Hello, you guys. I'm sorry for the 6 month wait for a chapter here. I was busy with other stuff. With that said.. let's read.

[No One's POV]
Y/n's team and team RWBY  were walking in Vale, due to Weiss bragging about visiting students coming to the Vytal Festival. When y/n and Kara introduced Ozpin to their friend's Harley and Karen amd showed what happened in the ruins, he allowed them to be put on his team, making them an official four-person team. Weiss later on practically forced the team to follow her and her teammates to the docks. The streets of Vale are being decorated in time for the Vytal Festival. Red, yellow, and green streamers and balloons are proudly on display, and Team HIRO is strolling through it with an awed Ilivane in front. A sign is being put up by the elderly Shopkeep that reads in bright red letters 'WELCOME TO VALE!' for all the foreign newcomers from their respective kingdoms of Remnant.

"Hey. Why are we out here?" Harley whined, while clinging to y/n. "I wanna be in the dorm with my man here"

"Y-you're man?!" Kara angrily snarled at Harley smothering y/n with her body

"Well, he is the only man of your team and our team leader. So...yes our man" Harley spoke out with her tongue

"W-why you!" Kara tried to strangle her, only to be held back by Karen.

"Girls, knock it off. Your acting like children" Karen said, holding Kara by the neck

"Let go of me!" Kara struggled

"Kara, stop it. Let it go.." Y/n said to her

"Ok..." Kara said, allowing Karen to put her down

"The Vytal Festival!" Weiss said, stopping and raising her arms in amazement." Oh, this is absolutely wonderful!"

"I don't think I've ever seen you this happy before, Weiss." Y/n said.

"Yeah, it's kinda creeping me out..." Kara said, annoyed.

Weiss turned to the couple." How could you not smile? A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply incredible!" They continue walking.

"You really know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring." Yang said.

"Oh! Hush, hush!" Weiss said

"Remind me again why we are spending our friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?" Yang asked as they walked over to the railings of the docks.

"Ugh, they smell like fish," Ruby held her nose and said, regretting that she sniffed the ocean air.

"Hey, at least it's not garbage." Harley smiled, Ruby giggling at it.

"I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving by ship today. And as a representative of Beacon, I feel as if it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom." Weiss said as they started to walk again.

Y/n brow flinched from hearing that. "So that's why you wanted us to come here! You're spying on the other students to get an upper hand on the tournament!" He pointed out her plan.

"Uh, you can't prove that." Weiss scoffed, crossing her arms in defense.

"Oh? I can see your scroll. It's on the video standby mode. Plus, I saw you packing up papers and pencils labeled and I quote. "Tournament Cheats" on it." Y/n stated.

Weiss glared at y/n who flinched once again as they continued their walk. However as they walk, Ruby heard sounds that she loves to hear.

"Hey you guys, I think someone is at the firing range!" She said. "Come on, I want to see!"

"No, Ruby. We need to focus on the students." Weiss denied.

"Please! I want to see the guns!" She pouted as Weiss ignored her. Y/n saw Ruby's look as he sighs and leans in to whispers.

"come on, Weiss. Let the girl have some fun. Go on Ruby. We'll catch up to you later." He smiles, patting her head

Ruby then beams as she hugs him and rushes off towards the gun shop, leaving the others to this 'trip' Weiss has planned out for them.

"Have fun!" Y/n and yang yelled together, causing Weiss to glare at him.

"JUST WHAT WERE YOU THINKING Y/N?!" Weiss shouted at him. The young  lantern rubbing his ear from her yelling.

"I said it wasn't a big deal Weiss… She wanted to see the guns, so I think we should let her. Sides, we know the store and can get her once we're done after all, so stop being a stuck-up bitch" y/n finished speaking.

She glared at him before she turned away, "Whatever." she huffed.

Y/n sighed with some relief as Yang patted his back gently. As they continued to walk, they reach the harbor where a new ship has just arrived and docked. Several crew on and off the ship, helping unloading the cargo inside it.

"So this is where they were suppose to arrive at?" Blake asked Weiss. "Cause this doesn't look like a ship filled with Vacuo students."

Before Weiss can talk back, they heard a voice shout. "Hey, stop that Faunus!"

They then turned their attention to the ship. And from what they could see, a young man wearing an open white shirt, blue pants, blonde hair and a monkey's tail ran out of the cargo hold before grabbing a banana from one of them as he hopped up on a light pole and started to peel off the banana while hanging upside down.

"You no good stow-away!"

"Hey, a no good stowaway would've been caught, I'm a great stowaway." The Faunus boy replied to the two from the ship. A rock came flying at him and he leaned to another direction to dodge it.

"Hey! Get down from there this instant." The officer said. But in an instant, the Faunus boy ate the banana in one go before tossing the peel at the officer. He then landed as he started to make his getaway. As he did, he started to make his way towards the group, as he did, he gave a sly wink to Blake before running off, the officers hot on his trail.

"Well Weiss, you wanted to see the competition, and there it goes." Yang said as they watched the police chase after the Faunus boy.

"Quick, we have to observe him!" Weiss proclaimed before they all started to run after them.

As they continue their chase, they round the corner but then Weiss bumps into someone and trips. She looks up to as they saw the Faunus guy disappear from their view, showing that he got away. "No, he got away!"

"Uhh… Weiss?" Yang pointed at the girl Weiss bumped into.

Lying on the ground was a girl with short, curly orange hair with freckles on her face. She was also wearing clothes that were part futuristic and part old-fashioned. She wore a blouse with feminine overalls, with a black collar and matching stockings, both decorated with green lines. She also wore a pink bow in her hair. On her back was a small backpack.

"Uh…. is she okay?" Y/n asked, as they all leaned in to see if she was alright?

Weiss becomes startled as she hastily gets up while the girl still down on the ground, smilies. "Sal-u-ta-tions!" she greeted.

"Uh.. hello?" Y/n said.

"Are you… okay?" Yang asked the girl on the floor

"I'm wonderful! Thank you for asking." she beamed happily.

The group looked at each other in bewilderment before Yang speaks up again. "Do you… wanna get up?"

The girl thinks for a moment. "Yes!" She leaps back on her feet while both teams stands back a little. "My name is Penny! It's a pleasure to meet you!"

"Uh… Likewise. I'm y/n, this is Kara, Harley, Karen Yang, Blake, and Weiss. We also have Ruby but she's in a gun store right now." Y/n introduced them all.

"It's a pleasure to meet you!" she repeated.

"You already said that." Weiss pointed out.

Penny paused again before she replied, "So I did!"

"Well, sorry for running into you," Weiss said before they turned around and started to walk away.

"See you later friend. "Y/n said, patting her head with a smile 4 as they all left her.

Penny felt a burning sensation inside the core inside her robotic body, "what is this feeling inside of me? Is this what most humanoid women called love?" She said with a red tint on her face.

As they wonder a few feet Yang spoke up, "She was… weird?"

"Now where did that Faunus rif-raf run off to?" Weiss asked out loud. However they all stopped as the strange girl, Penny, appeared in front of them.

"What did you call me?" she said to them.

Weiss was repeatedly looking back and forth as to see how she did that. Even Y/n was wondering how she got there that quick. That speed could rival Kara's "Oh, I'm really sorry, I definitely didn't think you heard me." Yang apologized, but Penny had another reason as to why she asked them that. "No, not you." She approached y/n. "You." Penny specifically pointed at the lantern hero

"Me? I said… 'See you later friend'." Y/n answered, confused. "Did I offend you or something?"

Penny shook her head sideways, "No, no you didn't. I just wanted to know" Penny leaned close and put her hands on y/n's shoulders.."Am I really your friend?" She asked.

"Uhh…" He looked over at WBY who shook their heads, trying to tell him to say no, while Harley nodded yes rapidly and the kryptonian girls shrugging their shoulders "yes..i meant every word" y/n spoke.

The three girls of RWBY looked at him as if he made a horrible decision, which he sorta did, and fake fainted.

"Sensational!" Penny cheered as she continued to ramble on to what friends do and such. Having the other groans slightly as y/n starts to wonder if he made the right decision.

"Hey, guys" Ruby's voice rang from behind the group startling them. They turned, only to see her with a smile..

"So, i see you had a fun time Ruby" Harley said to her

"Yep. The shooting range was soo...fun" Ruby said

4Yang walked to Penny." So...Penny, right? What are you doing in Vale?"

"I'm here to fight in the tournament."

"Wait, you're fighting in the tournament?" Weiss asked.

"I'm combat ready!" Penny said, saluting.

"Forgive me, but you hardly look the part." Weiss spoke

"Says the girl wearing dress." Blake said.

"It's a combat skirt!" Weiss said, with her arms crossed.

Ruby, the skirt sister speeds over to Weiss' side." Yeah!" Weiss holds out her hand and Ruby low-fives it.

Realization suddenly hitting her." Wait a minute." Weiss walks over to Penny and grabs her by the shoulders." If you're here for the tournament, does that mean you know that monkey-tailed...rapscallion?"

"The who...?" Penny asked, in confusion.

Weiss holds up a poor crude drawing of a familiar person. "This filthy Monkey-Tailed rapscallion from the boat!"

Why do you keep saying that?!" Blake question

Weiss turns her attention from Penny to Blake." Huh?"

"You've been talking like that for the last hour! Stop calling them rapscallions! Stop calling them degenerates! Their people!" Blake said, walking over to Weiss, angry.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Weiss said, as she starts motioning to objects around her." Would you like me to stop referring to the trash can as a trash? Or this lamppost as a lamppost?"

"Stop it!" Blake barked at Weiss

"Stop what? He clearly broke the law. Give him time; he'll probably join up with those other Faunus in the White Fang!" Weiss retored

"You ignorant little brat!" Blake yelled

Weiss looks offended and then angry, but when Blake walks away, she follows." Who are you calling a ignorant brat?! If anyone is a brat here, it's you! And how dare you talk to me like that! I am your teammate!

"You are a judgmental little girl." Blake huffed

"What in the world makes you say that?" Weiss said

"The mere fact that you would sort that Faunus boy with a terrorist group solely based on his species makes you just as much of a scoundrel as you believe him to be!" Blake said

Harley slides up to y/no, looking uncomfortable." Um, I think we should probably go..."

Kara slides up to Karen on the other side, looking annoyed." Sounds like a plan..."

Penny pops up behind y/n, smiling." Where are we going?"

"We are going back to beacon academy." Ruby pointed out.

"Yeah. We'll see you around, penny" y/n said

And another thing, you just admitted that the White Fang are a radical group of terrorists!" Weiss shouted

"That's not what I meant, and you know it!" Blake yelled back

Y/n sighs and was about to with the girls, until penny grabbed his arm.

"Wait. Can we talk in..a later time?" Penny asked y/n

"For what reason exactly?" Y/n questioned.

"Something personal that I want to get out of my..mind" penny said

"O....k" y/n slowly said

"Terrific!" Penny then gave y/n a hug, as he could've written that some crackling was heard.."See you then, y/n"

She then let go of y/n before leaving.  Y/n got up, but felt tingling pain from his backside. He used the Blue Lantern energy to heal his wound and any other internal injuries..

"Ohh.. much better" y/n then was covered in a silver aura, "let's fly!''

With that, y/n took off to the skies back to his dorm. Unknown to him, the same penny girl stayed out and saw him fly away..

"Wow.. I've never met a human that can fly before. His face.. it makes me feel so warm" Penny said, while shifting her body.

In beacon: night-time..
the area shifts from afternoon near the docks to nighttime in Team(name)'s dorm room.

At this point, Harley was playing games on her scroll, y/n was reading one of his books he brought from home, and Kara and Karen came in.

"They still arguing?" Karen asked.

"Yep." Y/n said, not paying any attention to them."...For two damn hours straight."

"I don't understand why this is causing such a problem!" Weiss yelled at Blake.

The hero's listened in the conversation as Weiss and Blake were still go at each other's throats..

"That is the problem!" Blake yelled back.

Weiss got up from her bed." You realize you are defending an organization that hates Humanity, don't you? The Faunus And the Faunus of the White Fang are pure evil!

Blake gets on her feet as well." There's no such thing as pure evil! Why do you think they hate Humanity so much? It's because of people like Cardin, people like you, that force the White Fang to take such drastic measures!"

"People like me?" Weiss asked

"You're discriminatory!" Blake shouted

"Do you wanna know why I hate the white fang" Weiss stood silent before she spoke again, "It's because they've been at war with my family for years. War, as in actual bloodshed. My grandfather's company has had a target painted across its back for as long as I can remember. And ever since I was a child, I've watched family friends disappear; board members executed; an entire train car full of Dust, stolen. And every day, my father would come home, furious. And that made for a very difficult childhood."

Ruby goes over to comfort her." Weiss, I-"

"No!" He turns away and walks back over to Blake with a glare" You want to know why I despise the White Fang? It's because they're a bunch of liars, thieves, and murderers!"

Well maybe we were just tired of being pushed around!" Blake screamed but this made them all shocked as silence drops as Weiss backs away slowly and Blake realizes her mistake as she looks at her teammates.

"I..I…" Blake tried to get something out, but she turned for the door and sprinted out part her dorm and y/n's dorm as fast as she could.

"Blake, wait!" Ruby runs over to the door and calls her down the hallway as Yang sits herself down while Weiss looks down.

Silence drops once again. Y/n and the girls thought deep at what Blake had just said..

"Her in the White Fang?? No fucking way..." y/n thought before he spoke out.."I'm gonna follow her" y/n opens a window and was about to jump out before being grabbed my Karen

"Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean..what if she really was" Karen questioned him

"I want to see for myself. And besides... Can't leave a friend by herself" y/n stated.

Kara sighed and pressured Karen to let him go, "alright. But please be careful. I don't want my leader to be hurt." She said.

"Noted. In the meantime, I think team RWBY should get help. Be back soon" y/n said before taking off..

"That man sure is something." Karen said

"Yeah.. he really is" Kara said

Meanwhile outside of Beacon. Blake panted as she finally stopped running, right where the statue of Beacon and the icon of a Huntress and Hunter is there. She looked upon it with sad eyes, tears running down her cheek as she wipes them off. She then slowly reaches up as she undoes her bow. Once done, she slowly lowered her hand, her untied bow in it as what looks like to be small black cat ears on her head.

"Blake!" She looked back and saw y/n to her shock as he flew down to her.

Y/n catches his breath before noticing the cat ears. "So you were a Faunus all this time?" he asked.

Blake turned away, "Are you just here to mock me because I am one….?"

"Why would I do that?" he blinked. "Blake, you are my friend, Faunus or not." He smiled at her, "And also..those cat ears do make you look cute."

"He's right. You look much better without the bow." Said a voice. They turned to see the blonde Faunus dropping down from the tree and walking up to them both.

"Say, you're that stowaway." Y/n realized.

"I didn't get caught though," He pointed out.

Y/n blinked but nodded slightly. "So, why are you here then? And… who the hell are you exactly?" He asked the Faunus.

"Name's Sun. Nice to meet ya." He introduced. "And I just want to talk is all."

"Uh-huh." Y/n spoke out.
