"Hey (Y/N)!" April called out.

You turned to her and smiled greeting her with the same excitement. "Hello"

"So me and Casey were wondering if you could hang out with us later at the rooftops were helping Donnie with his new experiments" she said excitment evident into her voice.

At the mention of Donnie's name you instantly nodded which made April smile wider. "Great! Well pick you up by 11 so don't get drowzy okay?"

"Okay" waving goodbye you packed your things and went your way preparing for later tonight.

By night time you finished all your homework early not wanting to bother them on waiting for you and besides April said he had a new experiment going on you just had to see it for yourself.

You waited patiently by your window looking for any sign of figures lurking in the shadows. You nearly yell when something dropped infront of you but you held it in when you saw who it was.

"It seems someone is excited about the experiment" Donnie smile as you took his hand then pulled you up.

"So it seems, I would never miss seeing your experiment Donnie" you smiled as well which only made him blush by what you said.

Clearing his throat he started picking you up, you stared at him surprise by the action and it made him chuckle. "Just hold on tight alright?"

You silently nodded as your arms instinctivly wrap around his neck. Feeling the cold air on your face you sigh in satisfaction, it's not everyday you get to have this kind of relaxation at home. All you get there are all pressure about what your future is gonna be. But when your with him your free to be who you are infact his apperance in your life made you think differently about the world.

You giggled at the thought. What was happening to you right now?

"What's so funny?" he asked.

"Nothing ... Just nothing"

He stared at you in puzzlement but just let it go. Not a minute later you guys arrived at an aboundant warehouse but you didn't go in since you saw Casey and April waiting for you guys above the building.

He placed you down gently as if you were a fragile orniment. "Thank you"

"No problem!" he smiled again this time his cute gap showing.

You notice at the corner of your eye, April giving you a hateful look before she cleared her throat. Your eyebrow rose, not understanding her problem but as quickly as her expression were it was replaced with a smile.

"What's the new invention Donnie?" she cooded, grabbing his arm protectively. You saw Donnie tense at this action and noticed his cheeks turning crimson. And you didn't like it.

"Yeah what is it?" you pushed the idea away when you took noticed of his invention.

"Uh well it's like a solar panel but were getting the needed power with the use of the moon, see when you turn this knob" turning you saw a faint light shooting straight at the sky. "You'll notice a slight laser shooting striaght up there" he said proudly you look at him with amazement but then immediatly turned into a scrowl when you noticed him and April getting way too close for your comfort.

You also noticed Casey having a disturb yet angred expression as he tried to hold in an attack between the two. You sigh. Your probbably streesed maybe this is the reason why you can't think straight and the uneasy feeling you feel when you stared at the two. You slowly crept your way to the nearest fire escape but this didn't go unnotice when Casey saw you descending from the ladder quietly. He followed you not far behind then called out.

"I saw the way you stared at those two" he started. This made you stop but didn't turn to look at him.

"And?"

"And I think you have feelings with that dork" he chuckled. He saw you tense then turned, your face becoming nervous and flustered by what he said. His eyes widen, so he was right you do have feelings with that guy. He smirked then it turned into a full on laugh.

"S-Stop laughing! It's not funny!" you argued but this only made things worse.

"I swear! If you tell a single soul about this I'll rip your throat ou-" he cutted you off.

"Relax I won't tell anyone and hey this is good I can finally get April to like me so instead of messing with you I'll cheer you on" he gave you a wicked smile you just rolled your eyes at his statement.

"Gee thanks"

"Any time!"

And with that you left  leaving Casey watching your retreating figure disappear into the night.
