I used a expired lip balm and my lips become dry, and cracky that I don't know what to do..

All I want is a soft, smooth poutable lips..

Is it too much to ask for??

And also I love to smirk a lot, so my lips should be moisturized always right??

Last but not the least I want my lips to be smooth like butter like this..
