Danny sat at his desk, fighting the urge to close his eyes and go to sleep. Every time he began to snooze, Kirishima shook him awake so Aizawa didn't reprimand him for napping during class.

No matter how hypocritical that would be..

"Now that you all have picked your class president, today we'll be participating in a rescue exercise. We'll be going on a little field trip to the USJ" at the mention of the field trip Danny suddenly sat up, full of excitement.

"I've always wanted to go on a field trip!" Danny excitedly mumbled to himself.

"Did your elementary and middle school not have field trips or something?" Sero asked.

"They did, but nobody would sign my permission slips so I never got to go on any"

Aizawa crushed his juice pouch in anger as the sentence left his kid's mouth. The fact that he said it like there wasn't anything wrong with it. Everyone winced when Aizawa began to give off a murderous aura.

"You coulda forged your parents' signatures, that's what I did on my detention slips" Iida looked appalled at Denki's comment.

"I tried but I don't know how to write in cursive" Danny replied.

"You can fucking speak Ancient Greek but can't write in fucking cursive?" Bakugou scoffed.

"My quirk gives me Ghost Speak not Ghost Spelling you explosive pile of salt" Izuku held back a laugh which caused Bakugou to shoot him a death glare. Before the blonde could give an explosive response, quite literally, Aizawa decided to step in.

"Any fighting and this field trip will be postponed. Now everyone suit up and meet me outside"

On the way to the male locker room Kirishima, Sero, and Denki made sure Danny and Bakugou were separated to make sure there would be no arguments or fighting. After everyone had their hero costumes on they met Aizawa outside.

"Tokoyami, your brethren are watching us again," Denki told the bird-headed student whilst dramatically shaking in fear. Several crows were watching them, which Danny had gotten pretty used to. Tokoyami didn't appear to be bothered.

"Everyone on the bus" Everyone followed Aizawa's instructions and got on the bus. Danny sat between Kirishima and Mina. When everyone was on, the bus began driving towards their destination. A few minor into the drive, Asui broke the silence.

"Has anyone else noticed how similar Midoriya and All Might's quirks are? Kero" Asui asked as she tapped her finger against her chin in thought.

Izuku jumped a bit at the mention of his name before chucking awkwardly.
"What? W-What do you mean Asui Chan? Our quirks are c-completely different!"

"Call me Tsuyu, kero"

"Now that you mention it, Mido's quirk is a lot like All Might!" Mina agreed with Asui.

"Eh, not really. All Might doesn't break his bones every time he uses it!" Denki teased.

"Man I wish I had a flashier quirk! Mines too lame for me to become a popular pro hero" Kirishima looked down, a bummed expression on his face.

"That's not true Kirishima Kun! You have a perfect quirk for hero work!" Izuku reassured.

"Thanks, Midoriya, but still. Yours, Danny's, Bakubros, and Todoroki's quirks are perfect for being a pro hero"

"Bakugou's too angry to be popular, Kero" Asui teased the explosive blonde.

Danny snorted, causing Bakugou to glare at him.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU DISCOUNT CASPER THE GHOST!"

"Make me your cactus with anger issues!" Danny childishly stuck his tongue out at the blonde.

"Stop fighting or I will turn this bus around" Aizawa threatened, giving his students a death glare. Everyone immediately quieted down, even Bakugou.

Danny pulled out a muffin from his bag. He ate his snack while the bus continued its way towards the USJ. Everyone was silent, not wanting to risk having to go back.

"Only one" Aizawa mumbled when Danny reached into his bag to pull out another one. His eyes were closed so Danny thought he wouldn't see.

How the hell did he see.

Five minutes later the bus pulled into the parking lot of the USJ. The class got out and met up with a hero in a spacesuit.

Thirteen greeted the class before motioning towards the large building in front of them.
"This is the unforeseen simulation joint, or for short, the USJ. You kids will be put through a series of disaster rescue situations where you'll learn how to rescue people using your quirks. Being a hero isn't all about fighting villains you know" They explained before turning around to walk towards the large dome-shaped building. Aizawa motioned for the class to follow.

They all walked into the USJ and Danny looked around in awe. The place was huge! There were many different types of zones. There was a mountain zone, landslide zone, flood zone, and several more.

"As you can see, there are many different types of zones here" As thirteen began to describe them, Danny noticed a swirl of purple particles appear a few yards behind them.

'That's a pretty shade of purple' Danny admired. Huh, that kinda looks like a portal.

Oh.

"Hey, Aizawa? Um... is that supposed to happen?" Danny shook Aizawa's sleeve to get his attention. Once he got it, he pointed towards the portal. Aizawa's eyes widened.

"Shit, Thirteen! Get the kids out of here. We have company"

A group of strangely dressed people walked out of the portal. The strangest-looking one had hands all over his body and face. The students all stared in shock and slight fear at the group of villains in front of them.

"Hmm.. it appears All Might isn't here.. what a shame, I wonder if he'll come once we kill one of his students" The dude with the hand kink chuckled sadistically.

"Someone takes the words 'face palm' a bit too seriously, eh?" Danny nudged Kirishima's arm, expecting a laugh but instead getting a look of 'are you crazy?'.

"Evacuate!" Thirteen exclaimed, pushing the students out of the building. Right when they all shook out of their stupor and began going towards the exit, they were stopped.

A tall villain with purple mist-like hands and face appeared in front of them. He must have been the one to create the portal. Izuku must have realized as well because he quickly warned the others.

"He can teleport people, stick together!" It was too late, however. Purple mist surrounded the glass and in a flash, they were all teleported to different zones in the building.

Danny had turned intangible last minute and was able to prevent himself from being teleported. He became tangible then kicked the villain's metal neck brace which seemed the be the most tangible thing about him. Once the villain was knocked to the ground he froze the villain to it by the metal band.

Misty looked up at Danny, a look of interest.

"You managed to withstand my quirk, interesting"

"Yeah, and you managed to ruin my first ever field trip. Congratu-fucking-Lations " Danny was more than peeved.

The ice would last about five minutes. For it to last forever he'd have to be in his ghost form. He looked around, unable to see any of his classmates. He noticed Aizawa was nearby fighting off a hoard of villains. Danny quickly joined him.

"Get out of here kid!" Aizawa ordered as he erased one villain's quirk before punching another in the face. Danny phased through many of the villain's attacks before giving them some of his own.

"Hell no! I'm not just leaving you to fight all these villains by yourself!" Danny exclaimed before blasting several villains away with his ectoblasts.

"I swear if you get even a single scratch on you! You'll be grounded for a month" They both knew he didn't mean it, he just wanted Danny to be safe.

"Deal" The ghostly vigilante grinned.

The two blasted through what seemed to be hundreds of villains. Aizawa interrogated them throughout, finding out their plans. Facepalm wanted to lure All Might by injuring his students. Then they planned on killing him.

Danny didn't go easy on them after hearing their plans.

"Ever notice that all of them kinda look the same? Big, fugly, and in serious need of a dentist appointment" Danny quipped before blasting another in the no-no area.

He noticed that handjob- Danny was having a field day with all these nicknames- wasn't doing much fighting, he was simply watching and observing. Once the herd of villains dwindled and Danny was busy fighting, Facepalm raced towards him.

Facepalm reached his hand out to grab Danny's head, whose back was turned. Aizawa jumped in front of his kid at the last second which caused facepalm to grab the hero's shoulder instead. Danny turned around when he heard Aizawa's strangled yell.

His eyes widened when he saw Aizawa's shoulder begin to partly crumble away. Facepalm then shoved Aizawa down, causing his guardian to collapse. He tried reaching for the first person who showed him any care at all but was stopped when he was grabbed by another villain.

Hands burned into his back, the villain had a heat quirk. Danny held back a cry of pain. If there was anything he hated more than toast, it was the heat. He tried throwing the villain off of him but the heat caused him to weaken. Handjob seemed to take note of this.

He was relieved when the villain was thrown off of him. Danny looked up and saw Asui holding out her hand. She must have used her tongue to throw the villain off of him.

"Thank you," Danny said as he took her hand. She helped him up.

"No problem, kero"

He looked up and saw most of his classmates. They had managed to defeat all of the villains that were keeping them away.

They suddenly heard a villain talking to facepalm.

"Tomura, one of the students managed to escape!"

Danny looked around and couldn't see Iida anywhere. That's good, he's fast so the pros shouldn't belong. Still, it wouldn't be fast enough. There were still too many villains and Aizawa was still at the mercy of handjob and that creepy bird-brained fuck. Seriously, why does that thing exist, and oh gosh why the fuck does it look like a crow what the fuck why are they everywhere-

"That's no good, it's game over if the other pros get here" Facepalm began to itch his crusty skin.

"I'd offer him my cucumber-scented lotion but he hurt Aizawa so he and his crusty ass skin can fuck off" Danny's grumbling didn't seem to be heard by the others.

"That's good, right? Maybe they'll leave?" Mineta shook in fear. Facepalm suddenly noticed the group of students.

"Nomu, take care of that little pest. I'll take care of the students"

The 'little pest' they were referring to was Aizawa. The little crusty toothbrush who ruined his first field trip was calling Aizawa a pest? The audacity of this bitch. Izuku suddenly ran towards the Nomu who was advancing on Aizawa. He threw a punch that did not affect the creepy-ass thing. It appeared the Nomu just absorbed it.

Danny was about to go help when another portal opened up. Another swarm of villains exited the portal. They all ran towards the class.

"We're gonna die!" Mineta cried.

"Been there, done that. Wouldn't recommend being honest.."

"Really not helping" Denki shook in fear beside Mineta. Or maybe he shook from the overuse of his quirk. Danny couldn't tell.

"This isn't good, there's way too many of them" Mina's voice wavered a little as the herd of villains ran towards them.

Danny knew what he had to do. He had to stop all the villains that were coming through (I'm sorry 😭🤚) He wasn't sure he had enough energy to even survive it but like hell was he just going to let his friends and guardian die.

"Cover your ears, I'm going to try something!" He told his classmates. They all looked a bit confused but did so anyway.

Danny had to be in his ghost form for his wail to work. He quickly transformed into his ghostly form before turning towards the incoming villains. He took a deep breath before yelling out.

His wail destroyed everything in its path, throwing the villains back several hundred yards. By the end of it, not a single villain was left other than facepalm, misty, and the creature who Izuku was still fighting.

Danny sagged to the ground in exhaustion, transforming back into his human form. He passed out before he even hit the ground.

"Nomu, stop" Tomura ordered. The bird immediately froze and turned towards handjob. Izuku stood in front of Aizawa, who was beginning to regain consciousness. The curly-haired teen paled when Tomura pointed towards an unconscious Danny.

"Destroy him instead, I'll take care of these two" Tomura turned towards Izuku and Aizawa.

Aizawa stood up shakily and stood in front of Izuku.

"Leave my kids alone you crusty fuck" Aizawa spat out, erasing crustys quirk when he tried grabbing for Izuku. He punched the villain square in the face, knocking him to the ground. Crusty looked up at the Nomu as Aizawa began to restrain him with his capture gear.

"Nomu, destroy" The creature immediately ran towards the motionless ghostly teen. Aizawa's heart raced in panic as he watched the giant creature run towards his unconscious and beaten kid. The rest of the class began to get ready to defend their classmate, although he could tell they were far too exhausted to fight. His thoughts raced in search of a plan but luckily the doors burst open and several pro heroes ran into the room.

A muscular form jumped in front of Danny right on time. A very unhappy All Might punched the creature away from Danny.

"I AM HERE!"
