Shokou's POV ⛩

"I can tell, just by looking at him." Okami replies as he nodded.

"Yeah..." I went. "I've seen it with my own eyes, and immediately decided to behave myself around him since that day."

Before Okami could say anything, I suddenly felt my dad set me back down on the ground gently and pull me into a hug, while looking over at me.

"Dad, what - - " I began.

"I'm sorry..." He says, which immediately caught me off guard.

"For what? You didn't do anything wrong..." I asked.

"For scaring you into behaving yourself around me, ever since the day of your mother and sister's death...I had no idea and I didn't mean it."

"Dad, it's okay. I was only a clueless child and didn't realize anything at that time." I replied as I hugged him back in return.

"You were only just protecting me from getting killed, even though I understand how you felt now, after mom and sis were killed."

"But - - " He began before I lifted a hand up, interrupting him.

"But nothing! If you were a bad parent, I wouldn't have been alive and you wouldn't have cared about mom and sis either. Sure, I did feel afraid of you after what happened, but you also taught me a lesson too.

Violence doesn't resolve anything...And you also taught me that you should always stay by you loving families' side and help each other out no matter what, even when you become an adult and get married, until the day they die."

"Shokou..." My dad went as his ears flattened a little while his gaze softened.

"You're a good dad, and you know it! And I don't want you to change anything from who you are today."

After I said that, he pulled me into another hug, as tears appeared in his eyes a little.

"Thank you so much...I'm so glad to be blessed by Arceus to have a daughter like you." He says as I hugged him back again.

"You're welcome. Just know there's really nothing wrong in being a parent." I replied before burying my face into his fur.

"You were only doing what you felt was right for us, even though it's in the wrong, and I respect that. If I had two children of my own with Okami, I would've reacted the same way as well."

Just after I said that, I noticed Okami blush heavily a little before he quickly looked away from me.

I smirked a little at that reaction, knowing he was thinking kinky thoughts in his head along with wanting to start a family with me, down the line, once we get married when the day comes.

"I'll talk about it with you later..." I silently mouthed at him, giving Okami the message, before looking back at my father.

"I know you would. You're like me and your mother...Kind and understanding, but at the same time, you got a scary temper like mine." My father mentioned as he chuckled a tiny bit, before giving me a head pat.

"Yeah. Now, let's continue our way to the Mirelands camp, before this continues on or Yin will start to wonder what's taking us so long..." I replied as I hugged him one more time before parting.

Then we resumed heading our way to the Mirelands camp.

Yin's POV 🌺

By the time we showed up at the Mirelands camp, Nightmare and I just hung out in the tent with Luna for a little bit, while we waited on Shokou, Okami, and Phobos to arrive.

Looking over at Nightmare, I smiled before resting my head on his shoulder, as Luna was asleep and curled up into a cute little ball of fur on my lap.

"Your little sister's so cute..." I say as I looked at him again, while I scratched Luna by the back of her ears, making her wag her tail happily while she slept.

"I'm not disagreeing with you on that one. All Zoruas are cute too." He replied, as he smiled back at me.

"True..." I say before chuckling a little.

After a bit, I started to feel tired and sleepy.

"Hey, Night? When Shokou arrives, could you wake me up? I'm gonna take myself a nap too while I wait..." I asked as I looked at him.

"Sure." He replied before giving me a gentle smile.

"Thank you..." I say before smiling.

Then I dozed off into my dream as I was embraced in the warmth of Nightmare's arms and pulled close to his chest.

Nightmare's POV 🌙

After Yin fell asleep on me, I smiled again before resting my head on hers, finding it cute when she's asleep.

Especially when she had my sister, Luna, in her arms.

Gazing over at them, I started thinking about what Shokou had said to my older brother, when they were reunited and he met her mate, Okami.

"Marriage, huh?" I thought to myself in my head.

"Maybe that's what I should do next, a few years later down the line, once everything's settled...Asking Yin for her hand in marriage and starting a family with her, I mean."

Then I blushed a little at another thought, which is of Yin in a wedding kimono.

"Wait...I'm getting ahead of myself too much and too far. Yin and I just started dating since the night of the festival. And I don't want rush everything. Especially on Yin.

That wouldn't make our relationship good, if I rushed her." I continued in my thoughts before shaking my head a little.

After what felt like an hour had gone by, Shokou, Okami and my older brother finally showed up.

When they did, I woke Yin up from her nap and told her that they arrived.

"M'kay..." She replied sleepily before yawning and stretching the tiredness out of her a little.

Then she got up and left the tent while carrying Luna in her arms, as I got up and followed after her.

"Ready?" Shokou asked as she looked at Yin.

In response, she nodded while looking back at her.

As for Adaman, Irida, Sabi and Lian, they decided to stay back at the Diamond clan's settlement, since whatever it is Shokou plans to do, is beyond their support.

"Alright...Let's go."

Then we headed off for Alabaster Icelands.

By the time we showed up at the Icepeak camp, Shokou had already went on ahead with her mate and my older brother again.

"Night, I'm gonna return you and your sister to your pokéballs just for a little bit until we're at the entrance of Snowpoint Temple, okay? I promise to let you out afterwards, once I've arrived." Yin says as she turned to look at me.

In response, I nodded in understanding before she took out our pokéballs and returned us to them.

Yin's POV 🌺

Once they were inside their pokéballs, I putted them away and crossed the water over toward Secret Hollow and called Sneasler with my flute once I reached to land.

When she showed up, I told her where we were going, before she carried me and started climbing up the cliff that was right next to the waterfall.

After reaching to the top, I got on Wyrdeer and continued on my way from there, reaching to the entrance of the temple in just a few minutes.

As I got off, I letted Nightmare out of his pokéball while I kept Luna in hers, knowing she's probably still asleep from earlier.

Then Nightmare and I entered in the temple, once the time of day was around evening.

When we went over to where I caught Regigigas, Shokou was waiting for us there with Okami and Phobos, as expected.

"Everything's prepared and ready to go...Just give me the word, alright? Don't wait or take too long or your transformation will happen again without any warning." She says when she turned to look at me.

I nodded in understanding as my response.

"Hey, can I talk to Nightmare in private for a moment?" I asked as I looked at her and Phobos.

"Sure..." Phobos replied as he nodded his head, before Shokou could say anything next.

I smiled a tiny bit in response before lightly grabbing Nightmare's arm and leaving with him.

Once we went back to the main part of the temple, I stopped and letted go of Nightmare's arm, as we stood in front of a statue.
