Girl problems
There was a tense silence.
The guard hesitated. "I'm sorry sir. What-?"
"I said throw the halfa into the ship!!" Walker held the box out and pushed the button. The ship clicked open.
"NOOOO" Maddie screamed and tried to get to her son but she was held back by the ghosts.
The guard in front of Walker shrugged and gestured to other two ghosts.
They grabbed Danny. One his arms and the other his feet.
Andrew looked on, pale as a ghost. Then he saw something. Danny's hand twitched. He nudged Sheldon. "He's waking up," he whispered.
The two ghosts got as close to the ship as they could and started swinging Danny back and forth like a hammock.
Danny felt weird. His head was lolling back and he scrunched his eyes. Whazzhappning?
Suddenly he felt as if he was flying. His eyes sprung open an he yelled. Then his arm and leg were hit by something and he slammed against a wall.
He groaned and looked up. He saw the opening of the ship. He must have hit his limbs on the side. Outside he saw the shocked and distraught faces of his parents, friends and classmates. They were surrounded by Walker's minions.
Danny growled and ran forward.
Outside, the adolescents and adults saw Danny make a run for the opening. Just as he was about to make it Walker pushed the button, a smirk on his face.
A loud bang was heard as Danny smacked on the closed door.
It made the others wince.
Then a scream. "Walker!!!"
They saw a figure behind one of the windows. Danny drew his fist back and punched the window. It cracked.
Sam prayed Danny could get out before it was too late.
Danny panted as he punched it again. Another crack. He slumped.
Common, Fenton. One more.
He put energy on his fist and it glowed green. He yelled and swung. His fist went right through.
The teenagers cheered at the broken window. They waited for Danny to come out.
All they saw was his tired face as it disappeared. His arm, halfway out the window, fell back. Scratching itself in the process. The open wound just helped the energy leave Danny faster and he fell back. I failed.
Walker laughed.
Sam stared wide eyed. "No. Danny."
The guards took them into the building. The last thing Sam saw was the ghosts lasso the ship with a rope and drag it in another entrance of the prison.
They were herded through many corridors, guards stood at their posts and saluted as Walker passed.
Then they entered a corridor with cells. On both sides were rooms. Prisoners trapped in those rooms.
There were many mean looking ghosts. A few delusional who grinned after the humans as if they were planning their deaths.
But there were also many other ghosts who cried out their innocence or sat in the dark corner sobbing their eyes out.
Walker ignored them as he passed.
A few guards shouted at them to shut up.
Then they stopped before a cell.
It was empty, thank goodness.
The humans were ordered to make a line in front of the open cell.
One by one they were pushed in, but not before a bracelet was placed around their forearm.
A guard smirked as he clipped another on Mikey's arm.
"What is this?" Mikey asked.
Paulina looked at it critically. "It's not a fashion accessory, I can tell you that." She turned towards the guard. "Do you have one in purple? It will go fabulously with my turquoise shirt."
The ghost guard blinked. Then grumbled: "This isn't for decoration?! It's to prevent you from escaping."
Kwan frowned. "Like the iron bars, ghosts and heavily guarded building won't do that."
The guard sniffed as he shooed Mikey inside and clipped another on Mr. Lancer. "We aren't stupid. We've all heard what happened at Skulker's. You humans could phase out without much difficulty."
Mikey frowned. "So this will prevent us from going intangible?"
The guard shook his head. "An alarm will go off as soon as you leave the cell and we'll be able to catch you in seconds."
Walker heard what they were talking about and snapped his head towards them. "Shut it. Don't talk to the prisoners." And stop giving them vital information, his expression said.
The guard stood straight and saluted.
Kim, who was the last one in line and the only one who hadn't gotten a bracelet yet, saw her chance. She made a run for it.
There was a commotion and the guards ran after the girl. The others tried to get out of the cell but the door was slammed in their faces.
Kim ran and concentrated. She went intangible. The guards hands couldn't grab her. She smiled at their failed attempts. Then suddenly a pain flared on her side. She lost her intangibility and grunted as she gripped her stomach. She looked down to see charred clothing and bruising start to form on her side. She flinched as two ghosts grabbed her arms and looked up to see another ghost.
He was different than the others and she knew he wasn't a guard. For starters, he had an eyepatch and was dressed differently. He carried an air of nonchalant authority around him. He smirked as he showed the other ghosts a gun he was holding. "What did I tell you. The antihuman bloodgun works like a charm."
Kim gasped.
The ghost shoved the gun at a guard. "Shoot her is she tries to escape again."
So the girl couldn't do anything but walk along. They dragged her back to the cell. The guard with the dreaded gun behind her.
Eyepatch guy stopped them before she could be put in the cell with the others. "Walker wants to interrogate them. Might as well start with her."
James went pale. "No!"
Kim struggled and cursed as she tried to free herself. She felt the pain in her stomach and decided the others would need that piece of information if they wanted to make a plan to escape. "They have antihuman guns." She yelled back at the cage. "Not real bullets but leave bruises. Like an antighost gun does to ghosts!!"
And she was gone.
James rattled the bars. "No! Bring her back!! Let her go!!" He got frustrated and punched the bars. Then he jumped around the cage in pain as he held his knuckles.
Maddie was staring at the spot where the Chinese was last seen. "Antihuman guns?"
Andrew flinched. "She knew they left bruises. Which means she was shot."
James bit his lip and wrapped his good hand around the bars. "Her shirt was charred. We need to save her."
Nathan nodded. "They took her for interrogation. What will they do to her?"
Paulina pursed her lips. "Them ruining such a nice shirt is torture enough. Don't you think so, Star?" She looked back at her friend and stopped. The blonde's hair rained over her shoulders and covered her face.
Paulina paused an checked if anyone had noticed. Everyone was ignoring them and talking about the past events.
The Latina scooted closer to her friend an sat in front her to shield her from the others' view.
"Star?"
The blonde looked up teary eyed. "He loves her," she whispered. "He loves her not me." And she broke down.
Paulina knew what she was talking about. James. He used to be so sweet for Star and then he suddenly ditched her to hang out with that Chinese girl. He'd replaced her, even if they weren't officially dating, with another girl as if it was nothing.
Paulina smiled at her friend and put a hand on her shoulder. "Forget about that asshole, Star. This just shows that he just wasn't the one. You'll find another guys who'll be so kind to you that James will die of jealousy."
Star sniffed. "You really think so?"
Paulina nodded. "Of course. We're the hottest girls in the school. What kind of guy wouldn't want to go out with us."
Star looked away. "But I don't want him to go out with me because I'm hot. I want a boyfriend that will love me until I am old and wrinkly an ugly."
Paulina nodded as she looked at the ground. She wanted that too. But it was hard to find a guy like that. Boys nowadays were attracted by looks so that's what she gave them. It wasn't that bad. Paulina liked the attention. They both did. They weren't about to let these looks go to waste. But they both dreamed of a knight in shinning armor with whom they could live happily ever after.
Paulina shook her head. "Don't worry. You'll find a guy like that."
Star sniffed but smiled hopefully. "At least you still have Dash."
Paulina pursed her lips as she looked back at the boy. "You know how it is, Star. He probably only loves me because I'm beautiful."
Star shook her head. "No. I'm pretty sure it's more than that. I've seen how he looks at you. Your relationship is so casual. It's as if you're already married. And with how long you've spent together, you might as well be."
Paulina nodded uncertainly. "It'll be our third anniversary in two months."
Star grinned. "Exactly. And have you seen how many girls want to go out with him? Tons. And he's still with you. Just like you have rejected every boy that came your way."
Paulina opened her mouth.
Star put up her finger. "I'm not counting that incident." She paused. "Or Danny Phantom. Besides, Dash knows about that and you're still together."
Paulina nodded. Then she smiled. "I was supposed to be reassuring you. Not the other way around."
Star shrugged.
Paulina then shook herself. "Now wipe your face off. Your makeup is all over the place. We don't want to worry about being old and wrinkly ahead of time."
Star's expression turned to horror. She wiped her face off with her hand. Paulina and her worked on getting all the smudges off.
Paulina nodded in satisfaction. "Now let's reapply your makeup..." She gasped. The girls looked at each other in horror. "We don't have makeup."
Ok yeah no big cliffie here unless makeup is an essential part in your life.
I tried to put myself in others girls high heels who have priblems like boys and stuff. It was hard. Mahbe this sounds too naive and cliche so plz if you know how girls feel or find this unreal plz tell me. I did my best.
Also you can see paulina as the bad shallow girl here or not. Depends on whose pov you look from.
(James or paulinas)
Not everything is black and white people. Its kinda anniying when books say that.
So yeah paulina and star are still the kind of girls that take a lot from beauty And theyre still shllow. But theyre friends. Bffs even.
I just wanted to show that.
ANYWAYS
What did you think
Stupid bullet with his stupid antihuman guns

And what are tucker and sam going to say now that they have the time to demand answers
We shall see.
(Ha! I tried out this author notes plot questions)
