Graduation of the year 2025 had finally arrived. MJ and Ned were both about to graduate, before leaving for M.I.T. The two teenagers have not seen Spider-Man since the events of the Statute of Liberty.

Peter was sad not to experience this graduation, with Michelle and Ned. He would have liked to be present and also be a graduate. But the events that happened 7 months ago decided otherwise.

In her Spider-Man costume, Parker was crouched on the roof of a building, which faced the Midtown High School. It felt very weird coming back here, the last time Peter came to high school was to mourn May's death and meet two other Spider-Men.

From the top of the building, Spidey watched MJ and Ned all smiles waiting for the ceremony to begin. The spider-man couldn't help but smile seeing, it's two people he cares about so much.

Several minutes later, the ceremony had finally begun. Several names of students were called to this, on the podium to receive their diplomas.

Spider-Man was watching very carefully. He said he could have been there today... but unfortunately life decided otherwise.

It was then the turn of Ned Leeds to be called on the podium. Spidey then applauded his former best friend... he was very proud of him. Then a few minutes later, it was MJ's turn.

The young woman got up all smiles to receive her diploma. So she walked up to the podium and shook hands with her headmaster and a few teachers. MJ had finally graduated...

Peter then applauds while having tears in his eyes. He hated Mysterio for screwing up his life...because of him Parker couldn't be there with Ned and Michelle.

At the end of the day, all the students and the parents of the graduates left the school. Spider-Man then followed MJ and his parents, in the streets of New York. Spider-Man had been doing it since the Statue of Liberty incident.

When the teenager is know parents arrived at her home. Peter scales the building to Jones' room. He tried to be as discreet as possible, in order to observe the one he loves in his room.

Parker wanted so badly to congratulate her...but he couldn't. But Spidey could... the hero then took his courage in both hands and knocked on MJ's window.

The young woman jumped, she then cast a look in the direction of her window. Michelle then saw Spider-Man give her a shy wave. Jones then got out of bed and opened the door.

Michelle: It's been a while Spider-Man. She said smiling.

Spider-Man: Hey MJ! How are you ? he asked smiling.

Michelle: In great shape. And you the spider? She asked smiling.

Spider-Man: Good. I'm fine yes. Congratulations on your graduation. He said smiling.

Michelle: How do you know I graduated? she asked surprised.

Spider-Man: I watched graduation from the top of a building. And I saw that you and Ned graduated. He said smiling.

Michelle: I see. She said smiling.

Suddenly Michelle's mother called her to go to dinner. Peter was a bit sad that he couldn't stay... but having talked to him already wasn't so bad.

Michelle: I have to go...sometime Spider-Man. She said smiling.

Spider-Man: Once Upon a Time MJ. He said before jumping into the void and weaving a web for this swing.

Michelle then watched the superhero walk away, it was with a smile that she closed the window of her bedroom, to then go and have dinner with her parents.
