At Town Hall
Malia's Pov

We were able to make it back to Seabrook safe in sound. 

Once we returned we made it to the town hall where parents arrived and reunited with their kids.

Everyone was freaking out.

 I honestly don't know why. 

We saw literally only a few werewolves and everyone is panicking.

I was standing by Addison the whole time. Waiting for Missy and Dale to arrive. 

"Why the hell is everyone panicking, we're fucking fine" I asked in confusion.

Addison just shrugged, clearly confused like me.

"Addison, Malia."

We turned around and saw Missy and Dale walking up to us. Emily was in Missy's arms.

I ran up to Missy and immediately took Emily into my arms. 

I smiled at her and kissed her head. 

"My princess, mommy missed you so much" I said with a smile.

Missy, Dale, and Addison smiled at the cute scene in front of them.

"Thank you for taking care of her while we were away for cheer camp Missy" I said with a smile.

"Of course dear, anything for you" Missy said with a smile. 

I smiled at her and turned my attention to Emily.

Missy and Dale were attacking Addison with multiple questions as to what happened and asking if she was alright.

"Guys, guys, we're fine, me and Malia are fine" Addison reassured them, just then Bucky came running to us.

He spotted Emily in my arms and smiled softly at her before turning his attention to his aunt and uncle.

"Aunt Missy, Uncle Dale, the crash was horrible, but I protected Addison and Malia" Bucky said as he wrapped his arm around Addison.

'He literally ran out of the bus screaming in fear' I thought in annoyance.

"Anyone as courageous as me would have done the same. Though not really, I am super brave" Bucky bragged and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Everything is fine" I said.

"Everything is not fine, there are werewolves right now waiting to attack" Dale said. 

"Yeah, and I'm way too tasty. I'm always looking like a snack" Bucky bragged with a smirk.

"You never were" I muttered under my breath.

"Somebody has to do something" Bucky said.

"And someone will, hold my purse" Missy said as she handed her purse to Dale.

She walked over to the podium and banged the gavel, signaling everyone to shut up.

"By order of city council, effective immediately, all anti-monster laws are reinstated" Missy announced.

She bangs her gavel again and smiles while me and Addison look at her in disbelief.

"Mom that is unfair" Addison protested but Missy told her to zip it  and ignored her.

I sighed in annoyance and placed another kiss on Emily's head.

Zed comes running towards us. 

He spots Emily and kisses her cheek, causing Emily to giggle. 

Zed smiles before turning his attention to Addison.

"Zed, we need to talk" Addison said.

"We do, even though you didn't write or answer any of my letters-" Zed said but Addison cut him off.

"No, I wrote, a lot" Addison said and showed him her pom-pom made of their letters.

"The ACEY'S shredded all of our letter" Addison said. 

We looked at the ACEY'S and they smiled wickedly at us and waved.

I glared at them and gave them the finger, making them gasp and look away.

I smiled and turned my attention back to my friends.

Zed smiled and got on one knee in front of Addison, what the hell is he doing.

"Addison, will you make me the luckiest zombie, and go to prawn with me?" Zed asked.

I look at him weirdly, 'did he really need to get on one knee' I thought in annoyance.

"No" Addison said.

"Gre-no?" Zed asked in confusion. 

"Rejected" I whispered, he heard me and glared at me.

"Everyone's freaking out about the werewolves and the anti-monster are in effect again, which means" Addison said.

"Zombies can't go to prawn. Ouch" Bucky said with a smile.

"But we're gonna fight this guys, don't worry" I reassured them.

"Ok, so that's why you said no" Zed asked, "yeah" Addison nodded.

'Why are they smiling during a time like this' I thought.

"Because when you said no I thought you didn't like me anymore, but only problem here is a bunch of blood thirsty werewolves. We can so fix that" Zed said with a smile.

I rolled my eyes at them and turned my attention to my beautiful daughter.

I kissed her head and stroked her hair. 

"Sometimes I wonder why this town is so stupid" I whispered to Emily.

Addison must've heard because she let out a small laugh while Zed smiled.

I quickly kissed Emily's cheek and handed her to Addison. 

"Can you make sure she get's home safely and put to bed, I need to do something?" I asked.

"Sure thing Malia" Addison said. 

She smiled at Emily and Zed laid his head on her shoulder. 

"See you when I get home Addy" I said before walking out of the building.

I made my way into zombie town. Everyone was panicking and running back to their homes.

I spotted Zoey outside of her house. I smiled at her and walked up to her.

"Hey Zo, what are you doing?" I asked.

"Oh hey Malia, I'm hanging this poster so I can find myself a werewolf" Zoey said.

"Good for you Zo" I said with a smile. 

Just then a stranger wearing a light blue construction uniform walked up to us. 

I got weird vibes from him, he looks familiar but I can't tell who it is.

I made my way closer to Zoey. 

I don't care what happens to me, but touch innocent and adorable Zoey and I'll murder a bitch.

"Have you seen a werewolf, I'm looking for a werefriend?" Zoey asked the stranger. 

"Silly kid, there's no such thing as werewolves" the stranger said with a smile.

"But we heard it howl" Zoey said.

"Maybe it was a hiker saying howl's it going" the stranger replied.

I rolled my eyes but smiled. 

"It was a werewolf" Zoey argued, "damn Zo, you're stubborn" I muttered under my breath.

"Tell him Malia, we saw a werewolf" Zoey said, the stranger looked at me and his eyes widened slightly and he looked a little scared.

I raised my eyebrow at him before looking down at Zoey and smiling. 

"Yes Zo, it was a werewolf, trust me I saw one as well" I said with a smile.

Zoey smiled at me and nodded.

I crouched down in front of her and brushed some of her hair away from her face.

"But you can't ask this stranger that because he wasn't there, next time ask someone else that was actually there with you, got it?" I said.

"Got it" Zoey said with a smile.

"Now come on, let's get you home" I said.

I looked up at the stranger and he was still looking at me.

I smiled at him and took Zoey's hand. 

"You need to get home too sir, unless you wanna stay here by yourself and get in trouble" I warned him.

I walked Zoey to her house where her father was waiting for her.

"Thank you for bringing her home Malia" Zevon said, "of course sir" I said with a smile. 

"You should head home, you have your own daughter to take care of as well" Zevon said.

"Of course sir" I said with a nod.

I looked down at Zoey and patted her head.

"See you later Zo" I said.

Zoey smiled and hugged my legs.

"See you later Malia" Zoey said before going back inside with her father.

I smiled before walking away from the house. 

The stranger was still there, so I just smiled and waved at him before walking away.

He still looked really familiar, like I've seen him before.

I shrugged off that feeling before continuing to walk so I could get home to Emily.
