The sound of the Ukai blowing his coach whistle blasted the whole gym, signaling that the game was about to begin.

"Let's play!" everyone yelled together. Everyone got into formation as they mentally prepared themselves for the match. Hinata was bending down repeatedly with Daichi talking to the whole team. "Let's do it high schoolers." one of the opposing teams members said.

Yes, let's do this. Hinata licked his lips and even though I wasn't that close to the game I could see the excitement and thrill in his eyes. How I use to posses those eyes at my games..

"Let the games begin." I mumbled.

Suguwara tossed the ball over the net and a blondie smacked the ball hard, sending it directly to the floor. "That was a nice receive." I whispered. "Well the Neighborhood Association team are complimenting him a lot. Maybe that's bringing up Suguwaras mood." Miyako said. "The Neighborhood Association team is a good team for them to play against." I said.

"You're right. Their not really ready for bigger teams. Well, actually maybe they can since they have Hinata and Kageyama now." she said. I shook my head from left to right. "No, they can't. The duo aren't important. If the whole team doesnt have skills and cooperate together then they should forget about competitions or nationals." I said.

Miyako looked at me as if she was trying to read me. I looked at the match and saw that Kageyama had tossed the ball to Hinata and they both preformed the super quick duo attack. The ball hit the floor and the opposing team all froze in shock. "What was that?" one of them said.

Hinata grinned happily. "All right!" he said loudly and hopped up and down. "Yes." Kageyama said dully. "That was an amazing jump." one of the Neighborhood Association team members said. "Amazing. That toss was perfection itself." another member said. Its honestly not all that, I've done countless of those. But it is impressive for students without professional coaching.

"Look at Ukai!" Miyako said and pointed to him. I snickered when I saw the priceless expression on the mans face. I'll admit that the pair do have a move that can make anyone flabbergasted, but is it enough? Even that guy 'Asashi' was shocked at the move. Who wouldn't? "Nice Hinata! Kageyama!" Daichi said.

The tension in the room is amazing as well as the confident. Karasuno High isn't filled with a normal all-boys volleyball team. There's something about them that gives you an almost uneasy feeling. Their a strong team that I can imagine would be fun to play with. My old team wasn't all about fun and games. We never did anything fun together hell, I barely knew my teammates that good.

But this team is different. They are strong together but make sure to add in some laughs and comedy. I wonder if..."D-Daichi!" Suguwara yelled when he tossed the ball. Daichi jumped up to hit it but the other teams blockers brought the ball back down. "Tch." I said under my breath. Still though, they need practice.

"Hey! Hey! Its Hinata's turn to serve!" Miyako said. I narrowed my eyes as I watched the ball travel from Hinata's hand, to hitting the top of the net slightly, to then landing down on one of the opposing team members. He was off a little.

"Sorry! Cover for me!" he yelled and with that another male hit it. "Long-hair guy, you do the last." he yelled. Long hair guy? I scattered my orbs around to find a boy with real long hair when they landed on Asashi. His hair was so long that it was tied up in a bun and with his fairly growing beard he looked almost like a grown-man.

He looked kind of nervous from those words.

"Asashi-San was Karasuno's ace and wing spiker."

 If he's a wing spiker and he's making that kind of face just by those little words he might, no he must have a bad past with blockers. I hate them so much. They reach their arms over the net and for once you believe that you'll never be able to touch the sky again. To send that ball over and watch it smoothly fly though the air like a bird.

But..its possible! The blockers are Kageyama, Tsukki, and Tanaka which is pretty bad since all of them are tall. I gasped when Asashi jumped in the air and smacked the ball down. Sadly it didn't get pass the arms of them all but, it was such a powerful blow that Kageyamas hand bent down till the point where you thought he would fall.

It's over r-no I was wrong. I keep doubting this team and I know better. Nishinoya swooped down and saved the ball swiftly with his hand. "W-Woah!" Miyako said. Everyone widened their eyes in the midst of the moment including myself. "These damn boys.." I grumbled. He saved it..

"Noya-San!" Tanaka wailed. Nishinoya got up and looked at Asashi. "Even if it bounces off the wall..I'll keep it in play! So call for a toss again, ace!" he yelled. That's it. I can't take it anymore. "Cover!" a teammate said. "All right!" Suguwara said and raised his hand out. "Suguwara-San! Toss it to him! Till he scores." Kageyama yelled out.

"You're a total sadist, King." Tsukki said teasingly. "What!?" Kageyama yelled. Suguwara was tempting weather to throw it to Asashi or another player. Confusion was lingering in his eyes like buzzing bees. "W-Who's he going to toss it too!?" Miyako asked no one in particularly. "He's going to throw it to A-"

"Suga!!!!!" Asashi loudly yelled out which filled up the whole room. "One more!" he said when Suguwara looked at him. One more. One more. And another. Another until he gets it right. Until he hits it. Until he scores. Just say those key words. One more. Suguwara tossed a high toss slightly away from the net.

Will you make it Ace? My question was answered when the sound of the ball smashed straight through the blockers raised hands..from the hands of Asashi-San. I smiled widely because I knew what I was going to do next. My next move was going to change me completely.

"Welcome miss! You here for a haircut?" a woman said as I walked inside the salon. I sighed and then started to chuckle because of my thoughts.

This is it..

"Please mam, give me the most boyish hairstyle you've got."

Authors Note: sorry for not updating for a long time. I was planning on deleting this book because not a lot of people were reading it. But I was looking through it and saw its gotten a little more recognition now. So I decide to update just to see what that would do!
