Man, it sucks. This makes me want to punch someone right on the face.

"You found a really nice one but this TMI makes me mad for some reasons"

His face and giddy body language clearly showed how upset he was. Soomin knew for sure that all of her past stories would affect him but she thought it was better for them to fill up the seven years gap.

"Fuck it.. Just please tell me that I'm not a rebound.."

"They were my rebound relationships Yoongi.." Soomin said before she brought herself to sit and face him. She gently swiped his frowning eyebrows with her thumb. "I've tried my best to set you aside but all of my core memories were filled with you.."

Yoongi's tensed face was softened after  hearing those confessions. A wave of guilt once again occupied his chaotic mind.

"Never have I spent a day without you in my mind" She smiled bitterly, reminiscing all the days she longed for him. "Karma is indeed a bitch, yeah?" She chuckled while staring at her fidgeting fingers.

"You know what, I was having a panic attack when I heard your name as our new client. I was nearly throwing up all of my lunch when I saw your face again that day. Good thing I wasn't passed out due to the nervousness" She grinned.

"Everything was hardly under control until I found out about all of your bottled up feelings toward me that night. To think that I could do something that bold, I was really gone insane.."

Took his wife's hand into his hands, Yoongi tightly hold them and asked her to look him in the eyes. To know how hard she tried to keep her cool in front of him put Yoongi at ease because that was how he felt back then.

That's why he would not try to hold back anymore. He should have been honest with her and himself.

"Thank you for throwing out your sanity that night. Also, thank you for always bravely confronting my indecisiveness. I always thought that you're a childish girl who know nothing about feelings but it turned out that you're way more matured than I am. Thank you for making me brave enough to finally face my own heart"

"Please..Don't make me cry.." She chuckled as she blinked her tears away. Yoongi just smiled at her and pulled her into his arms, hugging her tightly.

"That's enough from me, now tell me about yours" She said as she pulled away from his warm hug.

"No, not yet.. Tell me more about the second guy. Did he know that you're already married to your loved one?" He asked with a face full of curiosity and jealosy.

"That's remind me, he told me to tell you this.. Fuck you .."

"He what?! You still in touch with him?! Who's his name?!"

"Yoongi.. You've met him before. He was the team leader of your project implementation phase. I remember that you adore his work ethics. You talked about him a lot at home" She said carefully.

"Kim Soomin.. You better be joking.."

Yoongi suddenly grabbed her shoulders before pushed her back to the mattress below, trapped her in between his hands.

"I'm not joking" She was giggling as Yoongi poked her waist repeatedly. "He was ready to burn all of the important documents of your project when he found out that you've impregnated me before the wedding"

"You and your bluntness" Yoongi hissed before he bit her lower lips. 

"I'm sorry but I just want him to know that I did take my chance with the one that I truly love." she said between the kisses Yoongi had showered her with.

"Apology accepted. I hope he was dying because of jealousy."
