Leeds and Jones were relieved to see that Spidey was okay. The trio then hugged each other to celebrate their victory. Even if for Peter it tastes like a defeat... he would have preferred a happy ending.

Peter didn't like seeing this girlfriend like this...but he had no choice. He had to make the whole world forget that he exists, so that everyone in the multiverse who knows Peter Parker wouldn't land in his reality.

Peter: I'm sorry... He said sadly.

Ned: Promise us everything will be fine... He said sadly.

Peter: I promise you, buddy... He said sadly.

Ned: I trust you. He said smiling despite the sadness present in him.

It was then that the two best friends did the usual tchek before this very tight hug, in the arms of one and the other... before this separation. Peter then turned his attention to Michelle who was really very sad.

Michelle: For the first time I'm happy in my life...something has to come and destroy everything. She said sadly.

Peter: It's alright that past MJ... don't worry it's not a goodbye. But just a goodbye... He said sadly.

Michelle: Peter... if that spell ever goes wrong. I... don't forget me okay. She said with tears in her eyes.

Peter: Forgot you? Never... I promise you. He said smiling.

Michelle: I love you. She said throwing herself into her arms.

Peter: I love you too... He said with a pang in his heart.

MJ then withdrew from Parker's arms... the latter with the help of his pushes wiped away the young woman's tears.

Peter: I love you guys! He said with tears in his eyes.

Ned: I love you too, bro. He said with tears in his eyes.

Michelle: I love you, even more... She said with tears in her eyes.

Peter glanced in the direction of Stephen Strange, who was waiting for Parker's permission to cast the spell. Spider-Man nodded, which meant Doctor Strange could begin casting the spell.

Peter: It's time... He said turning back to his friends.

Ned: See you soon huh? he asked sadly.

Peter: Yes... He said smiling.

Michelle moved closer to Peter and kissed him tenderly...a sweet kiss for a heartbreaking goodbye for this teenage couple. They separated while looking into her eyes... Parker gave MJ a last smile, before moving away from her.

He then climbed onto the ledge of the Statue of Liberty... he turned one last time to Ned and Michelle who looked at him sadly.

Michelle: I love you... She whispered before smiling sadly.

Peter then gave them a last smile, before putting on his Spider-Man mask. He spun a web and flew away, leaving MJ's love and Ned's friendship behind for quite a while...
