dear diary, today i woke up, got dressed, then took my dog for a walk, then came home then took myself for a walk, then came home, watch TV, then got my make up on, then graded my bags for my day centre, then walked to get my bus witch was late, walk  my day centre, did some shopping, for my day centre cooking, and some shopping for me and my family, went back did whiting on throy on cooking, then had my lunch, then this arthnoon, went out to do my bulling whit my grope, then went to do more errands for my family, came home on my bus, then took my dog for a walk, then myself, then came home, had tea, then went on a walk to a church, in my village to go and see my mum, then came home, had a shower, got in my nightdress, so yes so hare where i leave it now dairy.
