Alex stands there looking at the school when suddenly....a feeling of happiness washes over him. Alex walks into the school with enthusiasm! He was ready for today, so many people were smiling and being happy so he was happy to.

He was new so he asked for directions and he found his way to the classroom. He was in 4th grade so he new everyone would be nice! He finds Room 645 and bursts in the room.

"Good morning everyone!" Alex says with a big grin on his face.

"Oh hello are you new here?" The teacher asks

"Yes I am, is there a seat in the front I could take?" Alex says smiling.

"Oh yes right there." The teacher points to a empty seat by two boys

Alex sits down in the seat and looks in his backpack and realizes he doesn't have any supplies. But that's fine!

Everyone is seated and the teacher starts class and says he is Mr. William a nice name for a teacher.

"Alright class we have a new student today so can you please stand up and introduce yourself." The teacher asks.

Alex stands up, "Hi everyone my name is Alex! I am 10 and I hope we will be good  friends!"

Some roll there eyes, some wave and others don't pay attention. But Alex doesn't mind he dosen't care what others think!

Alex sits back down and waits for class to start.
