Summary: Morgan is walking home from school when a man starts following her, he then corners her. She's able to get away and runs straight to Peter, her big brother, school.

A/N: Morgan is a bit older in this, she's in 7th grade. Peter is a senior. Infinity War and Endgame didn't happen, Civil War did but the Rouges have been pardoned. Yea i think thats all :)

Third Person:

Morgan just got out of school, she's walking home today even though Tony and Pepper would rather she wouldn't, she talked them into allowing her for today. 

But while she was walking down the side walk she felt like someone was following her. She turned around and didn't see anyone so she kept walking. She still had that feeling, so she turned down a small ally way to try and get away from whoever may be following her. That didn't go in her favor, a man came right in the ally as well and cornered Morgan.

Man: Listen i know your a Stark, and I'm gonna need you to come with me unless you want to get hurt.

Morgan: What do you want?!

Man: Ill tell you if you come with me now!

Out of the corner of her eye she saw a piece of old wood, she quickly grabbed it and smacked the guy in the face. She was able to get away and just started running, the man following her. She was running away from the tower, she was running towards Peter's school. 

Morgan viewed Peter as a big brother, he's always been there for her whenever she needed him.

She knew Peter's schedule by heart and knew he was in gym. Lucky for her someone being picked up was coming out of the school when she needed to go in, and went in through the door. Ignoring the yells from the lady in the office she ran towards the gym. 

The man came up to the window that you use to talk with that lady so she's knows why your here.

Man: Thats my daughter, I'm sorry can i go in and find her? he lied.

The lady being stupid allowed him in, without seeing anything wrong with it. So the man followed Morgan quietly, so she wouldn't just take off somewhere.

Meanwhile in the gym:

The class was almost over, and the teacher just allowed them to talk and do whatever for the last few minutes.

Peter: Look Ned, i can come over tomorrow so we can build that lego set if you want.

Ned: Cool! :)) Do you know what your doing today with Tony freaking Stark? He whisper-yelled.

Peter: Dude, how many times do we have to go over this, you don't have to add 'freaking' in between his name. 

Ned: I know but still. 

Peter chuckled. But his spider sense alerted him of something, he looked around the room but didn't see anything.

Ned: What is is?

Peter: Spidey sense, it seems to be going off but i- 

he was cut off by the doors to the gym opening and a girl running in. Peter knew it was Morgan the second he saw her. 

She ran straight up to him and hugged him, he saw the red puffy cheeks and eyes and knew she had been crying about something.

Morgan: Help me Peter, please. She whispered 

Peter: Whats wrong? he whispered back. 

Everyone was confused and just stood there until Flash broke the silence.

Flash: Hey Parker! Who is she?

Before another person could speak the doors to the gym opened again and man came in, with a gun, and locks the doors.

Man: There you are you little brat. he says to Morgan.

Man: Everyone line up by the wall, except the young Stark.

Thats when peter connected the dots. Morgan was crying because of this man, he's why the spider sense alerted him. Peter took Morgan by the hand and started moving towards the wall like everyone else.

Man: Hey! Where do you think your going with her?

Peter turned around and faced the man, while stepping in front of Morgan.

Man: ohhh i see. Man who would have thought that id get so lucky that i have two of the kids that Stark cares about most.

With that comment everyone was confused again because Peter isn't a stark, they all believed he had the internship, except Flash, but never knew the two were close.

Peter: She's not going anywhere with you. 

Man: Alright, but what about you? Im sure stark wouldn't want to lose his intern now would he?

Peter: Do whatever you want with or to me, but you leave her out of this.

Morgan: Pete-

Peter: Its ok Morg.

Ned and everyone else was freaking out, they had never seen this side of Peter, and why was he willing to let this man with a gun hurt him for a girl?

Peter was able to press the button on his watch (Thats his web shooters in disguise) so that it alerted Tony that something was happening and he needed help asap.

Man: Ok, but you asked for this. and he forcefully grabbed Peter.

With Tony:

(still third person)

Tony was just sitting in a meeting room with Pepper, and the rouge Avengers. Tony did not want to be there, but he didn't want his ex-teammates to always be on the run, so he was able to get them pardoned. Now they were just awkwardly sitting in a room while their meant to be catching up with each other.

Steve: So... who would like to start? breaking the silence

Everyone just looked around the room at each other, no one really wanted to speak.

Pepper: Alright, no ones talking. Tony why don't you start? If your ok with that of course.

Tony: exhale. Sure why not. So where do I start- he was cut off by FRIDAY

FRI: Sorry to interrupt boss but Peter has pressed his 'emergency button' and requires assistance.

Tony shot up from his seat. The rouges were confused as to what was going on.

Clint: Who's Peter?

Tony ignored his question.

Tony: Where is he Fri?

FRI: Peter is located at Midtown Tech High School. I also believe that Morgan is there as well.

Tony and Pepper both look at each other with wide eyes. The rouges continued to ask questions, getting more frustrated every time they were ignored.

Pepper: Would you guys just shut up! she snapped. We can explain later! Now Tony go help them with whatever may be happening.

Tony tapped his chest and his suit formed around him. He shot out the window going full power to Peter and Morgan.

Midtown Tech:

(A/N: I don't have much inspo to write the scene where the man hurts Peter, so lets just say Peter is badly injured and cannot stand by himself. Ok thats it, to the story)

Peter was laying on the ground all beaten up, barely moving. Morgan couldn't seem to watch anymore of her 'brother' getting hurt so she went to Ned and hugged him looking the opposite way. Just about everyone was crying, some were holding back their tears so they didn't look weak. 

Man: Hmm what to do next. bending down and lifting Peter's head with a finger under his chin. 

The two both hear thrusters coming closer, and then everyone hears them. Each knowing who it was they heard.

Man: Looks like you buddy Stark decided to come help you.

Tony came crashing though the roof landing a few feet away from Peter and the man. The man grabbed Peter by the hair and made him stand, still holding his hair, the man places a knife around Peter's neck.

Man: You take one more step forward Stark, and your intern goes bye bye. he chuckled evilly 

Tony: Look, let Peter go and we can maybe work out a deal. He said as his face plant lifted revealing a very sad and begging Tony Stark.

Man: Ha. A deal? I don't want anything from you.

Tony: Then why are you doing this?

Man: I hate you. And i want to see you suffer. I was gonna use the girl over there, pointing to Morgan, but decided on using him. 

Tony: Please, at least let the other kids go. They aren't involved in this.

The man did agree, and the other students were allowed to leave. They all basically ran out of there. Except Ned, MJ, and Morgan. They hid behind the bleachers.

Tony: Why can't you just hurt me and let Pete go?

Man: Because thats not good enough.

Without warning Tony shot a repulser at the man sending him backwards, the knife cut Peter in the collarbone but not deep. The man flew back against the wall, knocking him out and dropping a half unconscious Peter to the floor.

The second the man was down Tony got out of his suit running to Peter. Ned, MJ, and Morgan also ran to Peter instantly.

Tony: Peter! Pete. Come on stay with me.

Peter: M' St'rk? he slurred

Tony:  Pete? You gotta stay awake for me.

Peter: mmmm then passed out

Tony: Crap. Ok, can you guys get back to the compound? they nodded. Im taking Peter with me. 

Tony got back in his suit and then gently picked up the unconscious boy.

Tony: Also the rouges are there! he shouted as he took off.

(A/N: Time skip bc i don't have much inspo to write sorry.)

When Tony got back, he alerted Bruce to get the medbay ready. Pepper was freaking out, the rouges were confused by also slightly scared for the beaten up boy. It was a mess to say the least.

But Bruce assured Tony, Pepper, Ned, MJ, and Morgan that Peter would be ok, and that his healing factor should have him up and going in a few days.

After a little while Peter woke up, everyone said some things to him, mainly asking how he felt or if he was ok or what happened. Morgan had asked to be left alone with Peter, and so once everyone spoke they went out to the waiting area and explained the situation to the rouges.

Morgan: Pete? she said as she walked up to his bed.

Peter: Hey Morg.

Morgan: Are you actually ok?

Peter: Um yea. Sore and stiff but i should be good in a few days.

Morgan: Thats good. 

Peter could tell she had been crying by the way she was sniffling.

Peter: Morgan, are you ok?

Morgan: Yea, I'm fine. He never touched me.

Peter: Can you tell me what happened before you got to my school?

Morgan: Well i was walking home because I've always wanted to, now i don't ever want to. But i felt like someone was following me. When i looked no one was there, so i kept going. But i still felt that way so i went in an ally way to try and lose whoever may be following. That back fired. He followed me and corner me. I hit him with a piece of wood and then took off toward your school.

Peter: Ok.

Morgan: Why did you do that?

Peter: Do what?

Morgan: Allow yourself to get this hurt for me.

Peter: Morgan. I would do anything for you. Your like my little sister. If you were every to get hurt and i could have stopped it, i wouldn't be able to forgive myself. And besides I'm the one with super healing, so its not as bad.

Morgan smiled, and then patted the spot on the bed next to Peter.

Morgan: May i?

Peter: Sure.

He moved over and she laid down on the bed, cuddling up against Peter.

Morgan: Thanks for being the best big brother ever.

Peter: Anytime. he said while smiling.

Both of them being exhausted, feel asleep. And no one disturbed them.
