OK, so the story with this is that Conan used to be scared of the rain when he was a puppy, he didn't like to do his "business" when it was raining.

So one day, my mom came up with the brilliant idea to make this "rain gear" for him. We used a yellow grocery bag for his body (Shop-Rite in case you were wondering) and an unused doggy-poop bag for head protection...

And the best part was, he liked it and had no fear of going outside (as seen in the picture). I'm sorry it was kinda blurry, but I didn't want my phone getting wet while I was taking the picture. Speaking of which, this was taken on my last phone: Samsung Galaxy S4.
