Hydra P2
Peter looked up at Bucky, who was equally as shocked.
"I was Spiderman. I was the one who saved the city. I... Think of how many people have died while I've been slacking off, I need to get back at it, where's my suit?"
Bucky placed a hand on Peter's shoulder. "Calm down, kiddo. You're recovering. You need to take a break."
"But that's what I've been doing for the last six months!" Peter exploded.
Shaking his head, Bucky tried to get Peter to understand.
"You can't just jump back into it. We can talk with the others back at the tower, okay? Until then, can you promise me that you'll calm down?"
"Yeah, Bucky."

True to his word, Bucky gathered everyone to talk about Peter returning to his superhero antics. There were mixed feelings about it, but most people were convinced to let him go.
Peter was so excited, and the feeling of happiness began to bring more of his memories back. He began to do better in school, and started to talk more with Ned and MJ.
A few weeks later, after Tony had put together a new Spiderman suit, Peter went out for his first patrol in just about two years.
It wasn't anything special, he just stopped a few muggings, but the media went crazy. The next day it was all the headlines would talk about. Some were positive, some a little mean, but Peter didn't let it bother him.
"Dangerous Vigilante Back To Do More Damage?"
"Spiderman Has Returned!"
"Missing Hero Appears After Two Year Absence"
Peter couldn't stop his grin when he went to school the next day. Ned looked even happier, and gave Peter the biggest hug that he had gotten in a long time. It was good.
That was, until the media began to make a connection between the missing high-schooler and the recently-returned hero.
A blog had started it, under the username "Grand_sockgiver"
The first entry went like this:
" Two years ago, someone went missing for over a year and a half. At the same time, The hero of Queens, New York, disappeared without a trace. Despite the popular theory that he had died, there was no body found or any record of a major fight. Then, just a few months ago, the junior in high school, Peter Parker (who had been suspected as a runaway over a year previously), was found living in Stark Tower. Clearly, this boy is no ordinary student.
The education system demanded that he return to school, but Tony Stark resisted. He gave no reason as to why, and relented.
In several interviews with his classmates, he has been described as 'no longer the Peter we knew, he is much quieter and has supposedly lost some of his memory.'
Curious, yes? Well, I have a theory to suggest. Spiderman is Peter Parker. He was targeted by Hydra, an organization who has also produced The Red Room and the Winter Soldier. Torturing would cause his memory loss, and cause the boy to become quiet and obedient.
He was found by the Avengers, after probably a year or so, and was hidden as he was in no condition to return to his old life. This also explains Stark's reluctance to let Parker go to school.
Now, Spiderman has returned. A staggered appearance, to throw off theorists such as I, separated Peter and the vigilante, and I am here to say that it didn't work.
Peter Parker is Spiderman, and the sooner this information spreads, the more information we can compile to prove this theory."
Tony tried to delete it, but for some reason it was protected against even Friday.
So the new theory spread, and Peter was bombarded at school with questions about if it was true.
Flash was the first. "Hey, Parker! Parker, I know you can hear me!" Yes, he could, but that didn't mean that Peter wanted to talk to him. "Parker, is it true that you're Spiderman? I mean, I've got my doubts, but the theory I read had a point."
Peter whipped his head around. "You? read something? Wow, Flash, good job. Leave me alone now, yeah?"
Flash didn't catch the hint, and the amount of people bothering him only grew.
At lunch, no one bothered him, and he knew it was because MJ was staring anybody who tried down.
Ned looked sad. "Oof, man. That's gotta suck for you, you okay?"
Peter just nodded, chewing dejectedly on his salad and wishing he had some pie.

Even the theory could not stop Peter from going on patrol. He just had to be more careful about when he would take off his mask.
more information began to build up supporting the fact that Peter was Spiderman. His height and build, the 'internship' with Stark Industries, and when Peter left for Germany. Not to mention his multiple unexcused absences from school.
Eventually, Peter just decided that announcing that he was, in fact, the crime-fighting spider would be easier than going through questions every day. So, Tony called together a press conference.
In it, he admitted that yes, he was Spiderman. Yes, he had been taken by Hydra and didn't remember much at first. Yes to a lot of other things.
If he had thought that there were a lot of questions at school before the conference, it was nothing compared to after it. Peter actually had to stay home for a few days because he had a sensory overload.
He did school online, and no one complained, because what're you gonna do, give Spiderman a detention? I think not.
Bucky and Tony were by his side for all of it, in different ways. Tony helped distract Peter from all of the drama and noise. Bucky was there if he needed a shoulder to cry on and an ear to talk to. Peter didn't doubt that he wouldn't've made it without them.
But he had them. He made it through everything because he had people that he could depend on. He made it through his graduation, through starting college, through the college graduation, whatever happened, he made it through it.
He finally had a family.
