I had a secret. I had an obsession. Picture perfect memories scattered all around the floor. I taped another photo to the wall. "And I wonder if I ever cross your mind? For me it happens all the time," I smiled. It was a Monday. I had my camera hung from my neck and I saw him. I would hide by a bush or a corner. I snapped a photo.

A picture holds a thousand words. And those words were, perfect, handsome, beautiful, and so many more. I could stare at it forever. I could have a piece of that beauty for myself. I need it as a photograph, because I know you don't like me. I'm really ugly. I have messy (h/l/c) hair, my skin is full of flaws. Not to mention I don't have the greatest sense of fashion. I'm not good at much, but I love taking photos. Well, actually what I really love is the subject of my photos. His name is Phil. I know everything about him, from his preschool teacher to the restaurant he ate at last night. While he barley knows my first name.

It doesn't matter if the photo is blurry or off center. As long as I knew he was there I was happy. I have my reason for what I do, but I believe I'm not doing anything wrong right? It's not hurting anyone, I'm not distributing the photos, and they are always taken in public places. I carry my scrap book with me everywhere and sometimes look over it in the back of the library where I can be alone.

I tried to talk to him many times, but it all comes out a garbled mess. As this point he might as well think I just learned English yesterday. It's also kinda hard when everyone in class wants to be his friend. Maybe one day he'll notice me....

Maybe one day he'll love me and adore me the way I do him. I would never hurt him thou. If he doesn't like me I guess I'll just live how I always have. Though I don't want to think about that. I love him, honest, romantic love.
