The doctor left the room leaving Peter and May completely stunned by the doctor's diagnoses.

Peter: I destroyed his life May... He said taking his head in both hands.

May: No, on the contrary, you saved his life. She said trying to comfort Peter.

Peter: Why is everyone I love suffering? Why is everyone I love hurt or killed? He said dryly.
