"Jungkook hurry up" Tae screamed from the living room of the dorm.

"Where are we going??" Jungkook screamed in answer.

"It's a surprise" Tae said.

It had been just a day after they met Tae's dad. Jungkook was more than happy with the interaction. But Tae had disappeared. It was only an hour back that Jungkook had received a call asking him to get ready.

"I'm ready" Jungkook said as he entered into the living room.

Tae walked up to him, "I love you"

"I love you too, Tae" Jungkook answered.

"Okay it's time" Jimin came out.

"You're coming too?" Jungkook looked at Jimin.

"Yep and me too" Yoongi appeared from behind Jimin and snaked an arm around him. Jimin smiled at Jungkook and Jungkook couldn't feel happier for his friend.

Tae took hold of Jungkook's hand and led him outside.

They were soon in Tae's car and Hoseok had joined them. Things weren't awkward between them and Jungkook was thankful.

"We're here" Tae said as he parked the car.

Jungkook got out of his car and registered the surroundings.

"We're at my house?" Jungkook gasped. "Shit Tae we can't be here"

"You really wouldn't come see me is that all kookie?" A girl's voice was heard from the entrance of parking lot.

"Noona! You're back??" Jungkook screamed and ran to her. He had really missed her.

"All this happened and you didn't bother to tell me huh kookie?" His noona asked.

"I didn't want to worry you" Jungkook whispered And they hugged.

The others were standing behind Jungkook. Jin and Namjoon had joined them.

"Let's go in" She said breaking the hug.

"Dad doesn't want me here" Jungkook answered.

"You know dad is stubborn kook but you also know how much he loves you. You never tried to make him understand your point of view. You fought and left. You both are so alike" noona giggled. "He misses you so bad. But his pride didn't let it show."

Jungkook smiled and walked inside.

"Dad" he shouted and as soon as his dad appeared, his confidence dropped. He hung his head low.

"Jeon Jungkook" his dad said seriously. His friends were scared for a minute but Tae stepped forward and stood next to Jungkook to comfort him.

"What have I told you about hanging your head low" he said firmly.

"I'm sorry" Jungkook looked up into his father's eyes.

"Better" his dad announced.

"Is this the Kim Taehyung you love?" His father pointed at Tae.

Jungkook nodded nervously.

"Hello Sir. I know we already met in the morning but hello" Tae bowed.

"You did?" Jungkook gasped.

"Yeah your friend here came to see your sister this morning. She introduced us and convinced me to give this a chance. It should have been you Jungkook"

"I was scared to disappoint you, dad." Jungkook replied.

"I apologise kook ah , I didn't give you a chance to explain. Forgive your dad. He's old and a little backward." Jungkook's dad sighed.

"I'm sorry too Dad." Jungkook stepped forward to hug his dad.

"This is the last time you're saying sorry for liking a boy. To anyone." His dad patted his back and Jungkook smiled.

"I invited your friends for dinner. Your mother said it's the least we could do"

"Thanks for the invitation Sir" all his friends said in unison and Jungkook giggled.

Time Skip

"I can't believe I'm moving back home Tae. I'm so happy. I love you" Jungkook hugged Tae.

They were in his dorm room on his bed.

"I wanted to make everything right Jungkookie. To show you in worthy" Tae smiled.

"You are worthy Tae, what are you talking about?"

"Worthy to ask you this" Tae pulled up Jungkook that they were facing each other.

"Will you be my boyfriend?" Tae asked with glistening eyes.

"I would love to" Jungkook beamed.

And they sealed the deal with a kiss.
