They did
Tucker ran after Danny, who was whistling for Leroy. "Wait, dude. What are you talking about!!!"
Leroy appeared and Danny jumped on top. "Let's go, Leroy. To that island."
Tucker jumped in front of them with arms wide. "No! Where are you going!"
Danny humphed impatiently. "Tucker, get out of the way. I need to hurry before they do something."
"Where do you think you're going?!"
Danny winced as Sam stomped over. He sighed. "The missing students went to Pariah's Keep. I have to get there before something happens. I think Dash has taken my words as a challenge and Dash never turns down a challenge. As much as I want to kick his butt, I don't want him killed so I have to go now."
Sam stood next to Tucker and crossed her arms. "Not without us."
Danny brought his hand across his face. "But it will be dangerous."
Tucker shook his head. "You're still weakened from the ectofilters. You need help, Danny. And as your friends, we're going wether you want us to or not."
Danny looked at the floating island. "Ok."

Dash stomped through the trees. How dare Fentoad challenge me. I'll show him. He thinks he's so great just because his parents are in charge so he can get away with everything. I'll show him.
Kwan yelped as a branch snapped under his feet. Dash had been able to persuade his friend to come along, because as much as he denied it, he was still slightly afraid.
"Why are we doing this again?" Kwan complained.
Dash growled. "To check out the lair. Don't you think it looks cool? Maybe we'll even meet a ghost. And then we'll pummel him with the bazookas!"
Kwan held his bazooka awkwardly. "I don't know, Dash."
"Are you scared?"
"Of course I'm not! It's just that...it could be dangerous. Remember what Fenton said."
"Bah. Fentonio is just a wimp. He's scared of his own shadow." Dash stomped his way around another tree. I'll show everyone.
"Rude."
The two jocks froze. "Did you hear that?" Kwan asked his friend.
Dash nodded. He held up the bazooka with shaky hands. "Whoever you are, come out or I shoot."
"Ok ok. Jeez." A middle sized girl with short, brown hair stepped from behind a tree.
Dash didn't lower his bazooka. "Who are you?"
She rolled her eyes.
Kwan pointed a finger at her. "Wait.....Charlie...right?"
"Chelsea!" She snapped. "That's not even close"
Kwan shrugged. "Hey. It's got a 'ch'. So what are you doing here."
"Following you, of course. You're going to the creepy castle?"
Dash lowered his bazooka. He paled. "How did you know?"
She shrugged and walked past. "You guys couldn't make it more obvious. You coming? We gotta hurry before anyone else figures it out."
Dash hunched his back and Kwan laughed. He patted his friend's shoulder. They ran to catch up with the girl.
It didn't take long until they were at the edge if the forest. They looked out at the other island. It floated a few kilometers away.
They stood staring at it for a moment. Then Chelsea spoke up.
"So....what now."
Dash shrugged. "We fly."
"FLY?!" Kwan exclaimed.
"We did fly out of the cage right?"
Chelsea peeked at the abiss at the edge of the island. Nothing but ectoplasm for miles. "Ummm and if we fall?"
Dash crouched. I'm not a coward. "Hey, you don't have to come." And with that he jumped.
Chelsea and Kwan gasped. Dash floated in the air for a second....or two....or more.
"Dude, how are you doing that?!" Kwan stared at the floating teen in shock.
Dash was panting. He paled when he looked down at the nothingness under his feet. He looked back up hurriedly. "I- don't...know."
Chelsea pointed. "I know. Remember how when we were allowed to float out of the ship at the beggining of the trip?"
Kwan huffed. "You mean two people did that. The rest of us never got the turn."
Chelsea ignored him. "Well maybe there's no gravity in the Ghost Zone."
Kwan looked down at his feet. "How are we standing now then?"
"Maybe it's only when there is nothing to stand on. When there is no pressure, we float."
Dash was meanwhile squirming awkwardly in the air. His arms and legs wiggled around like a drunk octopus. He yelped. "How do I move???"
The two students looked at Dash. They'd completely forgotten the topic of their conversation.
Kwan made an unsure gesture. "Try to swim or something?"
Dash floated horizontally now. He stopped struggling and held his arms out. He brought them back to his sides and was pulled forward a few centimeters. He grinned and tried to turn his body to the floating island. He started swimming that way. "See ya, losers," he said. Hos confidence back.
Chelsea looked at the abiss uncertainly. "I don't know.." she yelped when Kwan pushed her off. She hung in the air a few meters from the edge. Her face red. "I'm killing you. You're so dead!!"
Kwan chuckled but paled. No way was he going up there.
"Hey!!"
Kwan jumped when he heard a new voice. He lost his balance and fell. He yelled and wiggled around in anguish. Chelsea laughed and Dash stopped swimming to look back.
Dash frowned when he saw a boy at the edge. Richard. He knew the boy's name because.... who didn't. And the wimp had stolen his helmet.
Richard grinned and took a few steps back. Then he ran and jumped, pushing himself from the edge. "Whoooop!!" He shouted. "You were going without me, weren't you? Too bad. Cause I'm comming." And he passed Dash, swimming rapidly to the other castle.
Dash growled and looked back at the forest. "Anyone else want to come?" He said, fully expecting the whole class to come barging out.
Nothing happened.
He grunted and turned back around. "Hurry up, Kwan!"
It took some time but they had finally touched down at the island.
It looked like a battlefield. There were many bumps and rocks scattered around. Burned marks and holes littered the ground.
Kwan gaped. "What the heck happened here."
Richard ran forward and peeped into one of the holes. "Cooool."
Chelsea looked closely at a stump. She gasped. "Umm guys? This is a body."
She inspected the vast and empty area. "They're all bodies."
And sure enough, now that they knew what they were, they could see the many skeletons lying on the ground. Some weren't even whole. Torn apart and missing limbs.
Dash shivered. Why did he want to come here again?
Kwan looked like he was about to puke. Richard stared wideyed.
Chelsea ran to the opening of the castle. Mostly to get out of the graveyard that was outside but she was also curious.
"Well. What are you waiting for. You wanted to see the castle?"
The castle itself was in ruins. The roof was completely blown off. The walls were covered in burn marks.
The entrance looked like the mouth of a monster. She shivered and quickly went inside. In front of her lay a short hallway. It seemed like it was in order. Not much damage apart from a few chipped parts and cracks. She walked down and was met by a huge door.
Chelsea stepped through the doors, which looked like they had been opened by force. They hung on their hinges and one had fallen completely off. There were no bodies inside, which was weird.
Chelsea heard the other adolescents come in behind her. Their heavy breathing loud in the eerie silence of the abandoned castle.
"Whoaaaa." Chelsea's voice echoed in the empty room. "This place is awesome."
"Shhhh." Kwan shushed her. "What if there's a ghost here?"
"A ghost? In an abandoned, creepy castle covered in ruins were no one seems to have been in for years." She smiled. "I don't think so."
Kwan paled at her description. She walked forward. There was something that looked like a throne at the back of the room. It was big, even though half of it had fallen of.
The room itself was a mess. There was some serious damage. But what was worse was the wall at the back. It had completely fallen away. The bricks lay around the floor.
"What the shit." Kwan stepped over some rubble. "Ok. This is awesome....and slightly unsettling."
"Over here." She looked and saw Richard scrambling through the hole in the wall. Dash jumped inside and gaped at the big room.
"It looks like there was a fight. A big one at that."
Kwan whispered, "Whoaaaa."
Chelsea looked up at the hole in the ceiling. She looked around and found a staircase. She followed it up...to a sarcophagus.
She scrambled up the stairs with a smile. "Yo guys. Check this out."
The boys looked up to see the girl next to the sarcofagus and mimicking its posture. Her arms were crossed and her face was serious. It didn't last long before she burst out laughing.
Richard grinned. "Open it," he said.
"No!"
The students looked at Kwan, whose face was so pale he could resemble a ghost.
"Why not? I wanna know what's in here." Chelsea brought her hand to the sarcofagus.
Kwan shook his head. "But what if it's a body."
Chelsea's eyes glittered. "That'd be cool." And she pushed.
The others held their breath as she struggled to open the tomb. She grunted and huffed but it stayed sealed.
Richard scrambled up. "Wait let me try." And they pushed at it together.
It didn't open, but the sarcofagus did shove a bit.
They stopped.
"Whoa this is heavy as heck. That body must be some fat guy."
"Only the most powerful ghost in the Ghost Zone," a voice boomed.
Dash, Kwan, Chelsea, and Richard turned to the entrance to see a big ghost in armour and flaming purple hair. The ghost held a flaming green sword in it's hand and a horse, also in armour, stood behind him.
Dash gasped. "Who are you?"
The ghost raised his sword. "I am Fright Night. The ghost of Halloween. And you shall all perish by my hand for entering and disturbing the sarcogfagus of the Ghost King."
