After Kallus was forced to leave, the family returned to the living room and continued to play the game they had abandoned minuted before; it was clear Ezra didn't want to discuss what had just happened. He even sat by the back window, silent as he was clearly deep in thought...just staring out into space. An hour passed by when the group could hear something be pushed through the post box; Ezra took it upon himself to go retrieve whatever it was. "What is it Ezra??" Sabine asked as they all looked away from the game; the boy returned to the room "it's a letter...for me" he held it up as if to prove his statement. They watched the youngest teen open the envelope and read the letter; he face turned to anger, annoyance and....fear?? "What's wrong kid??" Zeb asked with worry; the young boy began to read the letter out loud:

Dear Phantom,
It has come to my attention that you have been taken in by a family of seven. I also know Kallus has asked you to do a job for him and you stupidly refused. I am warning you Phantom, if you do not take and complete the job successfully, I will personally send some of my men to burn that house, hurt and kill your so called 'family' and will harm you myself, leaving you alive to live with the reality that you are responsible for your beloved families death. You have six hour a to make your decision. If you do take the job offer - which of course you will - go to the usual meaning point. I will be waiting.

Everyone was horrified and terrified by the letter but before they could say or do anything, Ezra turned and ran up to his room. The family followed him up. As they entered his room, all seven of them saw Ezra pull his a dirty bag from under the bed - Hera wondered where that was as she was hoping to either throw it away or wash it at least. "Ezra...what are you doing??" Ahsoka asked with fear in her voice; the boy glanced back at them as he rummaged through his bag to make sure he had everything he needed. "What does it look like?? Getting ready to go and do that stupid damn job" Ezra took his shirt off, showing many scars littering his torso, grabbed his old, scruffy top and hoodie that he wore on the streets and returned them to his body, he also threw on his old combo boots. "What?!" they all yelled with horror "you can't Ezra!! It's dangerous and risky and...and...just no!!" all of the girls were on the brink of tears "do you think I have a choice anymore?? You saw the letter!! You know what's on it!!" the young boy exclaimed "if I don't do the job, they're going to kill you all!!" he slung his bag over his shoulder. Kanan stepped in at this point, finally finding his voice "no Ezra" he was stern but clearly worried for his family as well "we'll go to the police, get help...but you can't do this!! You can't go back to your old self or your old ways" Ezra shook his head as he returned down stairs, everyone on his tail and telling him not to do the job or to even leave. "Don't you get it?? I can't protect you all if the Inquisitor and his men come after you guys, I'll be fine as I can protect myself and fight" he couldn't help but sigh "but you guys...I can't....I'm going and...and you're not stopping me" and with that, he raced out the door. He left, not as Ezra Bridger....but as Phantom.

"Come on" Anakin suddenly spoke, all the kids seemed to think the same thing as they threw on their shoes and jackets "em...what are you guys doing??" Kenobi asked with a raise brow; his daughter spoke "going after Ezra". The three adults did the same, Kenobi, Ahsoka and Zeb took one car and drove off to the police station to warn the cops, as well as hopefully get help, whilst Kanan, Hera, Anakin and Sabine hurried into the other car to follow Ezra. "Why did he have to be so...so reckless and stubborn?!" Sabine asked in frustration as they all looked for the boy "where would they meet up if they were doing something illegal and dangerous??" Kanan wondered out loud. They all thought the same think until Anakin suddenly spoke up "I know!!" he exclaimed "remember when we all met Ezra for the first time all together??" the teen didn't wait for an answer but they did "he told us to stay clear of Dark Street due to knowing it was a bad place". Immediately, Hera spun the car around and drove to Dark Street; Kanan had to look at a map on his phone of course. Twenty minutes later and Sabine had received a text from her brother "Kenobi, Ahsoka and I are at the police station and have warned the cops. Found Ez yet?" she read out loud before replying "good. No, not yet. We think he might be meeting the Inquisitor and that Kallus guy on Dark Street". They kept their eyes peeled on their surroundings "please be okay Ezra" Hera mumbled as she pulled up at the front of the street. They all jumped out and began to hesitantly walk "stay close together" Kanan ordered "Ezra must have had a good reason and a lot of experience for warming us about this place" they each nodded in agreement as he had a point. The street was completely abandoned, quiet....too quiet, as well as creepy and dark; the storm didn't help at all as rain hitting them like bullets and the sound and sight of thunder and lightning was a distraction every five seconds. It was so hard to see anything at all really. 

All of a sudden, hooded figure was spotted standing on a near roof; the hooded figure was dripping wet from the violent rain. They jumped down into the ground "what the hell are you guys doing here?!" the figure exclaimed through the stop as they pulled the hood down to show it was the boy they were searching for!! "Ezra!!" they yelled, rushing over to him "shut up!! Don't call me that!!" he snapped, not wanting to be rude but knowing if his enemies found out his real name, he would be well and truly screwed. Never the less, the family members hurried to embrace him "come on, let's get out of here!!" Hera said as they pulled away but to their dismay, the teen boy didn't move "I have to do this job Hera, I'll come home after". They instantly stopped "Ezr-" Anakin managed to stop himself "Phantom...you can't do this stupid job!! We'll be fine!!" he explained "the other's are with the police who are probably on their way by now". Ezra somehow managed to stay calm from their statement "the cops can't do anything!! Just leave before the Inquisitor, Kallus and their men get here!!" he was now ordering them but before anything could happen, another voice suddenly spoke "oh, I do believe it is too late for anyone to go home". Everyone froze in fear, except Ezra of course who spun around and glared at who he saw "Inquisitor" he spat the name with anger "they were just leaving" but the boys enemies all surrounded the family members. The Inquisitor smirked once he noticed the two adults "Kanan and Hera Jarrus...I knew I recognized you" the three teens all sent a surprised, worried and suspicious look to the said people before Ezra spoke up once again "leave them alone!!" he demanded "this is between you, Kallus and I!!". The surrounding men just laughed "taking in this street rat will be the death of you" Kallus stated as his boss turned to his men "kill them all!!" he instructed. 

In an instant, the family adopted a fighting stance...even though they each knew it would be the street smart boy and the two adults doing most of the fighting as Anakin and Sabine didn't really know how. Ezra fought with most men as the couple protected their daughter and niece until most were knocked unconscious. Now however, the young boy was fighting Kallus and the Inquisitor on his own - Kanan tried to step in and help but Ezra just yelled at him "stay out of this Kanan!!" the man halted "this is between them and I!!" they knew the teen wasn't trying to be rude or mean, quite the opposite actually. He wanted them all to stay away in fear of them getting hurt...or worse. The four family members now new that the fight they were watching was one that was to the death....and Ezra Bridger was the only one who could save them now.
