Detective Pikachu the movie

I heard that they are also making a movie for this game and there is even a date up online for the USA release. It says it will be released on May 10,2019 which is next year and a long time from now, but it might be pushed back or cancelled so I don't know yet. The movie is going to be Live-action and Detective Pikachu will be voices by Ryan Reynolds.

Another video game that might be turned into a movie that I'm excited about is.
A Super Mario Bros. Animated movie.
The Live action they had sucked and didn't seem anywhere close to what it is in the game and I am the animated one doesn't suck like that one did.

From the looks of it Illumination. The one's that made Despicable me, Minions, Secret Life of Pets and other titles are partnering with Nintendo to work on it. It's still in early development so it could still take a long time before it is released and it could still not happen.
