The next week at school, Peter had walked into the classroom with many of his classmates looking at him. He currently had a bandage on his face from his fight with scorpion, that made Natasha more worried for her son being a hero. As he made his way to his desk he felt his spider sense activate and he pretended to tie his shoe as a football barely hit his head. Peter looked up to see Flash a bit irritated by this. Peter smirked as he walked to his desk next to harry."Dude how did you do that? This is the first time you dodged Flash's football" Harry had said as his friend took his seat. Peter looked at his friend a little hesitant before speaking to him."My shoe was just untied man, i think this is the only time i dodged a football from Flash,by the way you remember the plan right?". Harry gave his friend a broad smile as he answered the question."Of course man,here you go" he then handed peter two movie tickets"now you better not chicken out from asking Gwen out because i'm not going to see a ripoff avengers film with you pal". Peter gave his friend a sly smile as he spoke."Don't worry man i won't. Now i have to repay you right?". Harry nodded."Just help me pass the test and we'll call it even". The two laughed as the bell started to ring signaling that class was starting.

Meanwhile at the Triskelion, Nick Fury and agent Maria Hill were examining the weapon that was taken back from Scorpion. Furry looked at Hill and then spoke."Did you find the traitors who stole the weapon?". Hill looked at Furry and then answered his question."already did. Their being charged as traitors working for hydra. Now sir about agent romanoff's son". She then brought up a profile with Peter's history and medical records on it. Fury looked at Peter's file as if it was nothing new."What about Romanoff's kid". Hill looked at furry nervous before she spoke."What if we recruit him for the program". Fury gave her are you serious look before speaking ."He's already a sheild agent because of his mother. He also being considered for the project as well, but time will tell if he can become part of the program". Fury the proceed to look at Peter's profile,while Hill stood there knowing what Fury was talking about

Back at the highschool Peter and Harry were about to enter the cafeteria when they heard Flash shout at them."Hey Romanoff!Osborn!. Where do you two think you're going?". Flash and his pose then surrounded them walked towards the two. Harry then looked at Peter and gave him a look that said i got this,just go. Peter then ran into the cafeteria as Harry pulled out his wallet. Peter walked into the cafeteria and saw Gwen sitting their with her friends. He quickly walked over to her and hesitated to talk to her. He then proceed to speak in a nervous tone to her as she noticed that he was their."H...hi..Gwen. I...i was wondering if you would like to go out on a da....date with..me?". Gwen looked at peter with happiness in her eyes as she giggled. She then responded to Peter's question."I would love too,peter. Pick me up at six". Peter nodded as he walked towards a table.

Harry then walked into the cafeteria as he noticed Peter smiling happily. He then talked to peter as he proceeded to sit down."So did you ask her out? I just payed Flash and his posse $100 each just to buy you time". Peter nodded yes to his friend's question and then spoke."Already did man, i'm going to pick her up at six". Harry padded his friend on the back and joked to him not to do anything too nerdy causing them to laugh.

After school, Peter had walked home and was about to reach the door when he heard someone speak to him."Hey there tiger, you look happy". Peter turned to see his neighbor and friend Mary jane watson a girl with bright red hair and green eyes. Peter smiled at his friend before speaking to her."Hey MJ. If you have to know i have a date tonight". Mary jane snickered at Peter."Well you better act like a gentleman, peter". Peter nodded as he said goodbye to his friend and headed into his home to find his mother looking out the window and as she smiled at her son. Peter looked at his mother embarrassed and then spoke to her with total shock."Were you listening the whole time?". Natasha gave her son a sly smile before answering his question."As your mother,i have to make sure what you are doing is safe or not,but your first date. I couldn't be any happier. My little boy is all grown up now". She then hugged her son causing him to become more embarrassed."Mom" peter looked up his mother"Please i have to get ready". Natasha quickly let go of her son as she then spoke to him."So who's the girl you're taking out. Is it that blonde girl you like, Gwen?". Peter blushed at this as he nodded yes,causing Natasha to smile more happily as Peter walked up the stairs to his room.

After an hour Peter came down the stairs wearing a button up shirt under a black sweater,khakis,and dress shoes with his spider suit underneath his clothes just in case of an emergency. Natasha smiled at her son as he looked all grown up. She then spoke to her son with a pride in her voice."I can't believe, my little spider has a date. It still feels like yesterday when you learned to talk,but now my baby boy is all grown up". Peter looked at his mother and smiled at her statement. He then said bye to her as he headed out the door to go pick up Gwen for their date. The walk to Gwen's apartment building took about forty five minutes and peter grew more nervous as he gotten closer. He then saw Gwen sitting on the steps waiting for him. She wore a purple dress with stripes on it over a black shirt and aqua colored boots. Peter became more nervous as he looked at her.

Gwen had smiled at Peter once he had arrived. She then walked over to him and spoke."So what are you going to do tonight?". Peter looked at Gwen with nervousness, he can fight bad guys and take a few punches,but that was when he was Spider-Man, right now he is just nerdy old Peter Parker Romanoff. He finally gained confidence and then spoke."I bought us tickets to go and see that new movie. Revengers". Gwen smiled at Peter and then the two started walking to the movie theater. Once they had arrived their Peter gave the usher the tickets and the two were about to go in ,when Peter's spider sense went off. He quickly grabbed Gwen and the usher pushed them to the side as a car hit the theater. Peter looked up to see a man with long brown hair wearing a cowboy hat, a vest with the UK flag on it,jeans, and combat boots. The man looked satisfied with himself and then looked at Peter and Gwen and spoke with a british accent."You two Whelps should really give me your belongings before you get hurt!". Peter quickly grabbed Gwen and proceed to run down the street with her."I hate it when they try to run from the Kangaroo". Kangaroo then picked up a car and threw it at the two teens. Peter quickly dodged it and ran into an alleyway. He put Gwen down as he quickly pulled off his regular clothes to reveal his suit. Gwen looked at him shocked before speaking to him."Your Spider Man,but how,why?. Never mind, go and kick his ass for ruining our date". Peter smiled at this and then proceed to put his mask on and pulled it down."I will, and after that i'll make it up to you and i'll tell you everything,i promise". He then shot out a two webs as he placed his camera on one and swung from the other one.

Kangaroo looked annoyed as he looked around for the two teens. He was then kicked by the side by Spider man. Peter landed on top on a car and then spoke."You know i heard the zoo was missing an animal. I just expected to be something more harmless,like a penguin". Kangaroo looked at Peter angrily and then proceed to jump up and kick him right in the chest knocking him off the car. Peter let out a groan of pain as his spider sense warned him of incoming danger. He looked up to see Kangaroo about to kick him,but was surprised to see him knocked out of the way by a car. He then saw that the person driving the car was Gwen. The girl who he conforted when her father died and the same girl he had crush on since middle school was risking her life to save him. Kangaroo got up and rushed over to the car angrily ready to break it apart with Gwen still inside."Taser web!Now!". Peter quickly shot out an electrified web that hit Kangaroo square in the chest. He then proceed to jump up and kick Kangaroo to the ground knocking him out cold. Peter then heard police sirens approaching as he rushed over to the car and helped Gwen as he grabbed her by the waist as he swung them to a nearby building top.

Peter then explained to Gwen how he had gotten his powers and when he had became Spider man. Gwen looked at him with great surprise before speaking to him."So a spider gave you your powers when we were at Oscorp". Peter looked at Gwen and then nodded."Pretty much, yeah. Look about tonight, how about i make it up to yo...". Peter was cut off by Gwen who had grabbed his face and kissed him. Peter looked at her shocked as she spoke."You already did,Spidey". Peter then kissed her again. Unknown to the two a blonde woman was watching them from afar. She wore a black jumpsuit and smiled to herself. She then spoke to herself in a russian accent."Just you wait Romanoff. You will feel great pain once i take your Son away from you. Then i Yelena belova,will become the true black widow". She then shot out a hook as she jumped to the next building.

Once Peter had dropped Gwen at her apartment as he swung all the way home and entered the house surprised to see his mother,Steve, and Clint sitting at the kitchen table talking. Natasha looked at her son happily and then spoke to him."So how was your date? Did you at least acted like a gentleman?". Peter smiled at his mother and then explained what had happened on his date even the part where he revealed to Gwen that he was Spider man and how she had kissed him after defeating Kangaroo. Natasha smiled happily, as Clint padded Peter on the back with Steve ruffling his hair. Peter felt embarrassed by this,but didn't care since he had the best night of his life. Later that night Peter headed up to his room as Natasha talked to Steve and Clint about a certain matter."So Yelena belova is somewhere in the area. What does she want?". Clint looked at Natasha and then spoke."Maybe she was hired by someone for an assassination?". Steve looked at his teammates before speaking to them."We don't know yet. But for now if you see her don't engage in combat. We still don't know what she is after". The two agents nodded yes, with Natasha wondering with worry if Yelena had came to new york just to seek revenge on her.
