This is Duckyblox, and I do not have a problem with childhood crushes, as was requested. IF you have a problem, skip this, or deal with it. Also, you'll get the title later.

It was a nice day in crossroads, and Lightblox was heading to get some ice cream. She had enough for two cones, which was given to her by Ghosdeeri. 

As she entered the shop, she got her two cones, because she likes ice cream, and walked out. She glanced to her side to see a kid in a ducky poncho, looking at the ice cream shop with sad eyes.

She sat down on the bench next to him. "What's wrong? Can you not get any ice cream?" She looked at Lightblox, before answering, "No. I don't have any money." Lightblox felt bad and handed her one. "You can have one of mine. My name's Lightblox." 

She looked shocked, before grabbing one of the cones and scarfing it down. "My name's Ducky" "It's nice to meet to meet you Ducky!" Lightblox said, cheerfully.

TIME SKIP 5 YEARS

Lightblox was super excited. Her and Ducky were going to go for ice cream, and then have a sleepover at Lightblox's house. She had had a crush on Ducky for years, but had never said anything, because she was worried of what Ducky would say.

Ducky waited for Lightblox at a bus stop, near the ice cream shop they had met at. Lightblox practically sprinted at Ducky, hugging her tight. Ducky hugged back. "This is going to be so much fun!" Lightblox sounded ecstatic. "Yeah!" Ducky agreed.

They entered the shop, and got two cones, and sat at a table outside. "So, after this, what do you wanna do?" Lightblox asked, taking a big lick from her scoop, getting ice cream on her lip. "Oop, you got something on your lip. Here, let me get it." she wiped it off Lightblox's cheek, making her blush a bit (I had to, okay?!)

"Thanks..." Ducky took a lick off her ice cream and responded. "No problem. I think I might wanna read some books. Maybe play a game." Lightblox was lost in thought, before snapping back to reality. "Yea, that sounds like fun!"

They both agreed on some books once they returned to the library and sat down in beanbag chairs in Lightblox's room. Ducky was reading a book about a fish the goes on a big adventure, and Lightblox was reading some romance book. (Foreshadowing?)

It was quiet for about two hours, before Ghosdeeri got worried and knocked. "You two okay in there?" She asked worriedly. "Yeah, we're fine! Just reading!" Lightblox shouted back through the door. "Okay." Ghosdeeri's footsteps could be heard walking away outside. 

"Hey Ducky." "Hm?"  "Wanna play Jumanji?" Ducky looked excited at the thought. "Sure!" Lightblox got the board out, and they began playing. About a half hour through, Ducky got turned into a Lemur in the game, and Lightblox had to hold her until the hourglass was empty.

At the prospect of this, both of them blushed as Lightblox held Ducky in bridal position, and they continued playing. The hourglass went empty, but the stayed close together. "Uhhh, Ducky?" Lightblox asked nervously. "Yea?" "I-um....W-well... I-I've had a crush on you for a while now, almost three years...and....well.... I don't really wanna let you go." Lightblox seemed to speak Ducky's mind, as she hugged Lightblox tight. "I have too!" 

They finished the boardgame and started cuddling on Lightblox's bed. After a while, though it felt short to them, it was time for bed. They got into their pajamas and laid on Lightblox's bed, falling asleep in each other's arms.
