Corona? You Mean The Beer?
Infinity War and Endgame can go catch corona. They dont exist here so happy times.

It was common knowledge in the Avengers Compound that Tony Stark did not read or watch the news. He stayed away from it, because he didn't need his ego any bigger and he sure as anything didn't need the hate.
So, he stayed away. Just keep that in mind.
It was also common knowledge that Peter Parker was a Gen Z, so nothing got past him. He didn't even need to look at the news, it was just downloaded to his brain or something (Peter said no, but Tony had his suspicions).

Peter was home with May because his school had cancelled the rest of the year due to the circumstances of the world. He really couldn't care less, he did his work and got to be in bed while he did it, so who's complaining.
...Obviously not him, but carry on.
Anywho and all that, Tony had invited Peter to journey over to the Compound for a weekend. It was empty, but Tony didn't really know why. He figured that a bunch of people got fired, or something, but seriously, there were barely any people in the compound.
Pepper had as many people as she could working from home, and yes, they had to temporarily lay off some people. It was regrettable, but what are you going to do?
Peter was overjoyed. He hadn't gotten to get out of his apartment in ages, at least since April. It was June now, and he was, with lack of better description, a dog.
"Oh my god, really? I can go? Thanks May!"
"Outside? Outside??? I get to go outside?"
"human interaction? I never though I'd miss it but oh boy ohboy ohboyyy! "
Yup.

Tony was waiting outside of the compound for Happy to arrive with Peter. He was playing a game when the car pulled up and Peter leaped out and gave Tony a hug.
"Mr. Stark I haven't seen you in ages and I can't believe I get to go somewhere!"
Tony chuckled. "May got you on a tight curfew?"
Peter laughed right back. "Ha, nice one, Mr. Stark."
Stark gave Peter a weird look but smiled slightly anyway. Peter was in such a good mood and he didn't want to ruin it.
The pair immediately went to Tony's lab, because that's where they always went together. Sure, Peter had his own lab, but the whole point of him visiting was to spend time with Tony.
"So, Peter, how's school?" Tony started after a while of them working.
"Pretty good. I've almost finished all of the assignments for the rest of the year, so another week or so and I'll be done, I think." Peter said, grinning as he scribbled away at a paper.
Tony nodded, and went back to what he was doing. He was working on company stuff, but Peter was working on something personal. Tony didn't know what it was, but he knew it was a gift because Peter refused to show it off.
They worked tirelessly for a few hours before Tony got a little tired. He sat back and put his arms behind his head, watching what Peter was doing.
Peter kept to his area, and if he ever had to touch something that was kept strictly for Peter, he used a small bottle of hand sanitizer that was in his pocket.
Tony scrunched up his face, thinking that it was pretty odd.
"Hey Pete, why do you keep using that washy stuff? You've never had it before."
Peter looked up briefly but didn't seen to register the question completely. "Oh, you know, germs. You can never be too careful. May wanted me to bring a mask, you know."
"A mask? Like your Spider-Man mask? Why would she want you to bring that?"
Peter didn't answer.
"Alright, be like that. I'm kind of peckish... wanna go get some food?"
Peter said maybe in a little bit, so Tony went back to his work. It was kind of boring, to be honest, and had a lot of paperwork attached to it. If there was one thing that Stark hated, it was paperwork.
After maybe another hour, Tony glanced at his watch before talking to Peter again.
"Hey Underoos, I think that I am definitely going to get food now. What do you want?"
Peter leaned back in his chair, "I dunno. What do you have in your fridge?"
"Oh. I was going to pick something up." Tony said.
Peter shrugged, "Alright, if you can find an open place."
"Why wouldn't there be any open restaurants?" Tony asked.
"Um... Corona?"
"Corona? You mean the beer? What's that got to do with this?"
"Man, you're full of good jokes today, Mr. Stark." Peter laughed, getting up to see Tony off.
It wasn't a particularly long walk back to the garage, but Peter wasn't expecting to go straight there. Tony didn't have a mask on him, but he went to his car anyway.
"You sure you don't want to come, Petey Pie?" Tony asked one more time.
"No, I told you, I didn't bring a mask. Speaking of, why don't you have one? Are you just gonna use that Iron Man one that can come out of nowhere? That'd be cool."
"Peter, you keep confusing me. Why would I need a mask? I'm just going to that sandwich shop you like with the cat."
Peter went as if to laugh a little bit before he stopped dead in his tracks. Tony wasn't kidding. He actually didn't know. Tony had no idea of the apocalypse outside of the compound. How often did Tony get out?
Clearly not much.
"You mean... you don't know?" Peter asked, just to be sure.
"Don't know about what? You're scaring me."
"Oh my god. You're serious. The Corona Virus? Covid-19? All of the other stuff? Killer hornets? Australia Fires? You don't know about any of it?" Peter said.
Tony answered that no, He had no idea what Peter was saying, could he make a little more sense?
Peter dragged Tony to the living room and began to explain. By the time he was done telling about the disaster that was that year, it was getting dark. They just made some pancakes for dinner and settled down to watch some Disney movies.
They had a lot of fun, but when Pepper came down later to check on them, they were curled up together in the blankets, and one of them was snoring lightly (neither would admit to it when Pepper asked them about it).
They had a lot of fun spending time together that weekend, and Tony made sure to do his research on what was going on. When he told Pepper what he was doing, she laughed for a good fifteen minutes before calming down.
"I thought you didn't like talking about it because you never brought it up. You mean you seriously didn't know? That's gold, hon."
Tony was a little mad that Pepper and Peter made fun of him for a little longer, but he really didn't mind much.
