dahyun looks back and finds nayeon smiling, showing off her cute bunny teeth with her camera still taking pictures of her.

"oh my, why you're taking so many pictures?" dahyun asked while shyly chuckling, lowering her blushing face. nayeon approached dahyun with a wide smile. she pulls dahyun closer and shows her the pictures in the camera.

"how can i not? you're so beautiful." nayeon sweetly flirts with dahyun, leaving her girlfriend flustered.

she continues checking all the pictures she took of dahyun. from the day they first started dating to today. here was dahyun admiring the sunset's beauty filling the sky with it's sweet orange color. 

nayeon sits beside dahyun and holds her soft hand. both of their eyes were drawn at the beautiful scenery ahead of them. nayeon turns to give a peck on dahyun's cheek, but stopped as her eyes locked upon her side view.

with the sunset gracefully falling on her brown hair. with her hazel eyes blinking like morning stars. she was just breath-taking.

dahyun knew nayeon was looking at her. she quickly turned and gave a fast peck on nayeon's lips. nayeon was startled at first, but then giggled. she attacked dahyun with a wide hug till both of them fell to the soft grass.

she sits up dahyun and stands up with her camera. she walks to a distance and bends down.

"one last picture of the day, i promise." nayeon says to dahyun, focusing on her camera. dahyun smiles brightly.

nayeon looks up from her camera and checks the pictures she's taken. 

it's a beautiful picture of the sun at dawn with it's dark orange color still filling the sky. even so, something didn't fill in. the picture felt empty. nayeon felt empty.

she couldn't explain why.

she took so many pictures, and yet she isn't satisfied. she yonks her camera aside and lays on the grass while grunting. her eyes wonders throughout the sky.

"things may look the same. but if the most important one is missing, what's the use of the others to be there? " nayeon questions, as seems she's asking the sky above her.

the sky doesn't always stay the same. it can't stay the same. even so, in every color it shows, it's still uniquely beautiful. some may like the blue sky, while others may like the dark sky. they eventually change,

and you'll have to let it go.

embrace what's still left, even if it's not as refreshing as before.

nayeon sits up and held her chin upright to avoid tears from rolling down. she closes her eyes for a moment and inhales deeply.

she grabs her camera and stands up. her head turned a little to view the sunset once more. her lips curved into a smile. she looks down as tears threaten to fall down again. only this time, she is smiling. she shakes her head and eventually goes back home before darkness took over.

photographs that bring back memories are meant to be embraced.

painful memories are meant to hurt beautifully.
