Alex wakes up in his bedroom like any other day, he is sad because he had a nightmare, he doesn't like getting out of bed but he know he must. Its his First Day Of School after all, with hesitation he gets up and dresses himself up.

He walks down the stairs slowly,thinking maybe his parents are asleep and he will have a few more minutes of freedom? But alas his mom greets him in the kitchen.

"Good morning sleepy head are you ready for your first day of school? She asks him

"...." Alex doesn't say anything witch makes her worried

"Are you alright? You are usually very happy." She asks concerned

"....Yeah I'm fine." He says in a monotone voice.

He dosen't get any breakfast since he was not hungry anyway, he didn't care either.

After a few minutes of waiting for mom to be done with her breakfast they both get in the car and drive to the school.

Alex doesn't say anything during the ride, the sky looked dark but it was supposed to be blue, no birds chirped but the birds were supposed to. [WhErEs mY hApPiNeSs]

Mom dropped Alex off and he gets out of the car having trouble getting his backpack out of the car, he finally does and gets to the front of the building. The school looked horrible already, no kids are laughing [bUt tHeY aRe] no one looks happy [bUt tHeY aRe].

Today's a [HoRrIbLe] new day.
