Trans!Peter
The teacher is a messed up man T^T

Nice!Flash :)

"Flash?"

"Present."

"Michelle?"

"Tch. Present."

"Danielle?"

"Present. . ." Peter mumbled under his breath, blushing madly. He ducked his head to avoid the burning glare from his transphobic teacher who seemed to hate him as soon as he found out his first sexuality.

Flash sighed and leant over his desk. He stretched his arm as far as he could and gently patted the boy's shoulder. It was no secret that the teacher didn't like Peter because of his sexuality and he wasn't afraid to show it. This annoyed almost every student in the school as they were all supportive towards Peter and in fact every student didn't have a problem with transgenders. But every time students reported the teacher, it was ignored as the principal had romantic connections with the horrible man.

The class dragged on, the teacher sneering at everything Peter did, calling on him every time he so much as turned his head to face one of his greatest friends, Flash. As the history lesson ended, Mr Joks requested Peter to stay behind. Although it wasn't uncommon to stay behind after class, Peter's stomach churned as his nerves rose.

"I'll see you tomorrow then, Peter?" Flash asked as he slung his backpack over his shoulder. He put his thumb and pinkie towards his ear, he universal sign for "call me later". Peter nodded and took a deep breath, awaiting the abuse that would come from Mr Joks mouth.

"Danielle, Danielle, Danielle. Such a pretty name. Shame you had to ruin it." The teacher spat as he began stacking up his papers, sifting through the test papers that they had completed earlier. He found a red biro on his desk and without looking inside the paper, he graded Peter's a big F.

"See, look at this. Your first mistake." He turned the front of the paper towards a glum Peter. He had circled Peter's name in red. "Isn't it supposed to say your real name?"

"My real name is Peter, sir. Aunt May got it legally changed-" he began. He stopped abruptly when the teacher slammed the paper down on the desk causing Peter to flinch.

"Your name is Danielle Parker! It is your birth name, your birth sex is female! It's disgraceful that you think that you can just ignore the way God created you!" The passionate believer screamed in the boy's face who fought he urge to wipe away the spit that landed on his face.

"You disgust me." With that, the teacher pulled his book bag over his neck and exited the class, leaving a near tears teenager behind.

Peter didn't usually care what people thought about him. He learned years ago that his opinion on himself is the only thing that truly mattered and he should ignore whatever people said to him if they were negative. But sometimes, he couldn't help it when the words felt like daggers, slowly stabbing him to death as depression filled the holes that the knives created.

He stomped out of the building to instantly hear honking. He perked his head up to see Happy in Tony's Audi, pressing the horn like there was no tomorrow. He smiled for a split second, remembering it was Wednesday which was the day he would go to the Avengers Tower. His smile flattened as the words from only a moment ago resurfaced in the watery void in his head.

"Hey Hap. Happy. Happy Hogan. A man who never seems to live up to his name. A man who is often unhappy. A man who was named after a song. A man who-" he was silenced as the bodyguard lifted the glass to separate himself and the kid.

He sighed and began humming a song under his breath. Pulling out his phone, he began texting his best friends on the group chat.

Boss-Eyed-Bitch: STOP STALLING AND GO TALK TO YOUR BOSS

He sighed and pocketed his phone before stepping out of the expensive car. He waved goodbye to Happy and headed into the building. He was quick to reach his lab and began pulling out his prototype electro webs shooters.

"Good afternoon, Peter Parkour. Mr Stark has requested you speak with him in his private lab." FRIDAY spoke from above. A small smile appeared on his face at the nickname he told FRIDAY to call him. Tony had told Peter that he could change FRIDAY's settings whenever he wanted, so that the AI would greet him with whatever gender he felt comfortable with. It was something Peter took advantage of and somehow made Tony chuckle every time as the nicknames were always changing.

He stepped into the elevator and pressed the button to Tony's lab. He enjoyed watching the floors shoot past in the glass elevator, something he never got used to.

"Hey Mr Stark," Peter greeted as the doors slid open. "FRIDAY said you wanted to talk to me? If it's about that fire that I started last Wednesday, I swear I was going to tell you, it just never came up and-"

"Relax kid." He turned and threw a piece of candy at the rambling teen who caught it easily and popped it in his mouth. "It's not about any fires although I will have to speak to you some other time about that. No, this is about your teacher."

Peter's face slumped. He figured Ned had probably hacked his phone to get Tony's number and called him about Mr Joks.

"What was his name again...? Mr Socks?" He saw the corner of Peter's mouth switch and instantly knew it was wrong. But it seemed to cheer Peter up a little so Tony decided to stick with that name. Tony sighed and pressed a hand on his kid's back and pulled the sad boy into a rare hug. It was common knowledge that Peter felt better with physical comfort so Tony was always available for hugs (strictly for Peter - no one else).

"I hate to see you sad, kiddo. I'll deal with him. I promise."

-.-

"Class?"

"Class."

"Class!"

"Class!" The chatter and buzz abruptly stopped as they turned to Mr Joks. He nodded his head with satisfaction and began bustling up papers. "I have a very exciting announcement to make and I want complete silence. Good. We have been given an amazing opportunity to visit the one and only . . . Stark Tower! Isn't that fantastic?

"Now, I'm handing out these permission slips and if you lose them then you won't be going. The trip is expected to take up the whole day and we will be arriving by bus. You'll be thankful to know that we will need some chaperones so if anyone is available at home then please ask them to come along and experience the science with us. We will leave on Friday so make sure you bring in the slips before then. I think that's everything, any questions?" He was met with empty hands so he started handing out the pieces of paper. He smirked as he reached Peter's desk, noticing he had fallen asleep. He forcefully slammed the paper on his desk causing the boy to jolt awake and almost fall off his chair.

Flash sighed at the teacher's antics but didn't say anything as Peter shouldn't really have been sleeping in the first place. Peter righted himself and glanced at the permission slip before shoving it into his bag, not really caring where they would go. Although he did notice the large C H A P E R O N E S N E E D E D so he would ask May to go with him as he knew the teacher couldn't insult Peter while his aunt was near.

Once the bell rung, Peter ran out fast as to not get the request to stay behind. He glanced around for onlookers before jumping the fence at an unnormal height. Quickly changing and getting his afternoon patrol over with, he headed home.

"May? Are you busy? I need to talk to you," he walked into the kitchen and took off his mask to relish the scent of unburnt meatloaf and smiled at his aunt. "We're doing some kinda field trip this Friday and they need chaperones. Any chance you could make it?"

"Sure thing. It's actually convenient 'cause Jenny - the one working in the Pharmacy department, not the one in ER - wanted the extra experience. I'm sure I could ask her to cover my shift. Where are you going?" she asked and began dishing out 3 servings for herself, Peter and Tony who had decided to spend dinner with the Parkers. He promised he would be on time and Peter decided to not doubt him and trust his boss to get his butt over to the small apartment. But knowing him personally, he would probably end up a half hour late if he was really trying to show up on time.

"Not too sure. It doesn't say on the slip," Peter trailed off as he inspected the paper. "It just says 'all day field trip. Sign here. Chaperones needed.' So your guess is as good as mine."

"Surly they said where you are going. Or did you fall asleep again?" She raised her brow and gave him an unimpressed but obvious concerned look. He sighed and nodded. "Pete. You go out late and do patrols, save the city, occasionally go on missions that potentially save the world and I couldn't be more proud. But I swear to god, if you don't get a decent sleep then I will make sure that you won't be Spider-Man for at least two weeks. Capiche?"

He nodded again and sat in his designated seat, waiting for his mentor to arrive so he could dig into the surprisingly good looking meal. Pretty soon the doorbell rang and Peter headed to the door. He kindly greeted the man and took his cleanly pressed blazer and hung it on the coat rack that Uncle Ben had built. They headed to the dining area and sat down after May sent him a wide but friendly grin and a happy 'Hello'.

"So, May, what have you got for me today?" Tony asked as he childishly banged his fork and knife on the table in anticipation. She rolled her eyes as the unmistakable scent of meatloaf wafted through the room. She placed the dish in the centre table along with vegetables, mashed potatoes and all sorts of spices. Tony rolled up the sleeves of his white pressed shirt and began helping himself.

"So, any updates on the Spiderling?" Tony asked as he began eating the meal. He savoured each bite as it was unlike any meatloaf he had ever had. In short, it was delicious.

"Yeah, I met this cool guy. He called himself Deadpool. He seemed nice - a little weird but nice. . . Verryyy dirty-minded." Peter chuckled as he remembered the way Deadpool attracted Peter's attention. "He wolf whistled and shouted 'Nice ass, Spider-Boy.' Then we just started to talk and one thing led to another and suddenly there I am, fighting robbers with a heavily armed mercenary." Peter shoved a large forkful of carrots in his mouth and relished the spicy tang with the cooked carrots.

"Speaking of Spider-Man, Peter do you want to tell Tony or do I have to do it?" May asked with a pointed look. Tony glanced between the two with a concerned look.

"What did you do now?" He asked.

"Okay so there may or may not have been a few stray puppies left alone in a box so I thought, 'woah hay these little critters could die out here,' so being the good citizen I am, I picked up the box and took it here. Tell me what the harm is when I did that." Peter nodded triumphantly at the unamused billionaire.

"So, what, are they still here?" He asked.

"No. May being the buzzkill that she is made me bring them to an adoption centre? Like, mcscuse you, I could've taken care of them myself." He flicked a pea at his aunt who laughed and flicked it back.

"You can't even take care of yourself, let alone four puppies." May pointed out, causing Tony and Peter to laugh loudly. "They are probably in happy families by now so you don't have to keep worrying. Now, stop flicking your food and eat it."

"Yes ma'am," Tony said in a surprisingly good attempt of Steve. The two stopped flicking food and resumed eating the meal. "So what's up with you, May? Anything exciting coming up?"

"Yeah actually. I'll be chaperoning a field trip for Peter this Friday and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get a permanent raise soon at the hospital."

"Oh, that's great news. Congratulations!" He smiled at her and she gratefully thanked him. Once they finished eating, they settled on the couch and selected a movie. Back to the future soon began to play and they snuggled into each other, Peter sat in the middle. Needless to say, it was a very lovely evening.

-.-

"May, come on! We're gonna be late." Peter called out to his aunt who was hogging the bathroom. She soon came out and they headed out to the subway to Peter's school. It was a long and uneventful ride so they were both more than grateful to get off of the smelly subway.

"Hello, Parkers. You made it just in time. Grab a seat and buckle up." Mr Joks said as he skilfully avoided saying any of Peter's names. Peter headed inside and sat next to Ned who smiled in delight while May took a seat next to MJ's father who also seemed happy to sit next to someone so that he could practise his Italian.

"Dude, I can't believe you actually showed up," Ned laughed for whatever reason. Peter assumed it was because he had a record for trying to bail on most field trips if they didn't have the option to bring chaperones. "Won't it be a bit boring for you though?"

"Why would it be boring?" Growing more confused after each word.

"Well it might not be, yknow, 'cause that place is awesome. There's probably new experiments everywhere you look. Oh my god, how cool would it be if you just walk in, yeah, and there's, like, no employees - just robots. And they're, like, Iron Man replicas." It was clear Ned couldn't contain his excitement for wherever they were going, but Peter still wasn't sure.

"Well, everyone knows how extra Tony Stark is, so I wouldn't be surprised." MJ said nonchalantly as she scribbled in her sketchbook. Her drawings were extremely improving at a fast rate and Peter had no doubt that she could get big bucks from her drawings some day.

"By the way, Peter, did anyone tell you where we are going? 'Cause you were asleep so I'm not too sure," Flash asked with a pointed look. Peter shook his head and MJ rolled her eyes.

"Stark Towers, dude. We're going to Stark Towers."

That's why Peter had a large bruise on his forehead that quickly cleared less than a few minutes later, much to the confusion of the teenagers around them who had saw Peter complete an epic face plant on the chair in front of him.

The rest of the busride consisted of Peter trying to convince his friends to either end his life now or let him put on his Spidey mask and make a dive out of the window. For some reason, they never gave in.

Now that they were out of the bus and awaiting in the entrance for a tour guide to greet them, Peter's nerves were shooting all over the place. He was nervous - no, scared on what could potentially happen today. Especially as Tony had mentioned he would 'deal with him' so he wasn't really excited for what might occur.

"Welcome back, Peter Arachkid. Boss has requested you and your relative's presence in his lab immediately." FRIDAY spoke, startling many students and adults. May rolled her eyes at what the demanding man requested but before she could speak, Peter interjected.

"Uh, actually FRI, tell him we're busy at the moment." Peter asked as he dug through his backpack for his pass.

"He said he doesn't care and he will come down to get you if you want to be difficult," FRIDAY said with an amused tone for an AI. May groaned and this time responded.

"So be it." She said with a bored tone and started to ruffle through her large shoulder bag for her pass too. They both couldn't tell how awestricken the students and parents looked as these two seemingly normal people knew the Tony Stark and acted like it was no big deal.

"Boss said that you're both very annoying people and if it wasn't for your good meatloaf, you wouldn't hear from him again which I have to disagree with, Ms Parker, because I have video graphic evidence of boss saying you were one of his favourite people in the world. So he is a liar." FRIDAY said with a somewhat smug voice making May smile and Peter laugh. They found their IDs and Happy walked over holding a tray filled with named badges for the people in the group. He nodded at the two before turning his attention to the rest of the surprised group.

"Okay, people! Come and take your badges when I read out your names. Adults, please stay with your assigned groups. Keep your badges with you at all times and if I see you not wearing them, I will have no choice but to kick you out for safety and privacy reasons." Happy spoke in a loud and clear voice as he began picking up random badges and reading out names.

"There will be one security guard with each group as you rotate around the premises. My name is Happy Hogan and I will be with group A. This is Geran Kay with group B, this is Jorge Lole with group C." He continued to go though the groups until he finished. The large amount of people started to separate as Mr Joks listed and divided students and adults into groups.

Unsurprisingly, Peter and May were put in group A, much to Happy's annoyance. Kyle, Megan, Connor and Porché were also in that group so May happily chatted to Happy while Peter made small talk with the strangers. The tour guide came over soon and they soon began to walk through the tower.

They were shown low level labs, some tech that was seemingly sprawled around the building, robotic parts and wires clustered in heaps almost everywhere you look. They soon reunited with the other groups in the cafeteria and Peter made a beeline to his friends, May following close behind to speak with Flash's mom.

"Dude, this place is literally the shit. I've learned more here in two hours than my whole life in school!" Ned exclaimed. "You must be sooo smart."

"He is." MJ reminded him while opening her salt and vinegar chips, and popping them in her mouth before offering some to her friends who gladly accepted and each took one. Out of the corner of his eye, Flash noticed a certain teacher giving Peter a heavy glare.

Deciding not to cause a scene or make Peter feel bad, especially as he seemed particularly happy at the moment, Flash ignored Mr Joks and silently begged for another chip from MJ who seemed less than reliant to give him another but still held out the small plastic bag to him.

Suddenly, the dull chatter of the cafeteria ceased as the main double doors opened revealing Tony and Pepper Stark in all of their glory. The married couple instantly caught sight of Peter and May and headed over to them, occasionally flashing a smile at shocked students.

"Hey May," Pepper smiled and gave her close friend a hug. She greeted Peter and ruffled his hair before being pulled away by Tony into a fatherly side hug.

"Oh jeez," Tony chuckled as he rubbed Peter's arm up and down. "You gotta stick with this kid for the entire day? You poor woman." He jokes and Peter dug his elbow into the man's stomach.

"I could say the same about you to Pepper." May fired back as Peter let out a pointed laugh and shouted 'Zing!' Pepper burst into laughter as Tony chuckled audibly.

"H-hello. You are Tony Stark," Mr Joks came from nowhere and barged his way through the crowd of students. Tony raised an eyebrow as if to say 'no shit, sherlock'. "My name is Mr Joks and I am the teacher who you personally reached out to, to offer this field trip. Can I just say, I am a huge fan."

"Alright, can I just say, I'm not a fan of you at all." He took a threatening step towards the man. Pepper and May glanced at each other before looking back at the two men, not entirely sure why Tony was getting angry.

"Tony," Pepper warned. She tried to tell him that there were people around, let alone children, who were watching this whole ordeal go down.

"You know why I don't like you." Tony glared heavily, the type of glare that sends chills down your spine, the type that if you are on the receiving end - you would want to repress the image. "I know what you've been doing. I know what you've been saying. I know about you. So I suggest if you want to keep all of your limbs, you quit your job, move to another continent and hope I never have to hear your name again or I'll call my suit and blast you to Titan. Which, by the way, isn't a very nice place. Understand?"

The teacher was visibly shaking. He nodded numbly and turned before shooting out of the building in his squeaky leather shoes. Needless to say, Peter wasn't bothered in school everyday for the rest of his time at Midtown High.
