This boy had been on her mind since she left one day in December 2024. Michelle had only thought of him since that day... the young woman was surprised herself to think of a boy she had only seen once in his life. But yet she had this strange feeling of deja vu...

Jones thought she would see this boy again, but he hasn't been to Peter Pan for weeks. It's not that MJ was only thinking about him... the latter had even discussed it with his friend Ned Leeds.

Michelle: I don't know, it looks like he was casting a spell on me, it's not possible. She said grimacing.

Ned: It's still weird. He said smiling.

Michelle: It's very disturbing. I don't even know this guy, and yet I'm on top of it twenty-four hours a day. She said grimacing.

Ned: Maybe you're in love with him. You know that famous love at first sight. He says laughing.

Michelle: I'm not kidding Ned... She said dryly.

Ned: I think you're getting too worked up about this. He said smiling.

Michelle: I have to find him...I have to talk to him. She said grimacing.

Ned: Good luck, because finding a boy in a city like New York, which is home to millions of people... it's not won. He says laughing.

Michelle: Yeah... you're right. I just have to move on. She said grimacing.

Ned: Exactly. He said smiling.

The rest of the day was quiet at the store. After her day's work, the young woman returned home. She greeted her parents and headed for her room. Once in her room, MJ put on her pajamas, she settled into her bed and took her sketchbook.

Michelle began to draw the young boy she always thinks about. For her, drawing it was far too easy, every detail of this stranger's face did not escape her, so much so that she knew his face by heart.

The next day Jones went back to her job, which she can save for M.I.T. Few customers came today...a rather quiet day. MJ was on her phone, when she heard the store door open she looked up, paying attention to the customer.

It was then a shock for her, to see the boy who loops in her head standing in front of her. Michelle remained blocked in front of this young man, she could not help admiring him.

Peter: Hello... a coffee please. He said smiling shyly.

Michelle: What can I do for you? She said not having heard the order of the young man.

Peter: I just told you, coffee please. He says laughing.

Michelle: Black coffee or coffee with milk? She asked, not taking her eyes off the young man.

Peter: Milk please. He said smiling shyly.

Michelle: With sugar? She asked, not taking her eyes off the young man.

Peter: Yes. He said smiling shyly.

Michelle: It'll be $6. She said, not taking her eyes off the young man.

Peter: Here. He said giving the money.

Michelle then made Peter's coffee, even while preparing the latter's order she did not take her eyes off him for a second. Once the coffee was ready, she brought it back to him.

Michelle: Here it is. She said giving him the goblet filled with cafe au lait.

Peter: Thank you. Good day. He said smiling shyly.

Peter was about to leave the store, when MJ held him back. The young man did not understand the behavior of his ex-girlfriend.

Michelle: Wait. I have a question... do you and I know each other? she asked grimacing.

Peter: No. Absolutely... not no. He said grimacing.

Michelle: Are you sure? she asked grimacing.

Peter: Yes yes. For what ? he asked.

Michelle: Just a print... She said smiling.

Peter: Oh, okay. He said smiling.

Michelle: Good day. She said smiling shyly.

Peter: Good day too. He said smiling shyly before leaving the store.

He intrigued her, she felt like this boy was lying to her face...or maybe it was just her making a movie. She felt like she knew him better, as if in another life, she and he were much closer... as if she and he had more than just two strangers.
