TRIGGER WARNING

Phil isn't as happy anymore, but he is still trying. He isn't suppose to see his dad anymore, unless the visits are supervised. Phil just doesn't want to see him at all. His family knows about his dad touching him in the wrong places, some of them don't believe him. Worst things happened at his dads house, that he hasn't told anyone. Like when he was 4 and his dad had room mates and he and his room mate got into a fight, and Phil's dad beat him over the head with a metal baseball bat. There was blood everywhere. His dad didn't know that Phil saw.  The poor 4 year old was looking through a crack of the door. Then he ran as fast as his little legs could carry him.

And then another time was when he was 5 and was wandering around the house and opened a drawer in the kitchen, it had a whole bunch of pill and weird stuff. He poked at a squishy looking pill, it was yellow and sort of see through. He had heard his dad come and he closed it. His dad looked from Phil to the drawer and then went over to the drawer opened it, and grabbed the pill for Phil, and just watched him play with it, and at some point just left Phil with all the pills that could have killed him.  

Now Phil is 6, he is currently at a waterpark, up in the little kids slides and pool, when he was not paying attention he heard someone call his name from behind him. He turned around and saw someone he never wished to see. He saw his dad on the other side of the fence of the waterpark. Phil froze as he looked at his dad, his eyes widened. How did he even find him? Where was his mom when he really needed him? He couldn't move and he was frozen. Then his dad started talking to him, but Phil couldn't process what he was saying. The only thing he heard him say was that he would, "See him around." Phil didn't want to see him though. Then his dad left and Phil continued to stand there. Once he snapped out of it, he ran as fast as he could to his mom.

And soon 6 years turned into 7.
