So, something happened to me recently, and I feel the need to get it out. (Sorry if you were expecting some art, but this has none.)

This, is Gizmo (or Giz as I call him)

He's a pug. And he's been my best damn friend for the last 4 years. Adorable little shit.

Always following me around the house. He could have chosen anyone in my family, but he chose me.

Until, recently. He's been kinda sick for the last six months. At first it was skin problems, but they eventually turned into kidney problems recently.

(Please keep in mind, I'm not doing this for pity or anything. I just need to get this all out because I've bottled it up.)

They (the vet) told us that they thought it was just a kidney infection. Turns out it wasn't. They think his kidneys were failing.

My mom, told me what was going to have to happen to him. He was going to have to be put down. I was devastated (and still am).

He was put down this past Monday (April 4th). Yeah, heavy, I know. I just got these recently:

Yeah. I really needed to get this out because it's been driving me to the point where I can't even eat breakfast because I think about him. I also needed a place to keep pics of him, so yeah.
