"So, you're telling me that at any point in your relationship, you and Christine have never used pet names? Nothing like sweetheart, dear, love-bug? Anything?"

Erik shook his head. "Not at all, Chagny. I believe Christine and I are a little more mature than to use silly names for each other, other than what we are already called," he said, all proper.

As Christine entered the room, Raoul smirked.  "I see. Hey, Erik, what do bees make?"

Erik looked puzzled. "Honey?"

Christine whipped her head around and faced Erik with a big smile. "Yes, my dear?" 

Erik stood, just as a deer trapped in headlights, not making a sound. Raoul smirked and glared at him. "Never lie to my face again, maskey."
