Power of Mind

I stumbled upon my first save

walking across the street so tense,

he looked at me with pleading eyes

heightening my awakened sense.

At first I was left, confused as hell

why couldn't I stop and help the man,

then I realised, I needed my helmet

to enter his mind according to the plan.

You see, I help by entering your head

I control your senses, peek into the mind,

get your talents to work a bit more

take control over your body, as if it's mine.

I manoeuvre you, your senses too

making you save yourself alright,

for I believe we're all superheroes

who don't need a shining knight.

I can see reality through your eyes

and maybe help you give some advice,

but all I do is heal your broken mind

rest is done by you, for this is your life.

So my fellow sensies, let me help you

find and awaken your inner powers,

I'm just a mind healer, here to protect

and let you bloom like a winter flower.
