''Baby you are cold'' Dad says before dropping his jacket over my shoulders as he held me closer, I shot a glare at Gabriel who inhaled deeply from the cigarette before blowing it out, his eyes devoid of any emotions, my eyes glossy with tears.

I ran my eyes down the protruding vein that went down his muscular arm, the leather bracelet that was strapped on his wrist with gems that looked like diamonds and several rings on his fingers with 'Rachel' tattooed down his the length of his hand, it was his mother's name, at least there is something good in him.

''What happened, Ana?'' my dad asked me calling my nickname, I tore my gaze away from the bad boy and looked at my father, wiping the tears that came down my eyes, my dark skin turning red and raw.

''I feel numb dad'' I tug my dad's shirt as the cold made me shiver hard, the snow was inside my shoes, inside my dress and even on my hair and I was freezing and shuddering like a leaf on a windy day.

''Let's get you inside, who told you to be so clumsy darling? Otherwise, you won't slip and fall'' my dad says before picking me up like a baby as I wrapped my legs around his waist, locking my hands around his neck.

I looked at Gabriel through the curve of dad's neck, he held the cigarette between his index and middle fingers as he looked at the snow that was falling. I was too afraid to tell dad that it was Gabriel who did this.

I sat inside the friendly-looking cafe as I sipped my cup filled with hot cocoa, my eyes looking at the people walking outside the glass, tomorrow is my first day at school and I was excited, I wanted to make new friends.

The bell chimed on the door of the cafe as a beautiful girl who looked like of my age came inside, she had wavy hair and dark skin similar to mine, she rubbed her hands before her hazels met mind, a smile formed on her lips.

She quickly sat in front of me, I smiled back at her ''Hi I am Vanessa, Vanessa Davis'' she says hugging me suddenly, I couldn't help but feel her warmth, she was so sweet. 

I felt the time fly as I talked with her, she was of my age and she studies in the same school I am going to go to, and she is from Las Vegas.

As I kept on listening to her talk, we hit off as amazing friends, my eyes widened as I saw three boys entering the cafe, and the one leading them was him. He removed his sunglasses before scanning the small place that looked small in their presence, the other two boys looked just of his age and as intimidating. 

That's when his eyes caught mine, I saw a sinister smile form on his place as he walked towards me, adjusted his black jacket, lines forming on his hair as he ran his ring-clad fingers through them.

''Diana? Hey, you ok?'' I heard Vanessa snap her fingers in front of my eyes, but I couldn't speak, her mouth hung open as the second boy sat beside her and Gabriel sat right beside me, I shot him a glare, he just gave me an expressionless stare.

''What the hell are you doing here?'' I cussed at him, he simple dropped his arms over my shoulder.

''If I was you, I would have held that harsh mouth of yours'' he looks deeply into my eyes as his nails dug into my skin, I winced.

I looked at Vanessa who was busy staring at the who sat beside her who had dark black hair and eyes that was a darker shade of blue, a bit darker than Gabriel, and another boy sat on the other side of our table who had dirty blonde hair and green eyes, all three of them were dangerously attractive.

''James, James Cullen'' the dark-haired boy whom Vanessa was so over gave me his hand, I hesitantly gave him my hand, he shook them and pressed his lips on my skin.

''Diana'' I whisper, he chuckles and looks to his side, at the girl to whom he sat too close, Vanessa, I saw her hold her breath as he gave her his hand with a smirk.

''Hello Vanessa, how are you?'' he chuckles at her expression, she released her much held breath before timidly placing her hand on his.

''I am fine James, thank you'' she goes red he kissed her palms, she was so cute, she had a crush already. It seems like they knew each other.

Vanessa asked me to lean forward as Gabriel typed away on his phone, I moved a bit away from him, it was scary to sit too close to him.

''How do you know Gabriel Allerd?'' she whispers eyeing Gabriel as a strand of his hair fell on his face a natural pout forming on his lips.

''I don't know him, he happened to be my neighbour and the owner of my house'' I whisper back with disgust, I have no words to say how much I hate Gabriel.

''Stay away from him, he's not good for someone like you, he's a dangerous boy Ana'' she whispers seriously, I shuddered at her words, I looked at those piercing blues looking only at me, how could those blues be so dangerous?

James was nothing like the way he looked, I found that the other boy's name was Alexander, short, Alex, James was the sweetest despite his scary looks, we hit off fast and it has been a month since I came here to Paris and him and Vanessa are my greatest friends.

Gabriel and his boys studies at our own school and every single soul there was scared of him, no teacher dared to raise a finger at him, he was all of my worst dreams, he gave me chills, he reminded me of that person who ripped my life away.

I gripped the straps of my bag tighter as I walked down the aisles of the school, that's when I saw him doing his regular thing, smoking, he had something else, he had a girl on his lap.

The blonde bitch ran her long nails down his chest and over his defined abs, I couldn't look away, I watched him grip her locks and bring her down and smash his lips on hers, kissing her deeply, I felt my heart race.

The girl looked a bit elder to him, like 20 years or something as she ground on his lap, I knew what they were going to do, he held her hair tighter as blew the smoke into her mouth, it was kind of... Hot.

He tilted her hair and pressed his lips on the curve of her neck and kissed it, nearly biting it, the moans of the girl were over the corridor, I cringed.

That's when his eyes locked with mine as one of his hands gripped her ass, the other one going up her shirt, he never looked away, he kept the gaze into mine and I didn't stop either, we looked into each other's eyes as he nearly had sex with her.

My nails dug into my palms but I couldn't fall weak again, he was showing me something, he was trying to show me that this could be me, but I was not one of his fuck toys, I already lost my innocence to a monster like him, I won't let another one ruin me and my life.

I felt some cup my face and turn my head towards him, I looked at James' concern filled eyes looking down at me.

''What are you doing here Ana?'' he asked briefly looking at Gabriel and back at me ''You aren't supposed to see these things, come, let me drop you home'' he says pulled my wrist but I stop him.

''No James, I will go with the Playboy'' I whisper looking back at Gabriel's blues, my eyes burning with rage.
