Sitting at a table in the cafeteria, Peter and Ned were discussing Star Wars. A cinematic universe that love more than all. It is thanks to this universe that the two teenagers have become the best friends in the world.

Suddenly their friend MJ sits down at the table with a boy. Peter and Ned looked at this in incomprehension. The two teenagers had never seen this guy before.

Michelle: Hey suckers. I present to you Brad. Brad Davis, he's a freshman. He just arrived in Midtown. She said smiling.

Brad: Nice guys. He said smiling.

Ned: Pleased, Ned Leeds. He said shaking her hand.

Peter saw with a very bad eye, the frequentation of his friend MJ, of whom he is madly in love with her since the first year of college.

Peter: Peter. Peter Parker. He said smiling quickly.

Brad: Hey man. He said smiling.

Throughout the meal, MJ and Brad couldn't stop laughing together. Ned was laughing at him at some Brad joke, which Parker didn't like.

Peter: Are you dating? No because you know MJ, you said you had no feelings for people. He said smiling.

A white man sat down at the table. Michelle wanted to strangle Peter right now. The young woman saw very well, or wanted to come to Parker.

Michelle: Peter, can I talk to you for a minute? she asked with a menacing smile.

Peter: Yes go ahead I'm listening. He said smiling.

Michelle: Alone. NOW ! She said while rising from the table.

The teenager did not answer and followed MJ, to the small corridor of the canteen. The way Jones walked, Peter could see that she was very angry. Michelle stopped and turned back to her friend.

Michelle: May I know what you play? she asked dryly.

Peter: What? But why do you say that ? he asked confused.

Michelle: Oh, please don't do this with me. I see them very well, that my arrival with Brad disturb you. She said dryly.

Peter: Well yes. You used to hang out with me and Ned. And overnight you bring this guy back to our table. I don't understand MJ... He said confused.

Michelle: I understand very well even! She said dryly.

Peter: How so? he asked confused.

Michelle: You know exactly what I'm talking about, Peter Parker. She said looking him in the eye.

Yes, Peter was very jealous of this Brad Davis. He can't bear to see the one he likes hanging out with, a boy other than him.

Peter: I don't see MJ at all. he said nervously.

Michelle: Admit that you can't stand seeing me with Brad. You are jealous of him. I know you loser. She said with a smirk.

Peter: Not at all. You are free to do whatever you want MJ. He said with a sigh.

Michelle: So can I go out with Brad this afternoon? She said smiling.

Peter: Uh...yes. Yes of course you can. I don't see why you're asking me for permission. He said scratching the back of his neck.

Michelle: Cool then. She said smiling.

MJ took the direction of the canteen, in order to regain his table there. Parker took over there as well. Later in the afternoon, when classes were over. Peter and Ned found themselves sitting in a small park, not far from high school.

Ned: He's so cool, this Brad. He said smiling.

Peter: Do you think so? He said annoyed.

Ned: Yes. He also loves Star Wars. Which makes me even cooler. He said smiling.

Peter: If you say so... He said annoyed.

Ned, who was browsing Instagram, came across a picture of MJ and Brad. Brad was kissing the young woman's cheek.

Ned: Oh so cute. He said smiling.

Peter: What's "too cute?" he asked with a sigh.

Ned: The picture of MJ and Brad on Instagram. He said smiling.

Peter: What!? He said grabbing his best friend's phone.

Seeing this photo, Peter's heart ached horribly. He no longer had any doubts, he was beginning to lose the girl he was in love with. Seeing her smile and seeing Brad kiss her on the cheek was a huge disappointment. He then handed the phone back to Ned.

Ned: How's it going Pete? You're suddenly pale... He said seeing his best friend's pale face.

Peter: I'm fine. He said dryly.

Ned: Wouldn't say. Is this about MJ and Brad? he asked intrigued.

Peter: Why does everyone have to go back to Michelle and this Brad? I do not care. She can date whoever she wants, I don't care. I'm not jealous of Davis! He said dryly.

Ned understood that his best friend was jealous of the relationship between Jones and Brad. He saw very well that his affected Peter, to see MJ away from him.

Ned: You're in love with her. Is not it ? he asked smiling.

Peter: No. He said dryly.

Ned: Dude, stop denying it. You are in love with MJ. He said smiling.

Peter remained silent, Ned was right. He was madly in love with her. It hurt him a lot, to see MJ love someone other than him.

Peter: Since middle school... He said lowering his head.

Ned: Why didn't you ever tell him? he asked confused.

Peter: Ned, you know MJ. She doesn't feel any feelings. Except for Brad... He said grimacing.

Ned: Maybe if you told her, maybe you'd be with her. You might be in Brad's shoes. He said smiling.

Peter: Stupid MJ. Stupid feelings! He said dryly.

Ned: Come on, let's forget about MJ and go home and watch a good Star Wars. He said getting up from the bench he was sitting on.

Peter: Ok, but I chose the film. He said smiling slightly.

Ned: No worries. He said smiling.

The two best friends took over the direction of Peter's house. Parker thanked Ned for always being there for him.

The next day at school, MJ went to meet Peter, who was at his locker. She stopped when she saw the young man. She took a deep breath and straightened her hair.

Michelle: Hey loser. She said smiling.

Peter: MJ. he said simply.

Michelle: How are you this morning? She asked smiling.

Peter: Fine. And you ? he asked coldly.

Michelle: It's fine. Say I need a little advice.

Peter: What kind of advice? he asked confused.

Michelle: Well, I would like to know, how does it feel when you're in love with someone? she asked.

Peter put his jacket in his locker, he closed it. That's when he turns to Jones.

Peter: It's simple. When you know you're in love with someone... you only think about them. No one else matters except her. Your hands are sweaty, your stomach always feels like a lump when you see the person you love. And that's when you realize you're in love with the person. He explained looking MJ in the eye.

MJ was amazed at Peter's speech, how he felt right now, she said. The young woman's heartbeat accelerated when Peter's hazel eyes met hers.

Peter: Did I answer your question? he asked with a sigh.

Michelle: Uh...yes. Yes thanks. She said smiling.

Peter: Cool. See you later. He said before leaving for class.

Michelle stood frozen in place. It wasn't Brad... it's none other than Peter Parker that she's in love with. Today she finally realized it.

Michelle: I love Peter Benjamin Parker... She said watching him walk away through the halls of Midtown.
