This is a breakfast salad my mom made for me one day- it was to DIE for! It was also surprisingly fulfilling, with a side of orange juice and a piece of Cheesecake Factory's Honey Wheat Brown Bread (not in photo).

If it isn't clear, it contains: spinach, a hard-boiled egg, slices of strawberries, bacon, sautéed onions (white), diced avocado, grape tomato slices, and cooked dices of potato- and, no dressing.
