It was finally homecoming day. Peter had a huge lump in his stomach... he was dreading his first day at high school since Mysterio's revelation a few months before.

When he was on the subway, everyone stared at him. Some insult him with "murderer" others insult him with "cursed beast" these words hurt Peter very much. Happy had asked him if he wanted him to drop him off at school. But Spider-Man kindly refused.

Once down from the metro, Peter blew a good breath to relieve the pressure. He walked to the gate of Midtown High School. As in the metro, high school students from his school insulted him or stared at him.

Arriving at the gate, the teenager was greeted by his best friend Ned and his girlfriend MJ. Flash Thompson also arrived. Since the revelation about the identity of Spider-Man, the young man wanted to catch up with Parker.

Ned: There are so many reporters outside the school entrance. He said grimacing.

Flash: Perfect. I would take this opportunity to advertise my book "Flashpoint." He said smiling.

Peter, MJ and Ned all looked at Flash oddly.

Flash: Well what? It's important to get publicity for my book. He said smiling.

While Flash and Ned bickered, MJ pulled her boyfriend aside. They go a bit further from the argument between the two other idiots of Ned and Flash.

Michelle: Hey... how are you? She asked worried.

Peter: I'm a little nervous... but all is well. He said grimacing.

Michelle: Don't mind it's reporters. Just ignore them all, okay? She said smiling.

Peter: I'll try... He said smiling.

Michelle: I'll be there don't worry. She said before taking her boyfriend in her arms.

Peter: Thank you. He said smiling.

Michelle: You're welcome. She said before parting this from Peter's arms.

Peter and MJ join Flash and Ned. The four teenagers then took the direction of the school. Several reporters then took pictures of Parker's arrival at Midtown High School.

All cameras and eyes were on the four teenagers. MJ could see that her boyfriend was very uncomfortable. She then took his hand, who looked at MJ smiling shyly.

Michelle: Don't let go of my hand. She said smiling.

Peter: Never. He said smiling shyly.

MJ and Peter could see signs saying "Spider-Man Murderer" or "Justice for Mystery." The young woman could see that Parker was affected by what he read.

Michelle: They're just talking nonsense. I know the truth about what happened in Europe. You are the real hero of this story. She said whispering in his ear.

Peter: I hope one day the world will understand, that Mysterio was just an impostor... He said sadly.

Michelle: No matter how long it takes. But one day they will understand. She said smiling.

Peter: Yes... He said sadly.
