Everyone settled in the courtroom, waiting for the Judge. Shivaay and Anika were very nervous. Rohit's smirk wasn't helping them either. Finally the Judge made her entry and settled down.

J- After talking to both the parties, I've already made my decision. But before announcing the decision, I want to ask something from Mr. Oberoi and Ms. Anika and my decision will be depending on their answer.

Shivaay and Anika immediately nodded their head.

J- So Mr. Oberoi and Ms. Anika, I've already told you that a child needs stable and happy parents. And a baby's future and her behaviour depends on the relationship between her parents and their behaviour.

Shivika nodded their head.

J- And I've decided that in order to win the custody of Pari, you both have to get married, today. I know you both love her very much but trust me, I'm telling you with my experience with many parents, you can't make this work as friends. A time will come when everything will be start slipping out from your hands and Pari will be one of them. So if you want Pari's custody then you've to get married with each other. When you decide to get married, there's one more condition to it. Normally divorce can happen after 6 months of marriage but in your marriage, you both cannot get divorced for 7 years, till the time Pari gets enough understanding for the conditions of her parent's relationship.

Shivaay and Anika looked at each other.

J- If, after 7 years, you still decide to divorce each other, then Pari's custody will be given to the most deserving parent who will be willing to take pari's custody and good for her. I hope you get my point. You have 20 minutes, you can discuss and tell me your decision and my decision will be based on yours.

Shivaay and Anika nodded their head and went out of the courtroom.

S- Nutsy.

A- I don't know what's happening today. What kind of condition is this? We were taking care of Pari being friends, right and we were good. Then why this wedding? I know Pari needs both of her parents but how can she force a wedding on us?

Shivaay's heart drops after hearing her. He thought that Anika was totally against this wedding.

S- Don't you want to marry me? Even if it's for Pari?

Anika looked at him and noticed a different type of expression in his eyes.

A- It's not about me, Psycho. It's about you. I can do anything for Pari, even if its to get married to you but I don't want you to suffer in all of this. Adopting Pari was my decision, I know you gave your full support to me and became her father but this is not what you wanted. A wedding, baby who's not even yours.

Shivaay's eyes turned blood shot in anger and he clutched Anika's hand tightly behind her back.

S- Are you even listening to yourself that what rubbish are you talking? How can you think so low of me? The day, when I decided to become Pari's father, I knew that I won't be backing off ever in my life. I'll do anything for her. Pari is ours, not only yours. I love her, damn it. She's my daughter. That day when in the park, I kissed you, it wasn't just like that. I like you. I adore you as Pari's mom. Can't you give a chance to our family, to us? Is it something impossible? I know you hated me but I'm trying to change. I'll be perfect man for our small family.

Tears started flowing from Anika's eyes.

A- Who said you aren't the perfect man? You were my perfect enemy (Shivaay chuckled) , you are Pari's perfect father and I'm sure, you'll be the perfect husband. But what about your family? Will they accept me and Pari?

S- All my life, I've obeyed my mom, I've fulfilled all her wishes and I can just hope that she fulfills my single wish which is to be a part of our small family. Even if she doesn't accept our family, then also I won't leave our family.

Anika smiled and started crying. She was happy.

S- I know it's not easy but we'll do it together.

Anika nodded her head while sobbing.

S- Let's go and tell our decision.

Shivaay and Anika went inside the courtroom.

S- Madam, we've decided to get married.

A small smile formed on Judge's lips.

J- Great. After listening to the sides of both the parties, the court has decided to give Pari's custody to Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi and Mrs. Anika Singh Oberoi. Mr.& Mrs. Oberoi will be legal caretaker of Pari's property till Pari turns 18. The court is adjourned.

Shivaay and Anika hugged each other in happiness. OmRuRi squealed in happiness.

J- Mr. Kothari, prepare their marriage documents and they'll be getting married at 4 in the evening , in front of me.

Mr. Kothari nodded his head. The judge was about to leave when Gauri stopped her.

G- Excuse me, Judge Madam.

J- Yes.

G- Actually can we follow some wedding rituals and get Shivaay and Anika ready for the marriage as it's their first marriage?

The judge controlled her smile and said-

J- Sure, but please keep in kind that it's a court.

Gauri happily nodded her head and the judge left.

Mr. Rohit and his wife Nidhi also left with a foul face.

OmRuRi hugged Shivika tightly.

O- Congratulations Guys.

R- OMG! Shivaay, you are so fast. First baby and now marriage. I won't be surprised if the Junior Shivika is on the way.

OmRi/Shivika- SHUT UP, RUDY!

Rudra pouted and said-

R- Okay I'm shut up but the fact is fact.

Everyone rolled their eyes.

Mreenal came towards them with a smile and handed Pari to Anika.

M- Congratulations.

S/A- Thanks.

Mreenal left from there.

Anika and Shivaay kissed Pari's cheek together and she giggled.

G- Let's go shopping, guys. We have so much to do.

A- It isn't needed, Gauri.

G- Why isn't it needed? After all our best friends are getting married. Now shut up and let's go. So Anika and I'll shop for her wedding dress and you guys go with Shivaay for his.

Everyone nodded their head and left from there.

Anika, Gauri and Pari came to a Indian clothes store.

Gauri was showing bridal dresses to Anika but Anika wasn't liking a single one.

A- Gauri, didn't you remember that Judge Madam said that we've to remember that it's the court? And I can't go to the court in a bridal dress.

Gauri bit her tongue and nodded her head. They started finding simple dresses.

Finally Anika saw a cherry red colour suit with silver work and a white Dupatta. She liked it in the first sight.

She showed it to Gauri and she gave a positive response. Soon they bought the shoes and accessories to go with the dress.

Anika also bought a dress and accessories for Pari also.

They were passing by a jwellery shop when Anika stopped abruptly.

G- What happened?

A- Should I buy a ring for Psycho?

A wicked smile came over Gauri's lips.

G- Sure.

She started singing.

G- O Majnu, mere yaar, yeh Laila hai taiyaar. Hoooo.. Jaldi se leke aaja ek diamond ki ring.

Anika glared at Gauri as a blush covered Anika's cheeks and Gauri chuckled.

They went inside the store and Anika asked him to show a wedding band for men.

She looked at her account balance and it was just 30000 rupees. She got disheartened.

M- What's your price range, ma'am?

A- Ummm... 20000.

Anika said hesitantly. The man gave her a cheap look and Anika felt bad but nevertheless he showed some bands to her. Finally Anika liked a plain platinum band for Shivaay which was of 16000 rupees. The man packed it for her.

Here Shivaay has already shopped a cherry red blazer and white pants for himself. He went inside the jwellery shop and asked the man to show diamond rings for Anika.

M- What's the price range, sir?

S- It doesn't matter. Just show a baby friendly ring which doesn't hurt baby and it should look beautiful as well.

The man nodded his head and showed him some rings. Finally he found a diamond band for Anika. He bought it with a smile. He also bought mangalsutra for her. Later he bought Vermillion for her.

They finally got ready for the wedding.
