Hello. I guess you decided to pick up this book of the shelf of your local library or bookstore. Or you are one of my friends, and I forced you to read this. I'm going to have to go with the latter, as this book is probably never going anywhere except the draft pile. I finally found a book I can write where I talk about the truth. None of this fancy writing, just sarcastic comments...

Yeah, no one is going to want to read that. So, I guess I can use this to talk about the way I see the world. The world as it really is, with some shitty jokes in between, because I can't help myself. I guess I have to introduce myself. My name is Moira Anemone. I am fourteen years old at the moment, but by the time I finish this book I might be seventeen. If you couldn't already tell, I procrastinate. All the time.

This book is meant to show you the world through my eyes. Whether you are a teenager or an adult, I hope that this book changes your view of something. A lot of people seem to think that kids and teenagers don't understand or hear what is being said, but we do. And we learn from the people around us. I see and I hear and I choose to do things about it.

Our generation will eventually have kids of our own, and raise them. Oh. With the people in my school right now, the thought of them influencing kids.... That is scary right there. Sorry, getting off topic. As I was saying, we will teach them lessons about life. Those lessons shouldn't be the same ones that our parents taught us as kids. Society is changing, and we need to change with it.

So much has changed over just the last few decades, and society has to evolve and adapt to the changes, as do the people. So let me show you the world through my eyes.
