The Avengers including Peter were currently fighting some armed people from Hydra , Peter was fighting with Tony and The others are fighting the  other bad guys , Peter was tired and his whole body aches but he never asked for help , Tony was already fighting 4 so he just kept fighting while telling his self he can do this 

"I still need to do my assignment!"
Peter yelled while dodging some punches from his opponent , he
kicked Peter's right leg which made
Peter fall on the ground and hit his
back on the wall , not that hard but it
still hurts because of his bruises he
got while fighting , His opponent
pulled a pistol and pointed it at
Peter

"Peter!" Stark yelled
Peter couldn't move , He was nervous
'oh shit im gonna die , he's gonna shoot me !' Peter thought , Peter tried to snatch the  gun with his webs but the guy grabbed his hand and almost broke it , he glared at Peter who frowned and looked at Tony , Not to ask for help but to apologize he whispered a "sorry" before the bad guy shoot him ,The bullet entered just above his hip  Tony's eyes widened and almost killed the guy who shot his kid , once he was unconscious he quickly ran to his kid

"Peter!? Listen to me Underoos , Breath ok? You need to stay alive , For your Aunt ...for everyone , for me !" Tony said while holding Peter and his trembling hand , He carried Peter in  bridestyle and whispered things to Peter , begging the boy to not die Peter tried his best to keep his eyes open

while Steve and Bucky was fighting the other bad guys , Steve saw Tony carrying Peter , his eyes widened and Tony looked at him with tears on his eyes , Steve nodded letting Tony go and Take Peter to Bruce , Tony let the others take care of the villains , he quickly ran to Bruce who gasped and quickly Told Stark to lay him on the bed so he could check his wounds and remove the bullet , Tony begged Bruce to do whatever it takes , Bruce was surprised Tony never begged for anyone or for his self , maybe this boy is really special to him , bruce thought and began operating Peter ,

I'm not really sure if that was supposed to be operating or no

after some hours

While Tony was Anxiously waiting he called May "hello?" She said "May I- I'm so so-rry"  Tony's voice cracked
"What's wrong?" She asked
"It's about P-peter , May Im- so sorry"
Tony couldn't help it , He started sobbing , May was quiet for a moment
"Stark are you telling me that my Nephew is dead!? because if you are im gonna fucking kill you , Tell me where the hell is my Pe-" May yelled through the phone , Tony interrupted her "what? No , he didnt died...well almost , He got shot...and Bruce is treating his injury"
Tony took a deep breath , 'lets just hope he doesn't really die' Tony thought

May started crying "Is he- is he gonna be ok? " May said while holding her phone tightly "He will , I will do everything to keep him alive , May"
Tony said "can- can I visit him later"
May asked , Tony nodded and face palmed realizing she cant see him
"yes , of course just... please dont kill
me" Tony said May chuckled and Let the call end  , Tony stood up and went
inside Peter's room where he was resting peacefully

"Im sorry I couldn't protect you" Tony said while sighing and holding Peter's
hands "But you saved me" A voice said
making Tony look up , He saw Peter with a weak smile and frown , Tony gasped and hugged Peter making sure not to hurt him , After The Avengers visits Peter , Tony and Peter just talked peacefully until ....

Tony  woke up and realized it's been a month since Peter got shot and died- ohohoho just kidding guys
, Please don't kill me , here's what really happened-

Aunt May came yelling "WHERE IS MY NEPHEW!" , She  angrily opened the door and saw Peter and hugged him tightly "Thank God you're alive" She cried "Da- I mean Mr.stark would never let me die" Peter said while smiling , May looked at Tony who looked like he's gonna get killed , "Thanks for saving Peter" She said "Actuallyyy it was Bruce who removed the bullet , I was just the one who took him here but you're welcome" Tony explained which made Peter chuckle  , soon all the avengers entered the room with worry and smiles

"hey Dad?" Peter said making Tony look at him , Peter quickly covered his mouth and groaned when everyone started teasing him "Stark looked at Peter does that mean he thinks of our Peter as his son" Clint smirked

"Guys stoppp it....I just wanna thank you da- err Mr.stark and Mr.Banner"
Peter said , Stark ruffled his hair and Bruce said a "you're welcome"
"You know what? I prefer being called Dad than Mr.Stark it's making me old" he pouted "But you're old" Peter said which made Sam and Clint wheezing
