3 months later...

Phil was at his new office in avengers tower when Peter ran in. "Mr. Coulson Guess what just happened!"

Phil smiled. In the short time he's known Peter he's become like a nephew and Phil will do anything to protect him. "What happened Pete?"

"Congress passed the funding bill!" Peter said with a smile. Phil ruffled his hair"that's great Pete!"

Pepper came into the office. "Congrats Phil!" She said with a smile.

Tony entered with a giant grin on his face. "Ah Phil just the accountant I was looking for, were going to dinner!"

Phil turned off the computer and left with his friends.

Later at dinner.

"So now that Shield is refunded what are you going to do?" Pepper asked after a bite of her salad.

Phil smiled. "Same as always, protect the world!"

Tony finished chewing his stake and asked Phil. "So do you still have a helicarier?"

"Of course we do!" He smiled.

"That's cool, can I see one day?" Peter asked.

"Of course Pete!"

Shield was public again and the Avengers are reunited again. The end
