(He was forced to hurt others when he didn't want to. He had seen himself as a monster)

I paced around for hours on empty
I jumped at the slightest of sounds
And I couldn't stand the person inside me
I turned all the mirrors around
(Roy had became depressed and wanted to end his life so he asked a scientist to give him an experimental serum that was being developed)

(He was given his spider powers through the experiment that was meant to kill him)

(He had lost control and had killed many people within Fussion Co. He had then regained his sense of mind and realized what he had done)

(He had gone into depression after the deaths of everyone he had killed in his rampage and knew he had to escape quickly)

And I've grown familiar

(Once he had managed to escape Fusion Co., he had become shocked by how much damage was done by the company and how many people were getting hurt because of them)

(He had decided to use his powers to become something more than a monster. To become a hero that would stop Fusion Co.)
