NOTE

This is the first city I have covered which received no 1-star reviews on TripAdvisor. In fact, it didn't even get any 2-star reviews. These comments are from 3-star reviews, and apparently this is the worst thing anyone has to say about it - there's some room for improvement, and the food's a bit too salty. Valencia: the city that nobody hates!
